I feel that this hotel should have more to offer breakfast or s dining area so you can relax you have to go out for everything you want at this hotel it don’t have a pool any of that so I feel some more upgrades to the this hotel.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Check-in was quick and handled professionally. Thank you for a great stay. I would recommend getting a new marquee. It gives the appearance of being run down but was not the case.

Parking was swide open as the hotel ws not very booked. Actually made us feel concerned that the property was not good, but it turns out to be very well kept stay was good , but we did not stay long to use the facilities as provided. Will come3 back again.

Nice small hotel. The members price was really good so I took a chance. The rooms was very clean. The carpet in the elevator was very worn from the carts so it gave a less attractive appearance. The odd thing was after we checked in on Friday night we never saw a person working in the place for 3 days. The room was done daily but never a person at the desk. Also other than a coffee pot in the room and a coke machine there was nothing to eat. All that being said I would stay there again at that price.

This hotel is very tired and dated. Carpets were dirty and old. The bedroom was clean but the chair provided was extremely worn. The taps at washbasin were wobbly and the shower was extremely cramped. Our room was not serviced during our two night stay and the air con was very noisy The whole hotel needs complete refurbishment.

Room and property was lacking updates. Grunge carpet and the thing above the curtain seemed to have years of dust. Both hotel signs were barely readable from sun fade. Continental breakfast was the smallest I had ever seen. They had reduced housekeeping services due to staff shortages but I’m guessing it was imply a cost cutting measure. Strange noises emanating from the exterior wall.

I had never stayed stay at this hotel so i wasn't sure about it. However it ia well maintained and clean and i have no complaints with the condition of the hotel. I would say the walls are thin as talking could be heard from an adjacent room.

Most importantly the room was clean! We stayed 2 nights but we were only in the room to shower & sleep. There was an issue with the a/c, it wasn't cold just cool, but we didn't bring it to anyone's attention since we were barely in there. It was comfortable enough to sleep. The rooms do need updating, you can tell they were built before we had multiple electronics/ devices. The beds were comfortable, we had clean towels,the fridge & tv worked. It was super quiet, we didn't hear any other guests. Good price for a decent stay.

Nothing special about the room, but it is clean. Mattress comfortable but I would bring my own pillow. Their pillows aren’t horrible, but worst hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on. Nice owners. Continental breakfast very limited in choices, consists of choice of a sweet roll or muffin, 2 cereals, packaged oatmeal or make waffles. If you like tea you are out of luck; they only serve coffee and have milk (for cereal). Should consider tea bags for guests since they have hot water for oatmeal. Small but clean dining room with the food available from 6-9. Can’t really complain because room was reasonable. Overall no complaints.

Very decent for the price, nice ppl that helped when needed. Only things that need upgrading are the ac filters, desk chair in the room, & the shower heads. Other than those 3 things it’s a great stay,great price.

Paid online only to arrive and still have to pay a $50 deposit. No one was at the front desk when I arrived. We had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Hotel room was clean but did have an odor. Beds were not comfortable. Overall stay was ok.

Hotel hallways and room reeks of marijuana. Hotel owner/manager/reception extreme rude and not at all suited for that kind of work. Should be a truck driver or something. Called my room 15 mins to 11 am to remind me of my checkout. Said it was a " courtesy call". Felt more like I was being thrown out. When I pointed it out he said, if I said a minute more I'd be charged an extra day!!! That doesn't seem like a courtesy call. Never going back. His lost, since I stay over a 100 nights a year around the country.

The manager/front clerk had a terrible attitude. We came at one o'clock and he made us sit until three (which may happen at some places) but the way he spoke to us...never going back there unless the owners/ management changes.

This hotel was clean and convenient to SAV airport. We walked through Savannah that afternoon, dinner and then slept in Magnolia hotel before i departed the next morning. The 6 minute drive to SAV was great compared to 1 hr from my house.

I Honestly did not even enter the property but I was so worried that I would not feel safe there I drove away. It is way off the highway and has a poorly lit parking lot. There were many people lounging around outside and around the parking lot. It did not feel safe so I drove away.

We have stayed at Magnolia before and when our travels bring us close, it is our go-to. The only think I am not happy about is the breakfast service still being canceled due to Covid. I think that has long passed with other hotels serving full breakfasts. I think at least coffee and juice or waters be offered. It really took away from the fact that we really enjoy staying here and will get a hotel that serves breakfast next time. We weren’t notified on the website just when you walk in the door.

I looked thru many properties to find a decent place to stay on our way south, that was near Savannah and the highway. The room was clean, no issues with the noise level in hotel. The fan/heater was a little loud but worked well and also provided white noise to drown out any possible noise that may have kept us awake. Only disappointment was no continental breakfast at all “due to Covid”, which I think they just are saving money and not offering it again. A “grab and go” breakfast would be nice, we’ve had those at other hotels. It usually includes an apple, banana, granola bar and bottle of water. One other item to note is this hotel sits back behind another one and isn’t super obvious sign-wise, especially trying to find it at night. Definitely would recommend this hotel though.

Disappointing due to noisy people in the hallway at 10:00 pm. Called the office with no pickup. Had to deal with those overnighters myself. The breakfast had lukewarm coffee, no cream, and only cold pastry and waffle maker. Very disappointing. Being the third stay, I doubt if I will ever return.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was adequate, and it was very quiet during the night. The hotel building is older and shows signs of its age. It was advertised online as including breakfast, but upon arrival we learned that is no longer available. Overall, it worked fine for a one night stay while on the road.
