Motel quality stay at Hotel price. Many things were not working. The hot tub, the lights at the gym, the key cards. Their fitness center is just 3 old cardio machines too, a hotel gym was a selling point for me, but I was told that they never advertised a gym. Their breakfast bar is okay. The AC was very loud when it got started Overall, wouldn't stay here again

The staff were wonderful! The breakfast was as described. The room was clean, as were the linen. The highway noise on the highway side rooms would not be tolerable for tue average person. I drive semi, so it was ok for me but not great. The pool and hot tub have a sign saying they were closed by the city after an inspection was done, so i couldnt even enjoy time in the pool. The fitness center only has cardio machines and stuff for yoga. Overall good place but not worth the price.

Hotel is clean and staff was super friendly. Plenty of room for parking, as I had a boat trailer for this trip. This property is a 4 story building, (I was on the 3rd floor) and unfortunately the elevator was not working for the duration of my stay. Staff did not offer help, nor did I see them helping anyone else, with their belongings. I spent some time in the pool / Jacuzzi. The plaster is in need of a re-do, and although the Spa was hot, the jets were not working. My room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. TV and other amenities in the room worked great. The shades, however, were trashed. I would stay in this property again assuming some maintenance were performed.

Elevator was out of service, I was hurt from my leg and we were asigned to the 3rd floor. I understand it can happen so my recomendation is to let us know at the moment when reserve a room so we can have clear expectations.

Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Amazing. I was looking forward to a nice evening in the jazzed. Went out there and it was wasnt working. Very cold. A little disappointed. I just needed to relax. Had to book me a massage somewhere else..told front desk. A couple more people came out to enjoy it and was very upset. That was the whole reason they booked that hotel for the jacuzzi. Hopefully it gets fixed because the stay was Amazing besides that 1 thing...

Had a great stay, but there was a light bulb missing in one of the lamps next to the bed & the bathroom had dirty floors. They cleaned the middle, but the 1/2 inch next to the walls was an inch of dirt.. But The people working were very nice & professional!

The hotel and our room were fine (although there was a nasty stain on the carpet and please, get rid of the bath tubs!) but getting in and out of the parking lot can be a bit of a challenge because of the nearby In & Out (pun intended). The omelets served at breakfast were overcooked but edible. There were homeless and druggies hanging around the property but they left us and our vehicle alone. All in all, I would stay here again.

Amazing hotel!! Room we stayed in was the 2 queen suite and it was such an amazing extra spacious room. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Hard to sleep with the constant freeway traffic in your ear. You need a better sound barrier. Or charge less for guests on the freeway side. It was nice to be next to the in & out burger joint,

Agree with others about train horn every 40min or so but we sleep with white noise machines so was pretty well masked. We’d stay here again.

Holiday Inn Expresses are very consistent and this one was also! Very pleasant staff! Only thing I would say was the freeway side was kind of noisy. I got a little fan and that helped drown the sound a lot the 2nd night. I’m partial to the breakfast… the little cheese omelets and wonderful cinnamon rolls ☺️

Stayed for one night with my husband. Enjoyed breakfast, room was clean, microwave and mini fridge in the room, and staff were friendly especially Samir in the reception. Many food options in the area which are walking distance. One issue we experienced was the heater not working. We did notify reception when we checked out. Overall, great stay and we would stay again.

Chelsea went above and beyond to an exceptional service. She was the front desk and housekeeper at the time of our check-in. She went to our room delivered blankets, pillows and set up the sofa bed for my dad. She did it with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you Chelsea!

I called an hour before check in because I arrived early, the room was not available. I showed up 10 minutes before check in with my family waiting in the car and the clerk told me to wait another 30 minutes... I had a very terse discussion with the clerk of how this is entirely unacceptable and how I paid more for this hotel because it had a higher customer service and satisfaction reputation. So much for that...

My 1-star rating for "service" has nothing to do with expected customer service in general, it as to do with the archaic accounting system that the hotel shares with Expedia/Hotels.com. When I travel for business, I am required to produce a hotel receipt to submit for reimbursement. As I checked out, I was shocked to hear that Holiday Inn cannot print me a standard receipt because I booked through Hotels.com. After calling Hotels.com, they said they can only send me a receipt that I paid for a room, but could not produce a standard receipt that shows that I stayed at this particular hotel, on the specific date and that the payment was made at the hotel. Holiday Inn, after calling them again, said they can send me a receipt that shows I stayed there, but it couldn't indicate that I paid the room rate, it just showed a balance of "0". In this day and age, I can't obtain a standard hotel receipt on hotel letterhead that says I stayed there and paid the room rate? This is unacceptable. Other than this issue, my stay was good, as well as the room rate. Lastly, this review is as much a reflection for Hotels.com as it is for Holiday Inn.

I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express locations. This particular hotel is among the best of the franchise. The front desk is far above average. They have your receipt ready to go, the parking is easy, the rooms are very nice, breakfast is better than normal... Hasson at the front really sets this hotel as the best of the best of Holiday Inn express.

Everything looks clean and new. I really enjoy the bed, the location it’s next to the freeway and a lot of dinning options around, including in and out across the hotel. But also because it’s next to freeway, be advice that is some what noisy (freeway noise)

If I had to stay here again, I would. The price was good for the hotel. Breakfast was nice and hot and stocked well! The location was around major food chains you could walk to. For being next to the freeway it wasnt too loud. Nice and quite area.

This was the best out of 5 hotels we stayed in over the last two weeks. It was newer, clean, spacious, and well lit. The breakfast had many options including eggs, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, and pancakes. We are only staying at IHG Hotels in the future!
