This pension is a very simple place. The hosts are very helpful and willing to be flexible about allowing you to hold luggage there or change from a trip to the beach before leaving. The sheets and towels are plain and simple. The gauzy curtains let in the morning sun. They serve a nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace.

It's family business. Very nice owners, helped us to find parking spot, which is practically impossible in that area. Also, Deniz arranged amazing 6 island boat trip for us. We had a wonderful breakfast and Turkish coffee in the morning. Definitely recommend for a one night stay on a budget

모든것이 원더풀이었어요~ 오토가르에서 걸어서 5분거리~ 멋진 뷰가 보이는 루프탑에서 환영 홍차를~^^ 모든게 깨끗하고 조용 식구들이 다 친절~아들 딸도~ 부페 조식의 과일도 풍성~^^ 센터도 가깝고 현지인 맛집도 바로 근처 또 가고싶어요~^^

We enjoyed our stay here. It is really close to the main area of downtown Kas. We always had plenty to do and options for dining that were all in easy walkable distance. The rooms felt very clean and well taken care of. The AC works well, there was always hot water in the shower. The owners and staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was light but a nice option (fruits, cheeses, breads, a hard boiled egg). Laundry service is available but they only have a washing machine, no dryer. They did provide us a place to park our car each day (In mid-May) which was very helpful, however it seemed they only had 1-2 spaces guaranteed, so in a more busy season I’m not sure they could guarantee a parking spot on the street. The only things that I wish could be improved would be: new towels for showering, or have them dried in a clothes dryer. I think because they are laid out to dry, and probably a bit old, they are *extremely* scratchy. Secondly, a duvet and cover for the beds. They provided small blankets which were fine and smelled freshly washed, but not very comfortable. I also saw on a shelf there were larger blankets in the room, but I was a little hesitant to use them because they don’t look like they are washed between every guest. However, even with these 2 cons, I would still recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Deniz and Miriam were great hosts, very helpful freindly & Deniz even gave me rides to places on his motorbike which was super since i've been nursing a broken toe on this trip! The place was very clean and breakfast was really nice every morning- if i'm ever back in Kas i will stay with them again

The location is excellent. Everything is close by, a 2-5 minute walk. It's a family-run business, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel and rooms are clean. There are no issues. The owners are attentive and helpful. However, the room I stayed in was the only one on the garden floor. It's a new room. It had a private area and a private entrance. The air conditioning cooled well. However, the bathroom lacked ventilation. A window was opened in the room for ventilation. It's not good to keep the door to the garden open. Mosquitoes and spiders quickly find their way into the room. However, the other rooms are much better located and have better layouts. You can stay without worry.

Very welcoming,friendly, helpful, family run pansion. Simple but but with everything you need, quiet location yet very close to harbour, and characterful restaurants and bars. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is really close to the main area of downtown Kas. We always had plenty to do and options for dining that were all in easy walkable distance. The rooms felt very clean and well taken care of. The AC works well, there was always hot water in the shower. The owners and staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was light but a nice option (fruits, cheeses, breads, a hard boiled egg). Laundry service is available but they only have a washing machine, no dryer. They did provide us a place to park our car each day (In mid-May) which was very helpful, however it seemed they only had 1-2 spaces guaranteed, so in a more busy season I’m not sure they could guarantee a parking spot on the street. The only things that I wish could be improved would be: new towels for showering, or have them dried in a clothes dryer. I think because they are laid out to dry, and probably a bit old, they are *extremely* scratchy. Secondly, a duvet and cover for the beds. They provided small blankets which were fine and smelled freshly washed, but not very comfortable. I also saw on a shelf there were larger blankets in the room, but I was a little hesitant to use them because they don’t look like they are washed between every guest. However, even with these 2 cons, I would still recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Una linda pensión, con muy buena atención de sus dueños, posee aire acondicionado y está en una excelente zona. Lo único malo a destacar fue que la ducha estaba rota por lo cual andaba pero la teníamos que usar manualmente, me pareció muy caro respecto a que al fin y al cabo no deja de ser una pensión y no un hotel.

Pension agréable et bien situé. Accueil sympathique. Il est par contre regrettable que sur la plate-forme « hotel.com » l’indication de paiement par carte bleue refusée ne soit pas mentionnée. Si cela avait été le cas, nous aurions pris un autre hôtel. Le propriétaire ne voulait pas que l’on paye en CB à cause des frais bancaires. Nous avons dû retirer du liquide, et c’est donc nous qui avons payé les frais!

Deniz and Miriam were great hosts, very helpful freindly & Deniz even gave me rides to places on his motorbike which was super since i've been nursing a broken toe on this trip! The place was very clean and breakfast was really nice every morning- if i'm ever back in Kas i will stay with them again

It's family business. Very nice owners, helped us to find parking spot, which is practically impossible in that area. Also, Deniz arranged amazing 6 island boat trip for us. We had a wonderful breakfast and Turkish coffee in the morning. Definitely recommend for a one night stay on a budget

The location is excellent. Everything is close by, a 2-5 minute walk. It's a family-run business, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel and rooms are clean. There are no issues. The owners are attentive and helpful. However, the room I stayed in was the only one on the garden floor. It's a new room. It had a private area and a private entrance. The air conditioning cooled well. However, the bathroom lacked ventilation. A window was opened in the room for ventilation. It's not good to keep the door to the garden open. Mosquitoes and spiders quickly find their way into the room. However, the other rooms are much better located and have better layouts. You can stay without worry.

The location is excellent. Everything is close by, a 2-5 minute walk. It's a family-run business, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel and rooms are clean. There are no issues. The owners are attentive and helpful. However, the room I stayed in was the only one on the garden floor. It's a new room. It had a private area and a private entrance. The air conditioning cooled well. However, the bathroom lacked ventilation. A window was opened in the room for ventilation. It's not good to keep the door to the garden open. The place was really nice, right in the Center of the city so easy to walk everywhere from there, good breakfast and is own by a lovely couple, they were so friendly and available to help if needed. Definitely made our stay even nicer :) thanks again

It's family business. Very nice owners, helped us to find parking spot, which is practically impossible in that area. Also, Deniz arranged amazing 6 island boat trip for us. We had a wonderful breakfast and Turkish coffee in the morning. Definitely recommend for a one night stay on a budget

This pension is a very simple place. The hosts are very helpful and willing to be flexible about allowing you to hold luggage there or change from a trip to the beach before leaving.
