Everything was brilliant. Pools, water slides, private beach, food. Good for families. The rooms were nice too but they were not in the main hotel building. They have separate blocks of flats within the hotel's proximity which gives more of a residential look.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the food was delicious, and the sea was warm and crystal clear. Our friends made use of the kids' club and were very pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff there — it gave them real peace of mind. There were a few minor downsides. Only three devices can be connected to the Wi-Fi per room, which was a bit limiting. Also, while the beach was generally clean, it would be great if the sand was sifted more regularly — from time to time we stepped on small debris (like wood or plastic fragments) hidden beneath the surface. Additionally, the room we were given didn’t appear in any of the pictures on hotel booking sites. While it was clean and comfortable overall, it was smaller than expected, and it would have been nice to see an accurate representation of it before booking. That said, we truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It’s a great place for families and those looking for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Tarif un peu excessif mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les enfants ont adoré l’hôtel que nous n’avons pas mis un pied dehors pendant 4 jours. Les photos prisent par le photographe sont cher et le papier est de mauvaise qualité 10e la petite photo !!! Un peu bruyant et chambre mal insonorisée Le fonctionnement de l’hôtel fait que les clients ont un comportement égoïste et individualiste…exemple ils viennent déposer leur serviette dans la nuit ou très tôt le matin sur les transats et réservent leur place toute la journée. Ils n’ont pas de savoir vivre et même si vous vous retrouvez en plein soleil parterre avec vos enfants ils ne sacrifient pas un de leur transat en en ayant déjà 5/6… dans certains hotels ils fonctionnent autrement ce qui permet de ne pas avoir ce genre de comportement. Rien n’a été fait sur nos 4 jours sur ce point là…chaque matin sur le chemin pour aller petit déjeuner nous avons vu tous les transats « réservés » par les memes habitues…nous nous sommes resignes à trouver un coin d’ombre parterre . Certains posent même leurs affaires sur des tables pour les réserver pendant des heures et vous vous retrouvez à manger parterre sur votre serviette ou si vous avez de la chance sur un transat. Des enfants vont dans la piscine avec leur cocktail et les renversent dans l’eau sans parler des pépins de pastèque qu’ils crachent partout. Hygiène autour de la piscine moyenne…Le restaurant est très bon et varié mais difficile de trouver une place

The hotel area is huge. You can use all the other kamelya hotels pools, beach, bars etc. This is very good. Breakfast just above average ( no smoked salmon for example) lunch and dinner is great. We had sushi on one day, other day good fish selection. We had italian speciality dining which was excellent. French speciality restaurant was closed for 3 days because lack of interest ( strange, in the 3 hotels there is no 10 people who can afford 25 euros extra for an a la carte dining? Maybe tooo many cheap people around… In the bars no blender, no frozen margaritas, daiquiris…. I recommend this place but it could be better drink variety.

Nach einem drei stündigen Flug und einem selbst organisierten Transfer kamen wir gegen 00:00 Uhr im Hotel an, der Mitarbeiter Seymen begrüßte uns mit einem freundlichen Lächeln. Vorerst wurde unsere Buchung welches wir über Expedia gebucht hatten nicht angezeigt. Nachdem wir 2 Stunden auf unser Zimmer gewartet haben wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Zimmer erwarteten uns Fliegen, welche wir ca. eine Stunde lang versucht haben aus dem Zimmer zu jagen. Wir entdecken eine Kakerlake im Zimmer und baten das Hotelpersonal das Zimmer erneut zu wechseln. Wir hatten uns ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht nun sitzen nach vier Stunden hin und her auf dem Balkon und schreiben diese Bewertung mit Hofansicht…

Die Anlage ist einfach riesig. Vorteil hier, für jeden ist etwas dabei und man wird permanent unterhalten. 1-2 ruhigere Orte gibt es doch auch. Unser Zimmer war durchaus abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber. Schimmel in der Dusche und allgemein kein ordentlich geputztes Bad. Was uns wirklich gut gefallen hat, war die Qualität der Speisen. Speziell die türkischen Gerichte waren wirklich lecker. Allerdings wirkt sich hier auch wieder die Größe der Anlage aus. Die Essenssäle wirken eher wie eine große Kantine.

