Adella Beach Resort Hotel

Horrible smell, very poor experience. We booked two rooms, and both had a terrible, musty smell from moisture. The bed sheets and towels had stains. It was more like a highway motel than a beach resort. We slept one night, had a quick breakfast and left. I can’t comment on staff or other things since we didn't have much communication with them. I just asked the cleaning lady about the horrible smell and she said she had no idea since she said they have never received complaints about it. It was very hard to believe bec the smell hit you hard when you opened the door. One bed from the bunk bed were damp and two people needed to share one bed. We booked nonrefundable so there was no point trying to find another place but I wont go back there for sure. Cleaning, state of the property and moisture are all problematic.

⭐ 1/5 — Una experiencia muy desagradable. El principal problema fue la falta de higiene. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy mala. Antes de llegar, después de leer varias reseñas negativas, contacté al hotel por WhatsApp y pedí algo muy sencillo: que nuestras habitaciones estuvieran cerca unas de otras y, sobre todo, que estuvieran LIMPIAS. No pedí lujo ni habitaciones especiales; únicamente limpieza. Al llegar entendimos por qué existen tantas quejas. Encontramos chicles sobre las mesas, botes de basura sin vaciar, baños sucios, inodoros salpicados de orina, olores desagradables y habitaciones que claramente no habían recibido una limpieza adecuada. Algunas tenían cortinas rotas y sábanas deterioradas, y varias daban la impresión de haber sido utilizadas sin haber sido correctamente preparadas para los siguientes huéspedes. Nos quejamos en recepción y nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien a limpiar. Para nuestra sorpresa, la “limpieza” consistió básicamente en que la misma persona de recepción pasara una toallita o paño por el inodoro y utilizara un desodorante en aerosol. Nos mostraron otras habitaciones intentando solucionar el problema, pero estaban en condiciones similares o incluso peores. Finalmente, después de una noche muy desagradable, terminamos durmiendo todos en una sola habitación porque no nos sentíamos cómodos utilizando las demás. Al día siguiente necesitábamos desayunar alrededor de las 8:00 porque teníamos una actividad a las 8:40
