The valet when we got there was very slow will give it a 4 out of 10. The valet when we left took over an hour to get our car would give it a big 0 out 10! When the guy about yhis he told us he was the only one on.Give me a break ,poor,poor planning on Mohegans part,after spent a grand at your slots and one night at your hotel. Hotel was fine.

The room was nicely set up, we had daily cleaning. The front deck was efficient. The only big issue was the valet parking. We waited 45 minutes to get our car after checkout. We weren’t the only ones. 45 minutes was the average. Definitely need a better system!

We've stayed here many times over the years. This was not one of our favorite experiences. Could not to connect to the Wi-Fi at all during our stay. The morning of our checkout, none of the elevators in the Earth Tower were working. People were walking up and down flights of stairs to get to their rooms and to checkout. No staff around to help. Lots of elderly people walking up stairs with canes and coming down the stairs loaded with luggage. Not a safe condition at all. Hard to believe that there was only 1 flight of stairs to get up and down to the rooms.

We stayed one night for a show at the arena, and will probably do so again. My one complaint is that the gym is not accessible until 8AM. Even with a room key, the door didn’t open until 8 on the nose. We were not the only people hoping to squeeze in a workout at 7AM, so perhaps this is an issue they should look into changing.

I love Mohegan Sun! The room was very large, clean and comfortable. It is such a beautiful hotel with many dining options. The only complaint was that both pools were closed which we were not told about upon arrival. I called while we were still there and complained and they gave us a $50 credit.

It was top rate until the very end when 3 of the 4 elevators went out of service. Im healthy enough to use the stairs with my luggage from the 8th floor but there was many many people that couldn't.

Excellent spacious rooms, clean, comfortable and gracious staff. Lots to do and nice pool area. The music in the restaurants especially could be softer and calmer. Understand the casino will be loud but when eating an expensive meal it would be better to have no music or soft music. The arena was a good venue though the Wolfden has better acoustics.

Smooth check-in and check-out. Requested and received upper floor. Housekeeping was efficient. EV charging in parking garages. Asked for late check-out and was granted one hour at no additional charge. Baggage storage. Unfortunately pool in Sky tower was closed for renovations and the Earth tower pool was a bit chilly. Very enjoyable 2 night stay with many good restaurants and entertainment. Will come back when pool reopens.

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. It was so clean and modern. We stayed at the sky tower which was conveniently located near everything. It was high tech overlooking the water. We vallet parked and didnt have to walk far. The pool was beautiful with a jaccuzi tub, and huge with a bar.

The room wasn't very clean at all. There was a wet spot on the rug in front of the tv. The biggest concern was the in room telephone - which did not work at all. I did call in through my cell phone, and a tech was sent to our room to try and fix it. He let us know he didnt have the right equipment and would come back - in the interim we had to leave for the basketball game - but noticed he had left his cell phone behind. When we returned he had gone back into our room to retrieve his cell phone - but our in room telephone was STILL not fixed and no one ever returned to address it. This was upsetting not only from a safety standpoint but it left us unable to order room service to our room the next morning... for 500 a night I would have expected WAY more...

Hotel lobby is stunning! Accommodated a move to a King room on top floor with a great view which was appreciated. Room was modern and nice but two things really took away from it— the bed was ROCK HARD and very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the shower had hairs on the walls from previous users. For the price paid we expected a clean and comfortable experience which was unfortunately lacking.

Beautiful property, obviously. One issue this time though—if you stay on the backside (the ugly roof side) of Sky Tower, on a Saturday night, be ready for a party in your room until around 2am, because the nightclub will be BUMPING WITH BASS. The architects messed up with this one!

There was a slight issue with the room we originally booked, so we got upgraded to a luxury suite. The room was spectacular! The beds were so comfortable with the most amazing sheets and blankets. The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated! They definitely went above and beyond to make up for the room confusion. Such a great hotel and a very memorable stay for us.

The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows, ever, we used our clothes bunched up as pillows and the vent makes a weird squeaking noise along with the fridge. We both had a lousy night sleep.

My experience at the Mohegan Sun Hotel during the NERSC annual conference was incredibly frustrating. Upon check-in, I encountered chaos; the front desk attendant left to check my reservation and took a long time to return. When she finally did, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled by the conference organizers, which was impossible since I had received confirmation the day before. Despite my insistence, the staff claimed they tried to contact the organizer but got no response. Frustrated, I called her myself, and she confirmed my reservation on the first try. This situation could have been resolved swiftly if they had simply checked their records properly. To make matters worse, I had booked a second room out of my own pocket, but they attempted to charge me $350 for it, despite my pre-payment two days prior. It felt insulting when they questioned how many rooms were under the organization’s credit card, insinuating that I was being dishonest. Throughout the ordeal, the lack of empathy and customer service was shocking—there were no apologies or offers to assist. Given this experience, I will recommend that the NERSC leadership team reconsider Mohegan Sun as a host for future conferences. Their hospitality fell far short of expectations, and it was disappointing to say the least.

This was the worst check in I've ever experienced, from the drive in, wait for valet, lack of staff at check in, and lack of directions on how to get to the room.... Otherwise I liked the room and thought it was very clean. The AC was off when we checked in and the temperature was nearing 80 degrees.

I booked our room almost 6 months early. It was for a romantic get away with my husband so I got a very expensive king room. The hotel told us they overbooked and had no king rooms so stuck us in a 2 queen room and didn’t refund us any money. After expressing my disappointment they reluctantly gave us some vouchers for the casino but that still didn’t help how disappointed we were.

The kiosks for self check in didn’t work and there was a long line at the check in desk. However, the desk staff were very nice and very helpful. The rooms are ok, but pretty expensive for what you get. The parking garages are all very far away from the hotel and the valet line was terrible. We’ll consider other local hotels the next time we attend a concert.

It's great for concert goers. The concert venue and hotel are connected along with restaurants and some shopping. If you don't like gambling or aren't interested in casino's, then there isn't much else for you.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was great and service everywhere was wonderful. If you get a chance to eat at Michael Jordan's Steakhouse make sure you go there. It was a true dining experience.
