Loved staying here. The room was great and the free breakfast was the best of any hotel chain I have stayed in. I do have one complaint and that is the lack of handicapped parking in the front near the main entrance. For such a large hotel there were 2 spaces out front and the rest were around the end of the property. But you still have to come back to the main entrance area to use the elevator.

The property is in good shape. But it is a bit dated. Also when they have large contingencies of sports teams being with only one elevator operating. it was extremely frustrating getting to the upper floors. At times it was as much as a 10 plus minute wait. Add to it the staff had to use the elevators to bring towels and cleaning supplies to the floors it was really difficult. I also say that the amenities that the property offers are outstanding. But when you have that many youth attending you can't make use of the pool area when clearly they were past the numbers that the area was designed for. But overall the staff made up for a very trying weekend.

We stay here often and are never disappointed. If i had to give any criticism, it's that the chlorine in the pool area is fairly intolerable and it's very humid. There is an outdoor pool area, which is often excessively crowded. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to stay!

I love my staying in this hotel. The hospitality was amazing and all the staff and people who was staying was very friendly. It has a big indoor pool connected to the outdoor pool plus a hot tub. Can’t go wrong with free breakfast and free dinner with a drink for adults. The most important thing about everything is that shopping centers are near by. I really recommend

We have never been disappointed when we stay at Druary North lake Mall location. Everyone is helpful and courteous. We noticed the hotel opened The Kitchen Bar which looks like a great addition since they stay open late nite. We will try The Kitchen Bar at our next stay. Highly recommend the hotel.

The room was very worn looking with sheets that were old and stained. The walls had damaged areas. The room had a dog and cigarette smell. The hotel and area should not be rated as high as it is. The one good thing was that the front desk staff were very nice and friendly. I have stayed here before and it has definitely gone down hill and I will not be staying here again.

Cleanliness was sub-par. Mold in the shower, found a handful of stray hairs in the room. Every inch of carpet was dirty. Lobby and elevator floors were wet at all times because of all the people walking around from the indoor pool. Every person that we talked to that worked there was SO sweet but that was the only good part we experienced. You can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms and the MASSIVE SPOTLIGHT in the parking lot shone into our room and nothing could block the light out.

I reserved the suite with jet jacuzzi. Checked in after 9 pm due to long drive, front desk was informed and there was not need to rush finishing the room since I was getting to the hotel late. Fist time I used the shower and found hair everywhere inside the shower (walls and counter). The shower drainage was cover with hair after seeing that I will not dare to touch the jacuzzi. The shower door won’t seal properly and water runs everywhere. Shame on the staff that won’t supervise and make sure rooms are clean at least

This hotel blew out my expectations. They serve a free breakfast and dinner that is unique every night, as well as complimentary popcorn! Despite being right next to a major road, the room was so quiet. All of the staff were attentive and always willing to help. I stayed at this hotel for almost a month. My first room was not clean—the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the sheets had a lot of hair on them, likely from the previous guest. Thankfully, Nicole was very helpful and happily moved me to a much cleaner room. It was a hassle to move all my things, but at least I was finally able to sleep in a clean space. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, even when guests simply move or sneeze. There were also a lot of families with multiple children, making noise a constant issue. At one point, a family with four children moved into the room next to mine, and it became impossible to stay there. The walls, the bed—everything was shaking. When I brought up the issue at the front desk, the staff member working that night was extremely rude and aggressive. I wasn’t able to switch rooms until the next day after she was gone. Overall, this hotel has serious noise issues, and my experience with one of the staff was disappointing. However, I truly appreciate Nicole’s kindness in helping me move rooms, and I also had a wonderful experience with Michelle at the front desk. She helped me extend my reservation at a discounted rate, which I really appreciated. The free breakfast and dinner are nice and convenient, but for someone staying a month, the options became repetitive. Aside from the one rude staff member, the rest of the team was welcoming and helpful.

Beware! They double charged me at a higher rate. They will over charge you if you pay at the property through a third party. Luckily they refunded but only after I caught it. One of the staff was unprofessional told me to contact a manager, just go by the kitchen? I said that's not my job it's your job to fix it when I check out. Always pay before you get there! The manager can't do basic accounting. Smh. On top of that, we couldn't use not one towel or wash cloth. They all had stains as if they were not washed properly. We always prepare for that but get new towels sheesh! This was not the first time this has happened. The bed and bathroom were cleaned. The pool area is over run with kids all day. But we expect that. It's a family hotel. Like everyone says it smells like weed even on the outside. Staff are nice and it's a convenient location. The dinner and drinks are a plus. The new dining/ bar area is a nice addition. I would stay again.

There was a man on his hands and knees waiting to jump out at us when we came out of our room. He said “I’m trying to find something” and started to come in my door. I slammed it shut and said no. I tried to call for help, the phone was not working. I used my cell to guest services and told them we felt unsafe leaving our room. They said they’d send security. 11 minutes later I called again and told the manager to come get us immediately as we wanted an escort and we were leaving the hotel. They had put us in a corner room. No cameras available. Phone didn’t work. I filed a report.

It's an average hotel. I needed to be over here for work, but I would have preferred to stay in a different area over all. Pretty sketchy at night and I was told not to walk around past dark. Right next to the mall so lots of chain restaurants. The pool was mobbed with like 50 kids every night. Gym was meh. Room was fine, but there was hair left in the shower which was gross. It's nothing to right home about. I never ate a meal here, it didn't look appealing.

I chose this property based off of the reviews for the breakfast. And also there's a free evening dinner/late lunch. The food is just OK. The breakfast is the standard hotel fare. I sunny cars for jiggly rubbery fake sausage so I didn't even though that. The eggs are watery but it'll do. The waffles standard spongy mix. The dinner was a little bit better. It's like a school lunch level. One night there was pulled pork with baked beans and colesaw. It was a 6/10 decent. Because of 2 include meals the place is over run with children feeding their own food with nasty hands. Staff should tell parent they have to serve their children. Since many parents don't have the good sense to teach their children not to touch food with their bare hands. And don't talk, cough or sneeze over the food. If they are the height of the food they shouldn't even be standing there. Anyhow, if in the area again I may stay again. The place needs some updating but staff is super friendly, helpful and always cleaning.
