Thanksgiving eve Express check in we stayed two nights. Very quiet and peaceful Area. Check out was also speedy. The front desk clerks were amazing. Super welcoming friendly. Only a 5 minute drive from to Mohegan Sun Casino. Our room was HUGE (bigger than Mohegan Sun) great super clean. I take lysol Wipes and spray and not one spec of dirt. The rooms do not have a microwave but there is a common area in the lobby that has one. Their pool was small but nice. The gym needs updating. Only 2 machines working the rest out of order. But worked for what i needed. Their complimentary breakfast was actually great. They served hot food: french toast, Sausage links, Canadian bacon, home fries, bread station, danish, muffins, hot oatmeal with side, fresh fruits, yogurt. We enjoyed almost everything they offered. We enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back next year. Thanks so much Hyatt staff

Upon arrival-at the hotel lobby-extremely hot. A/C wasn’t turned on-because the next morning for breakfast-conditions were much better-A/C was turned on. The workout room was the big disappointment. 3 tread mills-2 was broken & both elliptical machines was broken. So, instead I ended up walking & jogging outside the hotel area.

Number one am a senior lady almost 80. When I checked in I was never told info about breakfast . A cashier at the Mohegan Sun is who told me that I was lucky because the Hyatt served breakfast. Also I was not told that there was no shuttle on Sunday. I was relying on that shuttle to take me to the arena for a basketball game. Then I left the hotel on Sunday and came back to my dirty room. Not expecting at all bed not made , dirty wet towels, trash cans full . I was shocked when I walked in my room. I was never told they don’t clean the rooms but every other day. I had no towels to take a shower. When I went to talk to the manager on duty about all this. She say we haven’t had shuttle service on Sunday for years. I asked how was I suppose to know this since I never stayed here before. She said everything is on the web site. I am 80 years old and don’t have a computer. I paid $500 for this room and you all can’t even guarantee me clean towels to take a shower. I am disgusted with all this lack of communication. Not my fault. No apology and no reason to get this treatment. You should be ashamed . Marles Bianchi

Hotel was clean and very easy to get to. It's only a 5 minute drive to Mohegan Sun and they offer shuttle service to and from that runs every 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean

Unfortunately, this property is not being well maintained in the last few years. The pool room looks run down with the ceiling chipping and the vents rusted over. The outdoor area for breakfast was dirty. They had no AC on in the hallways, so it felt damp and musty. The breakfast was decent.

While this property is convenient to the casino, it was evident that minimal effort is being made to clean between guests. The bathroom shower was moldy and the floor was covered in hair from multiple prior stays. Very disappointing. Pool was also inoperable during our stay, not that I would want to go in it.

The room had a smell . Under the refrigerator was dirty and food . The pool was dirty looks like they haven’t clean around the pool area in years . This hotel is expensive and looks very dirty .

The hotel was good and free breakfast was also provided. The receptionist staff were accompanying as well as the kitchen staff. Housekeeping staff was okay. However, I noticed that they did not change the bed sheet and pillow cases. On that day, my 9 year old son did not want to leave the room. One of the housekeeping staff came and I observed that they did not change the pillow cases until I informed them. The new day, I assumed that they changed the bed sheets. There were yellow spots on the ceiling of the shower as well as the bottom of the shower set loose. In additional, there was a crack on the cover of the toilet seat. There was also some scaffolding in the bathroom ceiling as well. I reported this to the staff and was informed they would let maintenance know. The area of hotel was safe as well as having an indoor pool.

Worst place I ever booked didn't sleep there left the rooms smelled so bad I kept my clothes in the car left after show the mold smell was terrible they wanted to spray the carpets to mask the odor I want a full refund Hyatt hotels should be ashamed this HYATT hotel

Property inside and outside is dirty and tired. The bathroom had peeling wallpaper, walls were warping with water damage and grout in shower was disgusting. Although there were glasses available I wouldn’t use them because I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the room and hotel.

My room had a gorgeous view of the outside wall on the back side of the building and looking down, there was some type of generator which did not shut off until 4:00 pm. Rm 332 by far is the worst room I have ever been in. I will never stay at another Hyatt property or use Expedia for booking.