Von den bildern her gut ,aber in wirklichkeit renovierungsbedürftig. wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ,davon ein Baby und es wurde in dem Zimmer der Eltern mit dem Baby 4 Tage nicht gesäubert, obwohl sich das Kind übergeben hat, Handtücher nicht gewechselt,die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt,obwohl wir Ultra Inclusive hatten. ich empfehle die Anlage nicht weiter

Delux Zimmer gebucht, aber Zimmer bekommen in dem die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, als man aber die Balkontüre öffnete damit es nicht so warm im Zimmer war war es sehr laut und unserer Delux Zimmer befand sich genau über der Küche, dadurch war der ganze gestank in dem Zimmer, somit war der Schlaf gestört, aber diesen könnte wir dann beim Duschen nachholen, denn der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war so gering das man dabei fast eingeschlafen wäre. Alles in einem war dies kein Delux sonden ein sehr unangenehme Erfahrung in diesen Hotel.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, leider haben wir nicht viel davon gesehen, unser Zimmer ging seitlich raus. Davon abgesehen ist die Lautstärke bis ca. 12 Uhr Nachts nichts für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Fast jeden Abend Laute Musik vor dem Aishen Club ob Karaoke oder Live-Musik hier könnte man vor 12 Uhr nachts kein Auge zumachen.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The resort is in a good shape and well managed, hiccups here and there but staff was going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Yana in guest services was always super helpful, Nazgul at front desk as well. Lifeguards were plenty and professional, both at the beach and pools. Food was excellent at the main buffet restaurant, but not so much at the a la carte restaurant that we tried. We got a swim-with-turtles trip from some out of resort watersports company and there were no turtles at all. We found out there's a known place with plenty of sea turtles under the bridge 5 mins walk up the embankment. They love eggs and cheese. Fulia is a big hotel and two elevators are not enough, look to get a lower floor. Nice entertainment / animation. Beware of the shops selling same stuff you can find outside of the resort but at 3x the price.

Sehr großer Hotelbereich, viele Aktivitäten tagsüber. Auch das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Zimmer, wir haben ein Standard-Zimmer bekommen und haben ein Deluxe-Zimmer bestellt, sie haben uns gesagt, dass es dasselbe ist. Aber sie hatten eine Beschreibung auf ihrer Website über den Standard der Zimmer, im Standard-Zimmer gibt es eine Dusche, die so klein ist, dass ich als Frau dort kaum ein Bad nehmen konnte. Die Badezimmer in beiden Standards sind vernachlässigt. Vielen Dank an unser Zimmermädchen, eine sehr nette Person, die sich sehr bemüht hat, alles so gut wie möglich zu machen.

Bad service Some staff were nice some had bad attitude issues Charged extra per night as there was a mistake made on the booking where my child is 12 but was entered as 0 years a genuine mistake they could waived the fee . Rooms were made up late cups weren’t cleaned properly Balcony was flooded by the sprinklers as we were on ground floor . Overall not happy Avoid this hotel

Charged extra 560 euros due to error on behalf of Expedia as they say, even tough at check in no issues. Was charged 2 days after. Checked price for 3 adults and 1 child and same as charged, so paid 560 for nothing. They are making up policies as they go and please. On receipt paid the same amount was charged by rxpedia, £450 for the extra guest, and they charged again 560 euros for same thing. Complete rip off. Chrck everything before getting here. All inclusive but premium drinks charged, private beach only offering refreshing drinks and water. Reception attitude appaling even though being shown in the wrong. Never again. Choose a different resort around. There are plenty. Deffinetely bot a 5 star. More like a 4 with indulgence.

