The hotel was ok, room was big, the couch, chair and bed were very uncomfortable. The bed pillows looked nice and comfortable but they are mostly just air and filling and went flat. Almost on water pressure in the shower, the sink didn’t drain well at all and the toilet didn’t flush well either. The breakfast was disgusting; powdered eggs, boiled sausage and stale cereal are not very appealing. But the worse part of the hotel is the elevator. The elevator is tiny, slow and smelled horrible, not a dirty smell but a burnt oil smell which made me feel very uncomfortable riding in it. Also forgot to mention the construction worker hammering and banging at 5:30 am and the ambulance that was stationed out back with the ems workers watching me creepily every time I was outside. Will definitely not use this hotel again.

Checked in and moved rooms 3xs due to ac leaking and the carpet being soaked. The elevators were broke and we were informed before so that wasn’t a “issue” but the halls/ stairway was muggy and slippery al post fell twice. Manager was nice in getting us a room with ac but it was an inconvenience. Breakfast was edible but wouldn’t be our first choice.

The elevator was out of service. We did not find that out until we arrived for check in. “Out of order” signs posted on elevator door and on a door leading to outside from in the stairwell. Had to walk to the 3rd floor with our bags. Fans were plugged up with cords on the floor leading to the stairwell. Air was stagnant in our room. A roach was crawling on the nightstand next to the bed. Several repairs were observed to be needed throughout building. I did appreciate that the location of the hotel was close to where I was visiting.

Fine with staying here. Door wouldn’t lock properly so we had to leave un locked. We only stayed one night during the bad storms. So we just locked the interior and it was okay. Didn’t seem unsafe to leave the door accessible. Nobody was there. But should be noted. Pool was really nice and so was the front desk lady. Especially since we brought our dogs

The smell in the room was unpleasant and also everywhere else in the hotel. The pool had too many bugs in it to enjoy the water so it needed to be cleaned. The air conditioning gave a mildew scent as it blew the air in the room.

The only problem was elevator was being serviced at check in time so had to use stairs but was fixed later. Also ice machine on 2nd floor was out so I had to go to 1st floor. Staff was extremely nice.

Horrible overall. Sheets in our room had someone else's bodily fluids on them - DISGUSTING! Fans did not work in our bathroom or our daughters. The a/c in our daughters' room was so screwed up that EVERYTHING, including the linens were constantly wet. SO GROSS. Beds were so uncomfortable with springs poking up.

We were there 4 days and housekeeping NEVER cleaned our room once during our stay. We had to take our own trash out of the room and I got some towels and wash cloths off of tne housekeeping cart once. One woman was fantastic. I think her name was Charlotte. She worked so hard. Housekeeping would stay in one room for long periods of time talking on their phones. There was no supervision of them. It was terrible.

Stayed one night. You can hear absolutely everything. The doors have huge gaps in them. The bathroom had black mold and rust stains, some towels had hair on them from previous guests. The bed stands squeak soooo bad its hard to sleep.

Property located off a side street so nice and quiet, outside building looks good, inside needs some work. Elevator panel sticking out and loose, furniture in rooms VERY stained and very uncomfortable, chairs felt like I was sitting directly on the wood, no cushion to it. Has a cool bathroom mirror with light built in but not good when trying to apply makeup, hardly any bathroom light and the only other light was in the ceiling close to the toilet which had a bright white and warm light bulb so not much help. Rooms are outdated, stained and paint is marked up and stains running down the wall. Paper products are typical hotel issue…thin and rough. Bed was actually comfortable, bathroom had very hot water and towels were decent.

We booked a stay for three nights. Initially, our room looked nice enough, but there were several problems not visible at first. The mattress was hard, lumpy, and completely worn out. We both had the most uncomfortable nights' sleep we've ever experienced in any motel. The spout in the bathtub wasn't even attached to the wall and it just flopped around loosely; and the tub faucet was flimsy and felt like it was about to break off as we used it. The room was "echoey" because of the linoleum floors (no carpet) and high ceiling. This made it horribly noisy as others let their room doors slam, and when they stomped around on the floor above us. We were awakened several times during the night by this. The included breakfasts were absolutely pitiful. There was no variety, and the food was tasteless. I asked if they had any mayo so I could just make a sandwich from the sausage, and they said "No, we try to be healthy." Thanks, I like to be healthy too; but I also expected to have a breakfast that was, at least, edible. These were by far the worst motel breakfasts we've ever had. The lobby's brackish coffee tasted like it was days old and re-heated. The downstairs ice machine was not working. Saturday morning at 6:00 am, an employee was noisily using a vacuum cleaner in the lobby while shouting (literally) into a cell phone at the same time. This went on for over 15 minutes. We don't plan on ever staying there again, and we don't recommend it to others.

I booked a room for this property and they denied me to get my room for the night. I was out of town and they were extremely rude about their policy. They said I cannot stay here because I’m not 21 yet. I’m 20 by the way. Online they never said anything about age restrictions and I had already payed for my room. They didn’t refund me either they were very unhelpful and I really don’t recommend staying here.

I have stayed at this property dozens of times over the years. The upgrades are noteworthy. I was, however disappointed that when I requested early check-in (if available) to change clothes after travel to attend an afternoon funeral. My first request at time of telephone call to to make reservation, was met with notification that early check-in would cost me $50. Upon arrival at the property at 12:30 pm, I again requested early check-in; I was informed by the front desk clerk that it would cost me $35. Despite being unsure of what the exact charge would have been, this is a sorry policy, particularly since it would have cost you NOTHING~it is just pure opportunistic GREED.

Staff was friendly, some friendlier than others, but nobody was horrible. Breakfast was lacking. Biscuits and gravy were cold the day i tried them. We chose to buy stuff from a store most days instead. Rooms were pretty clean, but did look like there was mold or something in the shower. Overall i would stay again. No major complaints.
