We were attending an event at one of the casinos. This hotel was a great alternative to staying there. Very convenient and frequent shuttle service. Van was roomy. Driver was very pleasant and on time. Rooms, hallways, lobby were all very clean and well-maintained. Not noisy. Easy parking. Strongly recommend.

Decided to stay here because they provide a shuttle to Mohegan Sun. What they did not tell you on their home page is they run only on Friday an Saturday. We were out of luck on Sunday and had to drive to Mohegan and put up with the tremendous traffic afterward.

Overall my stay was adequate. It's fine for a cheaper option near the casino. I did notice some high dust, as well as dust around the edges of the carpet. There was a piece of trash under the cushion for the bench in the room. The hair dryer has a good amount of dust on it.

The beds creaked every move you made. The shower had mold in it. The bathroom wallpaper was falling off. The hair dryer was not usable in the bathroom even after popping the circuit. The fan in the bathroom was literally falling out of the ceiling. The room above us, you could her the people walking around, running to the bathroom, flushing the toilet.

My fiance and I were there for a weekend trip to Mohegan sun. We have been there many times before. We like the shuttle service. With that being said, the place is showing its age now. The hotel needs an update. The shower wasn't cleaned properly, or maybe not at all? There was a clump of dark hair on the shower wall. Very disappointed. We will probably be looking for a different hotel in the future.

Room was on the first floor - window overlooked on ground level - should have requested a higher floor; Room had ONE ceiling light - no table lamp(s) Casino shuttle runs every 30 minutes; we got to the pickup spot at 10:15PM and the shuttle did not arrive until 11:00PM - no explanation or apology. When we got back our room key did not work. They replaced it yet never asked for ID if we were the room owner; Around midnight music/noise from the next room (117) - we were in 119. I finally went to the front desk and they came and listened to the noise. Said they would check - possible coming from the second floor. Not sure if they did anything as I finally fell asleep. Just before checking out I asked my wife "is there anything in the refrigerator" - she said there is no refrigerator. I thought she was kidding. She wasn't. TV is mounted in the corner of the room (above the closet). Not at eye level OR in the middle of the room.

The room was very spacious. Lots of options in the area. Front staff made ir very easy to check in. Decent breakfast options. Only con was The bathroom was a little dated. You can tell they tried to do quick patch jobs to the cracks in the ceilings and the door didnt evenly close. Otherwise everythings else was good. I would stay again.

The room was tiny. The amenities were minimal. There’s no coffee maker in the room.. but there were several Styrofoam coffee cups. Good news the room was clean. The feds was not very fancy. I think it was like a thin mattress on a on a wooden board or something. It’s not like a full bed. The breakfast was nothing great! It was a last-minute stay after being at the casino late so I shouldn’t probably complain, but it was just kind of mid. It was just kind of Meh, it was just kinda OK.

We showed up at 2:30pm and the clerk wouldn’t even start the paperwork process to check us in because it wasn’t 3 o’clock yet. By the time 3 o’clock rolled around there must’ve been 20 anxious/angry people in the lobby waiting for it to be 3 o’clock so that they can start the check-in process.. I have never experienced anything like that before. I mean, I can see if it was a five star hotel I mean my friends got checked in two hours prior to check in time without any issues at the Mohegan Sun. I can actually see that happening there instead,but not at this place. Although the rooms seemed cleaned, there was really nothing special about this place other than its proximity to the Mohegan Sun.

We would definitely go back! It was 5 minutes from Mohegan and in a very convenient area. The staff was very friendly and check in/check out was very fast and easy (we did early check in online). The only thing was the bed was SO uncomfortable we barely slept. The rooms were also smaller, so we thought it would be easier to maintain the temperature but it was actually the opposite. When the AC would come on it would get super cold in the room and when it turned off it immediately got super warm.

The breakfast has changed it is so depressing now. They were out of many things on a Saturday and I check back three times in an hour and never got filled. It is frozen cheese omelette and eggs waffles both you have to heat up yourself. They used to have a pancake machine not there anymore.

I checked in on line but really didn't speed up my check in at the desk they just asked for all the same information i gave online. Waited to check in, in person for a long time cause their was only one employee for the whole hotel and he was being janitor when i showed up. Continental style breakfast consisted of pancake machine and juice. No fruit, bagels or muffins. Room was clean and had eveything i needed for a queen suite. drain in tub was broken. Used the coffee pot and water was leaking out the bottom, told the front desk upon check out they did not act as if they cared and moved on to next customer.

Really shocked by the positive score! My stay was quite unpleasant. I believe in leaving accurate feedback consistently, whether positive or negative and unfortunately this experience falls in the latter camp. Bathroom was not clean, entire facility needs a good cleaning and remodel big time. Air unit in the room was obnoxiously noisy, no housekeeping during my stay. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly and much of the other guest clientele seemed a bit sketch. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re in the area!

Clean room and common areas. Staff was helpful when needed. Property was well maintained. Only issue was the extremely limited breakfast offerings. Only some premade cheese omelettes, bagels, bread and mini muffins. There was a pancake maker that was not in service. Hotel is very close to Mohegan Sun so it's very convenient. Overall it's not a fancy hotel but I would stay here again since the price was right.