Das Personal war super freundlich ! Die Anlage an sich Top gepflegt, identisch wie auf den Bildern . Einige bemängeln die Bedingung während des Essens , was ich nicht bestätigen kann. Das Personal hat alle Hände voll zu tun und sind trotz allem super freundlich und wenn die Umstände es zulassen , dann bedienen sie einen auch ...sehe generell kein Problem, mir mein Getränk selbst zu holen :) Auch die Jungs und Mädels an den Bars extrem humorvoll, haben jeden Spaß mitgemacht:) Die Animateure sind auch der Hammer , genauso bekloppt wie ich :D als würde man sich schon 20 Jahre kennen .. Die Shows die einen geboten werden , absolut Top , vor allem die Michael Jackson Show ...mein hohen Respekt ...1 zu 1 getanzt wie der King of Pop !! Meine Frau ist relativ anspruchsvoll und achtet akribisch auf Hotels...selbst sie sagt " hier kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder". Und das machen wir auch ... The resort is big and beautiful but there are a lot of hidden fees also the a la carte restaurants are an extra fee and are never available to book the staff speak little to no English, the only staff that was great was Mehmet at the Bar other than him the staff at Fulya are horrific and unhelpful in every way.

Was just ok, not wowing. On my one lift worked when we checked in. Had to wait for ages to use the small lifts. For a big resort only one person checking everybody in. Room was nice, food was ok as well. Long and short is I’d definitely try somewhere else next time

Some of the staff was exceptionally good and helpful. However my experience with some of reception staff who are main port of call wasnt good, they were rude and hardly understand to communicate in english. The bell boy in the golf cart car who supposed to collect luggage from your room to reception didnt turn up on check out and we had to drag 3 large bags and 3 hand carries to the reception which was quite a walk. Its not all inclusive and you have to pay to eat in Al carte restaurants which is vague and misleading on booking. Poor communication and needs improvement to welcome visitors after all its an expensive resort.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für jeden ist etwas dabei sehr gut, dass man die Anlagen von drei Hotels alle nutzen kann. Dadurch findet man immer eine ruhige Ecke oder wenn man möchte Unterhaltung und Abwechslung. Die Qualität der gebotenen Speisen ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Die Freundlichkeit und Zuwendung, dem Gast gegenüber des Personals könnte besser sein. Sehr schön waren die Cabanas am Strand. Man muss jedoch 90-100 € pro Tag dafür extra bezahlen.

The pools and entertainment were good. The service was slow food repetitive, drinks and outside bar disappointing, never enough staff on, Beds in the room were very uncomfortable ( hard ). Towels on sun loungers could never get a bed and bar chairs uncomfortable I received my VIP bottle of wine but no cork screw to open it with.

The resort is big and beautiful but there are a lot of hidden fees also the a la carte restaurants are an extra fee and are never available to book the staff speak little to no English, the only staff that was great was Mehmet at the Bar other than him the staff at Fulya are horrific and unhelpful in every way.

Bra prisvärt hotell med mycket utbud. Bra mat men saknar mer utbud för vegetarianer och laktosfritt. Synd att man inte kan äta på alla restauranger, borde finnas möjlighet att boka in sig någon kväll. Men överlag ett av bättre hotellen vi varit på, mycket aktiviteter, inte så kallt i poolerna. Vi kommer nog tillbaka!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the food was delicious, and the sea was warm and crystal clear. Our friends made use of the kids' club and were very pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff there — it gave them real peace of mind. There were a few minor downsides. Only three devices can be connected to the Wi-Fi per room, which was a bit limiting. Also, while the beach was generally clean, it would be great if the sand was sifted more regularly — from time to time we stepped on small debris (like wood or plastic fragments) hidden beneath the surface. Additionally, the room we were given didn’t appear in any of the pictures on hotel booking sites. While it was clean and comfortable overall, it was smaller than expected, and it would have been nice to see an accurate representation of it before booking. That said, we truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It’s a great place for families and those looking for a relaxing seaside holiday.

24 hours food and drunk service by name of late breakfast late lunch late dinner and so on Wow never happen to hungry for a-minute , i suggest this hotel more of familly vacation

The hotel area is huge. You can use all the other kamelya hotels pools, beach, bars etc. This is very good. Breakfast just above average ( no smoked salmon for example) lunch and dinner is great. We had sushi on one day, other day good fish selection. We had italian speciality dining which was excellent. French speciality restaurant was closed for 3 days because lack of interest ( strange, in the 3 hotels there is no 10 people who can afford 25 euros extra for an a la carte dining? Maybe tooo many cheap people around… In the bars no blender, no frozen margaritas, daiquiris…. I recommend this place but it could be better drink variety.
