The wi-fi didn’t work in the bedroom, sofas were old and we couldn’t unfold them so both my son and my husband were forced to sleep on the folded couches. The kitchen was fine. The bathroom is actually a wet room. There is a lift, ramps everywhere so disabled people can easily move around there. But the swimming pool was horrible! It smelt of piss, there isn’t even a ladder and deep everywhere. So in overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends.

I recently stayed at the Flamingo Residence and I really enjoyed my stay, the resort was quaint and cosy, good AC system, balcony view was amazing facing the mountains and the swimming pool was really good. The staff were so friendly and professional and helped us with everything, I highly recommend this resort.

We arrived to the hotel room and the smell of the room was so strong and bad , we couldn’t stay another minute . We tired to open all the windows and balcony door however we couldn’t get rid of the horrible smell. The bed sheets had stains all over them and also stunk. The pictures of the properly on this site is all false and does not look like this in real life . There is no beach outside and the pool also looks old and dirty .

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Anliegen wurden sehr schnell gelöst. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viele Supermärkte und Restaurants, die auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel eine sehr gute Empfehlung. Unseren nächsten Urlaub würden wir wieder hier buchen.

Die Unterkunft war schlecht. Die Möbel sind noch 2014 und die Reinigung war sehr schlecht. Nach Zimmerwechsel und Beschwerde würde auch das Zimmer gründlich geputzt! Sehr laute Gäste, die bis morgens Party machen und keine Rücksicht auf andere nehmen. Das Besteck war noch dreckig im Schrank. Backofen war dreckig und versift. Die Dusche lief nicht richtig. Das Personal war Hilfsbereit.

We got late check in. It was any problem and fast. Reception working 24 hours and they tried to help with any question even call taxi. Property was clean. The photos correspond 100% to those provided by the Hotels.com.

I'm enjoying my stay at the Flamingo residence Antalya. Room has cooking facilities , and a washing machine. Fridge freezer. Local supermarket very close to the Hotel. And restaurants. Clean , and very spacious including a balcony with chairs . Air conditioning is very good in all rooms . And you can control the temperature. Very comfortable queen size bed. Only dislike in which is minor. There isn't any pans to cook. Or an oven tray 😟 Other than that , everything is perfect. 😊👍

Hotellet var meget gammelt, og der var støv alle steder, og brugte ting fra tidligere gæster. Ingen håndklæder, og da vi spurgte havde de ikke flere. Den ene sofa kunne ikke åbnes, og den anden kunne åbnes halv. Ikke et sted jeg vil komme igen.

The location is not crowded and at the west part of antalya..for me it was convenient ..there is many stores and shops around the hotel..but you need a car ..there is cleaning every three days ... the apartment was good and clean...the price was a good deal...the staff are helpful and can provide you the help you need

The penthouse I got is spacious but it never clean for my 6 nights and no change bedding at all it hasn’t have a kettle for tea and coffee eve asked for the refrigerator small it never get cool, the air conditioner it was central it wasn’t option , no blankets. The bathroom boiler it was rubbish you can’t mixed hot and cold water. The there is no to have breakfast or lunch in hotel even around it but maybe good for self-catering if providing cooker and cabinets other problem communication in English however it was quite very away from market and center and sea.

Worst stay ever. The room is available on the sixth floor where the lift doesn’t go. The room was dingy and smelled the whole time. I literally stayed for 15 mins but couldn’t bear it anymore so had to leave the hotel. Its far off from the main city. You can get better options in the same amount. The pictures are very misleading.
