Todo está muy limpio y muy bien conservado. Mi habitación, realmente amplia y agradable. El personal es muy atento y amable. Y está muy bien ubicado , prácticamente cerca de plazas comerciales y tiendas departamentales. En los alrededores cercanos, existen distintas opciones para consumir alimentos a precios razonables, aunque el restaurante del hotel, es muy agradable y con excelente servicio y alimentos, también a precios razonables.

My stay at Kali Escandón was pleasant. Staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Cleaning staff is very attentive and nice. Hotel is close to various dining options, I would recommend Funk Rock Cafe (good burgers). Kali restaurant has good food as well. Hotel is also close to a park if you’re looking for a walk/run. Only issue I had was with the internet which was spotty.

Lo que más nos gustó a mi esposa y a mí fue el personal y la limpieza con la habitación, también necesitábamos el servicio de impresora y nos lo dieron. La ubicación también está bien, cerca del metro para podernos mover a todos lados.

Very nice hotel in area next to Condesa. Good breakfast buffet included, with fresh orange juice and a changing set of freshly prepared dishes. Maid service daily and excellent. Very good value. Quiet rooms in relatively quiet and low traffic residential neighborhood. Spanish knowledge useful but not absolutely necessary. Front desk (24/7) staff all had decent English skills. Would definitely return to Kali Escandon in the future.

I rented the presidential suite- Kali suite, for a stopover in Mexico City. The large outdoor terrace, views, large jacuzzi tub were wonderful. The staff were excellent and welcoming. I only ventured out in the neighborhood for a short time and the area is nice and safe. There is a market with restaurants, vendors etc very close by, it was enjoyable. I will stay again next time I am in Mexico City.

I had a wonderful stay at Kali Escandón last week. The attention was perfect—the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. My room was very nice as well; I really loved the retro vibe, while still being functional and spotless. Everything felt just right and made my stay very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest improving is the Wi-Fi in the rooms, as it wasn’t as strong as I would have liked. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Muy bonito el hotel y muy amables tanto en recepción como en el área del comedor, lo único que no fue de nuestro agrado total fue el ruido que se escucha de las otras habitaciones, considero que deberían de trabajar en la insonorización de estas ya que se escucha todo y más por la madrugada que fue que nos despertamos mi pareja y yo un poco apenados de lo que se estaba escuchando en la habitación continua.

The room was great, convenient location for the reason of the trip, great service from the staff and breakfast was good, the only negative thing was the wifi, we stayed in the 4th floor and it didn't work for any of the days we were there.

De verdad lamento no poder dar una calificación de 10 a este hotel porque lo que tiene que ver con la parte física y de ubicación todo está excelente. Sin embargo, hubo omisiones en el servicio que no son aceptables en un hotel de ninguna clase. LO BUENO. No sé si sea el estilo original o es un edificio remodelado y le dieron ese look, pero se ve como un condominio Art Decó recién inaugurado. Súper bonito. La habitación es muy amplia con cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Aire acondicionado funcionando a la perfección. 10 de 10. El vecindario no es el mejor pero tampoco está mal. Y te encuentras exactamente en medio de las colonias Condesa y Nápoles; dos de los vecindarios más bonitos y con mejores restaurantes de la ciudad a dónde puedes caminar sin problemas. Además, llegas en Uber en menos de 10 minutos a todos las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. LO NO TAN BUENO. En general, el servicio es amable pero poco entrenado (excepto el jefe de recepción que parece que te está haciendo el favor de atenderte). Por ser socio Gold de hoteles.com, se suponía que me tenían que dar una bebida de bienvenida, ascenso de categoría de habitación y late check out. No me dieron ninguno porque ni una cerveza tenían. Y lo que me hizo estallar en cólera, fue cuando nos molestaron a mi pareja y a mí en la habitación aunque teníamos el letrero de no molestar. Lo peor: no he escuché una sola disculpa por parte de nadie. Por esa razón no regresaría.

Great option to stay in Mexico City. The neighborhood is charming and safe. The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. I stayed there for a month, and the hotel was very responsive to my needs, they immediately solved any little issues. The best: the staff. Special mention to Maria in room cleaning. In the restaurant, Jesus, Omar, Montserrat and, very especially, Martín. Thank you all for making my stay so pleasant. The only shocking situation happened at the restaurant with waiter Daniel, who had the audacity to remind me that I should leave a tip, even if I had been giving it every day for weeks.

Unfortunately when we arrived they didn't have my reservation even though it was already paid. The person at the desk was a little rude and not empathetic at all. We have been traveling and we wanted to rest at our paid room. The person said it was a mistake on the en of Expedia, but then an Expedia agent told me it was their fault. They moved us to a room that was a downgrade, then to a different room with similar services as the one paid and finally to the appropriate room. What is frustrating is that nobody took the blame or even ask an apology. If I hadn't been pushing them they would have left us in first room. Definetly not coming back.

I was blown away at this lovey property, very pleasantly surprised Wow, is all i can say, this hotel is so wonderful, so quiet, they have spared no expense with everything. They have done such a great job with every little detail and the customer service is 5 STAR. We had a 16 hr layover and being we are not familiar with Mexico City, i clearly picked tbis hotel because of the Amazing reviews, we were not disappointed. Thank you so much!

beautiful room and hotel. AC worked great. Staff was super friendly. Hotel is near the Condesa, but not in it. Escondon is fine, but you need to walk a couple blocks to get into the really cool area with a lot of cafes and restaurants.
