The location was accessible, Jess was really helpful and she explained well the whole process. I would love to stay more. The room, common toilet, kitchen, and washroom was clean and organized. I strongly recommend.

Never stayed here before, but it was tricky trying to find out how to exit. There are no exit signs on the hallway doors, so you have to keep wandering until you find the right one. I bypassed the exit multiple times. Some of the other doors are unmarked, which means you have to try multiple doors. Inconvenient, and also a fire risk. Once you open the correct door, there are then exit signs, letting you know you're going the right way down to the front desk. But good luck trying to find your way out during an emergency or if it's a little smokey! I suppose if one stays there on a regular basis or works there, they know exactly where to go. But for 1st timers... Other than that, the place was great. Good vending machine selection, big kitchen and plenty of fridge space, good temperature in the room. Would've given 5/5 if I could've figured out how to exit. On a side note: the ghosts night tour is definitely worth it, and hats off to Stephanie for an excellent tour ! (although if they don't install basic exit signs, the hostel itself may be a future stop on the ghosts tour ;-) )

The hostel was nice and they had a decent social atmosphere. My one complaint is that they refuse to let me charge my scooter to save on electricity.
