Honestly, I loved everything about this place except the fact you had to pay $30 a night to park in their parking lot. Granted it does say that but I didn’t read that far and was surprised when I found it. However, staff was amazing and place was clean.

I liked the pool it was room enough it was clean. The pool was closed the last day of our stay which was very upsetting but it wasn't the end of the world. I didn't dine here but they do have a really nice breakfast., and dinner. Its not far from the airport. Walking seemed safe. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Id definitely stay here again.

Chose this hotel for the weekend to do something with the kids, Amazing property, very clean, very friendly staff!! The pool was amazing!!! Heated nice and warm! Definitely wanna go back with all of them! The breakfast is delicious with a bunch of options as well!

We love the double tree in Chelsea! The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the parking. We pay extra for parking BUT the parking lot isn't large enough for everyone to park. Why do I pay to not have a spot!

The stay was very good outside of one issue, the elevators. There are only two elevators and one was broken throughout the weekend leaving everyone to use one already extremely slow elevator. On top of that, the cleaning staff also had to use the elevators. Working in hotels before, I thought it was common practice to have a service elevator but I guess this wasn’t the instance in this hotel. There were literal queues of people in the lobby area waiting to get on the elevator. Normally I’d just take the stairs but being on the 5th floor I was not going to carry all the luggage up and down the steps. I understand that things happen but I feel like heavily relying on two elevators for not only the customers but also staff is just asking to have issues. Other than the elevator scenario, the hotel was inexpensive, the staff was very nice, the location was perfect for travel because of the proximity to the train station. Overall it was a very good experience.

Was not that near the airport, took ages to get a shuttle, was up for the first shuttle as had early flight only to be told that I would have to wait as other people who arrived after took priority, another driver was meant to come but he did not show up so the first driver had to go back out straight away. Check in staff not very good

Nice room, close to the airport. However; the shuttle bus to the airport doesn’t leave until 5 AM, which is too late for 6 o’clock flights. They need a 4 AM bus!

I visited this hotel back in May and had a very different experience compared to this time around. My room was clean and well prepared for my partner and I and parking was free- which is always something I look for. Expecting the same treatment as I had had months prior I was quickly disappointed. I came here to stay with my mom and my daughter- 2 adults and 1 child. My room was not prepared for the number of people staying- 2 bath towels and a few wash cloths. The tub gave off this dirty dingy feel. Parking is now $30 a night- absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the staining on the bed. I will not be recommending this place not staying here again. The price did not match the product.

Perfect location for Boston sightseeing - just 10 minutes by car to South Station or 36 minutes via SL3 bus. Our standard room (702) was spotless with all appliances working perfectly. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious (almost like some studio apartments) and immaculately maintained. Breakfast was family-friendly with great variety. Our 8-year-old loved the cereal selection, fresh melons and pineapples, plus chocolate muffins. Staff was consistently friendly and professional. The surrounding area is quiet and well-maintained. Hotel management clearly prioritizes property upkeep - everything was in excellent condition. Outstanding value for convenient Boston access. Highly recommended for families and leisure travelers. AC - Heat did operate as should although they did come right away and took are of it and offered to change my room. The TV only had a few channels that worked most others said no signal. On the screen it should a pic of a remote and where the guide button was on the remote. However the remote in that room had no guide button or a button that said guide on it.

This Hotel has the best airport pick-up service for FREE! It also provides WARM chocolate-chip cookies on arrival. Our was was clean, spacious and had all of the needed amenities. A huge shower was a nice plus along with AC that cooled us down in the humid weather of Boston. Our only complaint is the close proximity of the train. It did wake us up in the early morning however the comfy bed put us back to sleep. Awesome tasty hot breakfast with a large variety of items to eat and drink.

Got off a red eye flight and got to the hotel at about 9:00AM, check in wasn’t until 3:00PM. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was any way I could get in earlier as I’d been awake for about 24 hours. She was so kind and helpful and got me into a room at 11:45AM (way earlier than the check-in time) and didn’t charge me anything for it. Cannot stress enough how appreciated and needed this was.

The property did not smell clean at all. It had a very weird odor throughout the hotel. The toilet was also very loud and old and didn't work properly in our room. The shuttle driver was also very rude. When he took us to the airport and we did not have cash to tip him, he scoffed at us and made very rude remarks about us. I will definitely not be coming back to this hotel.

Property was nice. Hotel staff were very nice. Shuttle driver not so much. Took an hour to get picked up, he was cranky. On way back same driver. He sat in van for 30 minutes even though we were waiting in the misty rain and there were others waiting for a shuttle after ours. He was cranky again and he made sideways comments at my 13 year old when we were not in a hurry to tip so we walked away.

Fabulous spacious hotel in easy reach of airport and with comimentary shuttle- but better still adjacent to the MBTA station for quick rail access to the north of the city and the silver line bus to south station. Ideal location for the city at half the price of city hotels. Excellent breakfast offered too

This hotel was conveniently located to the highway, various amenities, and only minutes from Boston. Hotel staff was friendly (and gave us warm cookies at check in), and our room was clean and comfortable. We had a car and did not have issues finding a parking space in the lot. We only stayed one night, so we did not use the pool or fitness facilities, and we did not go to the restaurant, so I can't speak to those. But it was a good stay overall!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel . I was greeted by a very nice receptionist she was warm and super helpful. The dining area was cozy the drinks were good and the food was amazing. The pool temp was amazing ! All in all I will be recommending this hotel to others and I will be coming back .

Wonderful hotel! I frequent Boston a lot and have been to a bunch of hotels in the Cambridge area. This is by far my overall favorite hotel right now! Very stylish, clean, big, and conveniently located. What made things pretty enjoyable was the customer service at the restaurant. Such friendly, down-to-earth staff. Food was good too. Ideally if I catch a good deal when trying to visit, this is a hotel I want to always come back to.
