Nicht 5* wert. Maximal 4* wenn man das Service nicht dazurechnet. Service Personal sehr unfreundlich und teilweise keine Ahnung von der Gastronomie. Es werden sogut wie keine Fremdsprachen gesprochen. Gerne stellt man sich aber auch dumm, hab ich das Gefühl. Hotel selbst und das Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Poolbereich teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und verdreckt. Liegenkampf ab 7 Uhr früh. Wer nach 8 kommt, kann in der letzten Reihe liegen, was uns nicht gestört hat, da es ruhiger war. Der Privatstrand sehr sauber und nicht überfüllt.

However, the drinks quality was very poor, and the bartenders lacked expertise in crafting cocktails, they didn’t even know how to serve Tequila or Wine. Most bars lacked the necessary ingredients and equipment for cocktails. Therefore, while the hotel is a paradise for food lovers, it may not be the best choice for those who appreciate quality drinks. *The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. However, they did not speak English, which posed a significant challenge for non-Turkish speakers. Therefore, communication barriers often necessitated the use of translation tools. While the majority of staff were pleasant, I must mention an exception: the Massage and Spa staff. They were very rude and would bother you every time you wanted to use the Turkish bath or Sauna. They always interrupted to advertise their massage services, making us uncomfortable and avoiding the Turkish bath to avoid their interruptions. *The hotel amenities were very good, including a small water park, a nice pool, and enjoyable nightly shows. Additionally, there was a pleasant beach and a fun disco. However, the Pavilion was beautiful but not free to access. The amenities may not be in busy periods. Therefore, be cautious during busy times. Lastly, the game hall was advertised as complimentary but incurred an unexpected surcharge, which was disappointing and should be clarified to guests in advance.

Vi var där i nästan en vecka och vi är överlag nöjda med hotellet. Det positiva med hotellet var maten, väldigt god och varierande. Mat fanns tillgänglig överallt hela tiden. Servicen var jätte bra. Alla i personalen var hjälpsamma och väldigt trevliga. Vi hade ett standard rum med balkong. Rummet var tillräckligt stort. Vi kommer dock inte välja hotellet igen. Det var för stort och för mycket folk. Negativt var också att behöva leta solstolar även om man kom tidigt och poolen var för varm för vår del. Men ja, överlag är vi nöjda men andra gäster som var där sa att nu kan man hitta andra bättre hotell för samma pengar. Ett stort problem var alla myggor, så ta med er myggmedel!

Die Anlagen ist leider zu klein für so viele Gäste. So dass die liegen eng beieinander stehe und kaum Platz da ist. Personal kommt mit der Reinigung am Pool nicht hinterher Pool Anlage sehr schmutzig.

Beautiful hotel with facilities and service to match the price. Quality food in a sotiment where everyone can choose. The service in the dining rooms and bars is good, friendly and friendly - first class. The only weakness of the stay was the room service. The atmosphere created by fellow guests added to the enjoyment of our holiday. - The hotel's housekeeping staff was also exceedingly courteous and friendly, enhancing our stay. - The sandy beach is a true highlight, especially in a region where such beaches are rare. - The sea and the water sports program were definitely highlights. **Negative:** 1. A significant point of criticism concerns the towel exchange process in the spa area, which was problematic due to very unfriendly staff and a lack of towel availability in the late afternoon. Consider enabling towel exchange at the beach, providing an ample supply of towels, and training staff in friendliness. 2. The constant solicitations on the beach for massages, tours, and shopping were annoying and should be reduced. 3. The rooms proved to be very soundproof, leading to disturbances from neighbors and hallway noises. 4. The misleading elevator numbering should be urgently replaced with simple numbers. 5. The concept of paid à la carte restaurants was disappointing. Consider allowing at least some of these restaurants to be used without additional fees to enhance guest satisfaction. 6. This was our 2nd time in Granada Luxury Hotel. We are very pleased with service. Food with huge variety and delicious. Very good entertainment. Ibrahim (operations manager) and Julia (customer relationship mager) are great assets to this hotel. We got upgraded rooms without additional charges. However, the spa manager Yahya (so-called doctor) and Georgyi have no idea about customer service. Yahya even mentioned that European have no idea what does mean „medical massage“. He will provide you a free 15 min massage (by ladies from Africa and Asia) to find out what kind of treatment you need. These ladies make a standard statement and out of 10 people, it works on 1 or 2. In my case their statement were 100% wrong. My wife took one treatment and ended up tears. We would love to go to Granada Luxury Hotel again, but will never waste our money on cheap massage treatment there, as Yahya provides very poor service with European price level in Turkey.

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal, auf Wünsche werden eingegangen. Zimmer und das Hotel an sich sehr sauber. Das Essen schmeckt auch sehr gut, man hat viel Auswahl und es gibt jeder Zeit was zum Essen :)

Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht. Zustand des Hotels ist in Ordnung, nichts besonderes. Mein Urlaub begann damit, dass ich falsche Zimmer zugewiesen bekam und mir an der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde, dass keine Zimmer mehr zur Verfügung stehen. Erst nachdem wir knapp zwei Stunden gewartet haben und uns bei der Guest Relation beschwerten, bekamen wir neue Zimmer. Man hätte sich den Stress zu Urlaubsbeginn jedoch sparen können, zumal ich zum Entspannen den Urlaub nehme, nicht für Beschwerden ;) Der Urlaub verlief anschließend nicht reibungslos, auch wenn die Hotelanlage und auch der Strandbereich durchaus attraktiv gestaltet ist. Was mich persönlich jedoch störte ist, dass Hotelpersonal. Im SPA-Bereich, wo Handtücher abgeholt werden, ist das Personal viel zu aufdringlich, was das Anbieten von Dienstleistungen betrifft. Verweigert man, bekommt man in den darauffolgenden Urlaubstagen (beim Handtuchwechsel) nicht gerade den nettesten Blick von den SPA-Mitarbeitern ;) mal Nachdenken, ob es fünf Sterne-Niveau ist. Zum eigentlichen Problem: Barkeeper. Viel zu aufdringlich und auf Frauen fokussiert. Natürlich ist es OK, wenn man Frauen besondere Cocktails zubereitet. Jedoch unverständlich und nicht professionell, mit den anwesenden weiblichen Gästen zu flirten - auf besonderem Niveau ;) Ich habe auf darauf hingewiesen und bekam mitgeteilt, dass man sich darum kümmern werde. Das Resultat: Selbes Personal mit der selben Einstellung an derselben Bar (Lobby). Vielleicht mal überdenken.

My friend and I had a great time. It was a business trip in a great atmosphere and we got everything we wanted. The service was good and the staff were very helpful from the reception to the restaurants and rooms. I recommend it, especially for families.

Otelin konumu çok güzel havuz ve plaj birbirine çok yakın plajının kum olması ve hemen derinlesmemesi çok iyi. Deniz ve plaj gayet temiz. Odalar ferah ve temizdi. Minibar her gün yeni içeceklerle doluyor. Restoran da ki seflere ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim eşimin gluten alerjisi konusunda çok yardımcı oldular ona özel menü çıkardılar. Das Essen war sensationell! Personal bis auf die Animateure waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Man könnte sich etwas bemühen um bessere Shows abends zu planen, so wie an unsere letzte Abend, da hat uns der Show „hünkar“ mega gefallen.