The room was big and comfortable, just what we needed. Parking was easy and there were plenty spots available (we went on a mon-wed). Conveniently located next to a pharmacy, grocery store and other shops. Only 5 minutes away from the Mohegan Sun Casino. We’d definitely recommend it if you’re on a budget and don’t want to spend extra to stay at the casino hotel.

I want to commend Claude our shuttle driver. He is an asset to your company. Please reward him with your appreciation, and recognition for the value of his service. Your company needs to have 2 shuttles running on the night of shows!!! Poor Claude was over worked by the amount of people who were in need of transportation. Do the numbers. 200 or more people trying to get to the show at the same time was absolutely ridiculous.12 people at a time was all that fit. Claude did an amazing job using his organizational skills to insure that everyone was safely transported to, and from our destination. Give Claude a big raise!!!

Staff were extremely rude even for CT, laughed in my face about a question regarding my membership with their own hotel chain and then proceeded to explain to me I had no perks through my Hyatt rewards even though I had previously utilized a Hyatt and my Hyatt rewards worked at the other location. I would not recommend this location due to the issue with staff and the lack of respect

I arrived a little after 11pm. I waited at the front desk about 15 minutes before someone poked their head from the back to see what I needed. A bell would be helpful if you are going to work in the back. The room was nice, quiet and the bed comfortable. It took us a while to find the closet because the mirror cover the sliding door. There was no hot water in the sink. Breakfast had your standard array of hot and cold offerings and it was good. The staff was very loud. They were shouting a conversation between the dining area and the front desk. The tv was at a decent volume for guests to tune into the news, but you couldn’t hear most of it because of the volume of the staff. Also, finding the entrance to the hold at night was a challenge. You need to drive up on it slowly because it is a sharp right turn and the hotel sign is not well lit and kind of set back.

Did the online check in and said that we would be getting there at 5pm. Received an email that our room was ready. When we got there, we were told that our room wasn’t ready and there must have been a glitch in the system. Had to get ready for a concert and had to change our clothes in the bathroom then check our bags with the desk. As we were doing this other people were checking in and given rooms. Needless to say we were not happy.

Check in was at 4pm. Our room was not ready until after 5pm. They didn’t even say sorry or offer a drink while we waited. We were not alone. The lobby was packed with people waiting for their rooms. The front desk said it would be a few minutes. Over an hour is not a few minutes. Otherwise the hotel was nice. Good room and we appreciated the shuttle to Mohegan Sun.

Great place to stay when going to Mohegan Sun Arena, only a 5 minute drive away. Hotel had all the amenities that you could want. We didn’t use the pool as we were in a hurry to get to the game. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Great breakfast with many choices.

Nice area very quiet. Easy to get onto highways/interstate. Bed was fantastic, slept like a baby each night. Fridge actually worked which if you travel often you know that is rare. TV is big and newer. Nothing bad to say, even the elevators are fast and you do not have to wait more than 15 seconds for an elevator. This will be my go to hotel every time I’m in Connecticut visiting family.

The room was big and comfortable, just what we needed. Parking was easy and there were plenty spots available (we went on a mon-wed). Overall, the hotel is pleasant upon arrival. My family and I were hardly greeted and rushed through check in. Breakfast was pretty bad. Everything tasted like it was frozen/premade. The best part about breakfast was the premade French toast. Outside the property there was so much dog poop- luckily we managed to dodge every pile. On a positive note- the room was very spacious for our family of 4, clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed here for close access to Mystic Aquarium and next day visit to Lake Compounce. It’s also decently close to Foxwoods and Mohegan.

Coffee in the main area was not always available. We are not techies and getting information about TV viewing and area restaurants was lacking. Bathroom door hits the wall when open and a shoddy repair job was done on tbe wall. The breakfast was poor. Pastries were not fresh, potatoes were dry and tasteless, french toast was old and there was not enough egg soaked in. Eggs were OK. Tea choices was good. Limited choice of juices.
