Rooms falling apart, Toilet did not have water, I had to turn on myself. Pictures and mirror broken, two remotes for television which was a 27 inch, Refrigerator was loud and bright flood light aimed directly at my window, door lock missing, and I had to get my key reactivated 6 times in 2 days. This all after I arrived and the hotel did to have my reservation that I made in November 2025 because they changed ownership and didn't have the courtesy to bother to transfer or keep track of reservations already in affect. I flew from Houston and was told I had no room, Thank you to the staff for making it work.

Room and bathrooms were outdated and dirty. Stains on the couch in the room. The towels and sheets smelled. Not worth the price…even on a game weekend.

This was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in and for 10 years I spent 20 weeks a year in small town motels. Property has recently transferred affiliations and been down-flagged. Property is tired overall with significant interior deferred maintenance. Room was dated at best with damage present and features worn. Staff was as helpful as they could be. Woman at counter was very competent, man appeared new to role. Several in lobby when we arrived had reservations lost with franchise transition and with event in town had minimal recourse. Unit AC worked well and elevator functioning but with expired inspection certificate posted. Soundproofing poor. Location easy to access right off tollway. This property is strictly a budget play until significant renovations occur. Event pricing was $250+ when others were $600.
