While the staff was kind and waiting for me to check in when my flight was delayed the room was horrible and I felt unsafe for my entire stay. The deadbolt on the door was removed. The room was extremely dirty, the bed had black marks and other stains all over the sheets and pillows. There were dead bugs smashed into the ceiling and the bathroom was disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in some time.

The room looked OK but there were roaches on the bed and in the room and on the bed. The cost in comparison to the room and lack of amenities was not good. It was really overpriced for offering nothing really. But at least I had no issues with disturbances from other guests.

I stayed a few minutes prior to this visit and had a air conditioner that didn't even turn on. They out a very loud floor fan in the room as a replacement. Fridge was warm, not cold at all. Then I stay again on New Year's Eve and the heat didn't work at all and outside temperature were under 40 degrees. I asked for a space heater and was told they do not have any and can not go purchase one. I had a friend go out of his way, at midnight , to bring me one. I understandable the hotel, situation, and location, but to not provide heat is ridiculous. The I stay

It listed as a 3 star hotel but its really a 1 star motel. DIRTY WITH ROACHES. The only thing that was clean was the sheets. No amenties, the microwave was broken, no fridge, TV remote was broken had to hold the batteries in place. They make you pay in advance because they know you will run out the door once you've seen the place.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I genuinely felt unsafe staying here. There was dirty men’s underwear in the bathtub as we checked in, the toilet didn’t work, there were roaches everywhere, the sheets were stained and cigarette burned, and the staff provided little to no help. A random man who was obviously not sober tried walking into our room as well as we had the door open waiting for housekeeping to come back (it was open for less than 5 minutes). My partner and I were so scared for both our physical safety and our health and well being that we ended up just booking a new hotel (the Days Inn nearby which was great). The staff offered no help with refunds or discounts, which definitely should have been provided given the multiple health and safety issues there. I genuinely don’t know how this place is still open or up to code. Do not stay here - the price is not worth the risk.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. It was so bad we didn’t even stay the night, roaches and bugs covered the room, bathroom was filthy, roaches in the refrigerator, on the bed, all over the walls. I have pictures if anyone needs proof

This property is not suitable for anybody to stay in. The room was dirty and everything in it was damaged, including the drains after complaining to Expedia we still did not get a refund back. Definitely the worst thing I’ve had over 20 years of just traveling

Hotel sold my room to another patron at 2:30 AM on my second night while I was asleep in the room. This second patron tried to get in and got frustrated someone was in his room. The issue came as my first two rooms weren't cleaned by housekeeping, so they smelled of cigarettes and had beer bottles everywhere. I got moved twice before finally getting a "clean" room. Overheard a conversation outside my room between people staying there, with the female saying she was a "working girl" and had been staying there for a few weeks.

I arrived with no one on the property, the doors locked, and a sign stating "sold out" when I had already booked the room. I had 2 small children with me and there were groups of what looked like gangs in the parking lot. I called and the staff stated the hotel was overbooked by Expedia and there was nothing they could do. It took me weeks to get my money back even though I never stayed.

I was nervous as I am a woman who was traveling alone but the ladies at the front desk were so nice and made me feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was there was a microwave but everything was very nice. Quiet environment so I was able to sleep. I had no issues and was able to have a nice relaxing time.

I was there was a microwave but everything was very nice. Quiet environment so I was able to sleep. I had no issues and was able to have a nice relaxing time.

Me gusto la ubicación, pero no hay seguridad aproximadamente las 5am me tocaron la puerta y cuando abri la cortina era un hombre pidiendome algo, le dije No, sumamente asustado y cerre la cortina. Cuando fui hacer el check out a las 6am no habia nadie para wue me entregaran mu deposito en efectivo que deje y que me garantizaron que abría personal para entregarmelo y no fue asi.

It’s not someplace I’d ever stay again. The receptionist were kind and courteous, but the place is a “HOOD” as “HOOD CAN GET” you name it, it happened right in front of my door. It’s a very dangerous place, and it was recommended by hotel.com supervisor Luis Leon after I requested to be moved from another motel that was falling down more than it was being “remodeled” the Oyo down the street from here. I was uncomfortable the entire night and worried about my safety and my vehicle.

I arrived with no one on the property, the doors locked, and a sign stating "sold out" when I had already booked the room. I had 2 small children with me and there were groups of what looked like gangs in the parking lot. I called and the staff stated the hotel was overbooked by Expedia and there was nothing they could do. It took me weeks to get my money back even though I never stayed.

This hotel first of all is NOT a hotel, it is a motel. It was in what felt like a very unsafe area. There were homeless people walking around the property. The rooms were extremely dirty, there was dirt on the floor, the bed had stains on it, I did not even dare look in the bathroom. I checked in and immediately left becuase of how bad this place was. This place should be $20 MAX per night...

Absolutely disgusting, this was a terrible hotel. You walk in it’s nothing but a blast of cigarette smoke. There’s cigarette holes on the sheets, 4 holes punched in the door, there was people fighting and crying all morning. People outside just smoking, making noise, it’s isolated, dangerous and looks like a drug, or prostitution operation. Please don’t book and it was 100 .

Front desk agent friendly and professional! There were loud people in middle of the might in hall ways. Definitely would be scared to even walk and get ice. Left the property within a few hours due to what appear homeless people walking in the property.
