Friendly and polite staff. Comfortable bed, decent size room with 2 queen beds and cold AC. Smaller hotel with small pool , nice sized fitness center. Nice, clean, comfortable and convenient location. Breakfast had a good variety, some foods ran out, but lots of other selections to choose from.

Very clean and helpful staff. Stayed for 6 days. Only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. Most of it was microwaved. Happy with laundry was clean. Pool small but worked out for us.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Laundry room was locked and I didn’t want to interact with the front desk staff to find out why my room key didn’t unlock it. Tons of drug/gang activity in the parking lot.

What a great place to stay! Room was nice & quiet. Bed, pillows and coverlet was so comfy. Great shower with fluffy towels. Breakfast was so delicious with hot and healthy options. Lots of diversity. Love the yogurt option. Spotlessly clean throughout. Darlene was incredibly helpful upon check in. I highly recommend this BW for a great night's rest.

The room was spacious and the staff was professional and friendly. The room was on the street side of the hotel so there was a lot of road noise. We will stay there again when in town, but will ask for a quieter room away from the main street.

Our one night stay is good so far. Room condition is good, bed is comfortables. Bathroom is also good, except for the shower head. The water spread too wide making it difficult to get water on your body and it could not be adjusted.

Location of the Property is Good. However, a) Poorly lit bathroom area. Only one ceiling light was working. No lights on the mirror which causes inconvenience for men to shave. b) I was given first floor room, which is roadside. I am not sure if the windows are double/triple paned. Too noisy! c) Security cameras do not cover the parking lot around properly. Only walkways around the building are covered. I had to find a proper parking spot. d) The room above me (above #102) was too noisy; kids or somebody running around till 11:00 PM, with lots of thudding noises. I was expecting a good night's sleep after driving for almost 500 miles. Had to complain front office.

Really bad water pressure or should say No water pressure at all in fhe show. We where givin a handicap room for some reason that has a strange smell to it. We left at 5 am just you get done with the room. Have stayed several times at this location but between the smell of the room and no water pressure and very uncomfortable bed we just had to leave earlier then expected

Good standard BW quality but unfortunatly bad service. We made a reservation for 3 people but in our room there where only towels for 2 people and the bed was only made for 2 people. That can happen. But When we adressed this, we were given the missing towls and linen… no word of apology and we needed to make the bed on our own for the third traveler .

When we arrived, there was no one at the check in counter and we had to wait a while before someone came out to help us. We were given a room on the first floor and the night was not pleasant as we kept hearing pounding and thumping from the top floor. My husband went up in the middle of the night to knock on the door of the room above us to tell them to be quiet and it was a Track Coach with a room full of high school runners who claimed they were not making any noise. The bed we slept on was too soft and sunk in the middle of the mattress. It was not a comfortable bed and we did not sleep well.

I paid all lodging fees through Hotels.com and checked in. However, upon completion of the trip, I found out that this hotel had secretly paid the accommodation fee twice, saying it was a deposit. I confirmed this and called to complain, and they said it was a simple mistake and that they would refund me, but so far, no refund has been provided. Even though I paid for the entire lodging fee at the time of reservation, I don't understand why I could make the mistake of accepting a credit card and paying the lodging fee again for deposit. Still, I haven't received an apology yet.

nice clean facility. Access to the hotel can be confusing as it has an E shaw address but really faces E Twain ave. There is a driveway off of east shaw when coming in from the east but could be easily missed as other buildings are behind the hotel on shaw. When coming from the wast or exiting off 41 onto Shaw head east on Shaw, then turn left at the light onto N Fresno street and right onto E twain. This will bring you right into the hotel.

The Staff was great the hotel was not. It was like staying in a run down motel 6. and the breakfast they service was tribble with under done sauage, so so great yogurt, kitchen not well maintained, waffle was about the only thing people where eating it sure wasn't the powdered eggs! just not good, ate else where.
