Staff was wonderful. We've stayed here before and the staff has always been the best feature. However, the king lake-view room we were in had some issues. First, there was no closet. All there was was a bar sticking out from the wall by the entry door with four hangers. You can't hang anything there longer than a shirt because there is a bench below. We were there for two nights and wife had nowhere to properly hang her skirt and dress. We ended up hanging them on the shower door in the bathroom. There was also no iron or ironing board. They do provide a steamer, but that did very little to remove the wrinkles from our packed clothing. The elevators are bit scary. When they stop at a floor they stop, shake, and make very disconcerting noises. Twice (on different elevators) the doors did open at all when we reached the 4th floor. I repeatedly pressed the "4" button to get the doors to open. Thakfully that worked because we were ready to press the call button. I called the front desk after the first incident to let them know and they apologized. We didn't get a chance to try the pool or hottub because it was a busy holiday weekend and they were full of families with small children. Again, staff was wonderful and attentive.

Great hotel. With amenities and location to the lake and the village below. Access to the village below is a bit steep but side walk and stairs are availabl. Great pool and hot tub. Nice restaurants onsite.
