The front desk girl had the absolute best customer service hands down! But I was upset because I spent close to $300 for a night to insure that as an athlete they would have a hot tub available, that’s why I booked. The hot tub was out of service without any warning. I was really upset and so were the other guests. That’s the main reason I booked with the Hamptons.

The dumbell weight set in the fitness center is not complete. Missing the 10lb set and one if the 25lb dumbells. Myself and another guest were both impacted while trying to work out. Breakfast choices were great! I really appreciated having coffee and creamers available throughout the day.

Pool and hot tub not working. Checked in on a Friday and they said the part for the pool and hot tub would be in on Tuesday after our stay. I just had foot surgery and I parked right by the door at the side of the hotel but door didn’t work. Staff said that door also was broken until the part came in. Had to get staff to open door to pool area when it didn’t work. When I checked in they asked if I wanted house keeping and I said yes. We left the next morning and when we came back in the afternoon no one had cleaned, no clean towels and trash overflowing. When I told staff no one had cleaned they said they put me in to have the room cleaned the next day. Since they asked I assumed they would clean. The day we checked out the lady at the front was very rude.I had to ask twice to please print out my receipt.

Was expecting the kind of room I’m used to getting. This room had only a small desk, no end table with lamp, no coffee table, just a big , unfriendly open space. General manager said that Hilton is taking furniture out of rooms and emptiness is the new look. I will be looking at other hotels.

Everything was great! Stayed with my husband, two daughters, and mother, for a softball tournament. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for us all. The staff was super friendly, even the breakfast attendant was cleaning tables and greeting guests in the morning. Close to several food options and gas stations. So when we checked in, everything was great. We had a call down to the front desk twice because there was kids upstairs at 10:30 at night as we were trying to sleep making lots of noise, throwing footballs banging on the floors in the front staff lady didn’t do anything about it. I had to go down there and ask her again. Can you please go upstairs And tell them people to please quiet down. And when I was there, there was a young gentleman said yes they’re playing football upstairs so therefore we couldn’t sleep at all.

Our stay was relatively good. The staff was great in accommodating our infant. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. When I found out my flight was delayed several hours I called and asked that the crib be in our room when we arrived around 1 am because our baby was probably going to be very cranky when we arrived. When I got to the room it was already in place set up and ready for her to go to sleep.

Place was great and everyone was super nice! The only thing that wasn’t excellent was going down for morning coffee and the two choices were “light roast” or “decaf” 😳 That shock was compounded by them only offering the two least popular sweeteners. Not a pink or blue packet to be found. My brain short circuited. I just stood there in shock, lol. But really, when I say the staff was nice I mean from the front desk to a maintenance person we happened upon… so, so nice. Would definitely recommend!

We arrived to find that construction was underway🚩. There was limited parking available for paying guests, and we were instructed to park behind the building in a community center lot, where an event was also taking place. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the TV was completely unusable. Additionally, food was left outside some doors and remained in the halls until the next morning. The noise level was extreme—forget about getting a good night's rest! Every footstep from the people above was audible. I felt as if I were at a budget inn. While the price of our stay suggested a high-end experience, the accommodations certainly felt low-budget.

Automatic lights in the bathroom don't turn off fast enough. The welcome on the TV was nice, but I found it wasteful to have it and the lights on. No remote in room so has to manually turn off the TV. Breakfast was amazing and the ladies working in the lounge were so friendly and sweet.

The hotel was easy to get to. The desk clerk was very nice but their computer system was on the blink and it took about 25 minutes to get checked in. The front desk manager had to do the check in from her office. The room was nice but the ac was difficult to keep running. The toilet in the bathroom was lower to the ground than a normal toilet. The toilet paper holder wasn’t attached to the cabinet correctly and fell off. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was sub par compared to other hotels we have stayed at. But the coffee and fruit were good. Overall it was just adequate but will not stay here again.
