The wifi was out for my stay so I was unable to work remotely. No offer of compensation was offered since they didn't provide the services that was offered.

Helpful staff, friendly and efficient, clean rooms with everything required. They should stock more coffee in the rooms tho rather than the bare minimum 2

Got to the hotel for the 41st stalls awards and the hotel was okay but its nothing I will stay at again, bathroom tube drain was plugged up with hair where it did not won't to drain had to get that look at. Could not watch no football game cause they Tv's did not work no air in the elevators or while walking in the hallways. Breakfast was supposed to close at 10 o'clock. Everyone was turned away at 9:30am with no fresh food. No accommodation, just nothing.
