Stayed 2 nights

The walls and floors were very thin so we heard our neighbors at all hours.

Bathroom very clean and had very nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc available. Beds were a little squeaky but not a big deal. Great location to ND!

They double booked me and told me I had to make my way to another hotel over a mile down the road - I had to get my own transportation there. While I was processing the shock, another customer came up and was checking out a day early. They wanted to give me their room that they had paid for already, but the hotel said they were not allowed to do that. After they checked out, the hotel said they would get me a room - different from the couples. But I wouldn’t have to go to the other hotel. When going to my room, one of the elevators was broken. The stairwell smelled badly. The hotel looked really outdated with carpets that were beyond old. The room smelled terribly. I ended up sleeping on my friend’s couch instead of going to the hotel because I couldn’t have imagined being able to sleep in that room. The staff were curt and only after I presented the solution did they try to make it happen. And then the hotel itself ended up being awful

The overall condition of the hotel interior halls and walls including elevator were not satisfactory with lots of damage and markings. For what the hotel was charging per night (over $500) everything should be in better condition.
