Wonderful places for families. Apartments are comfortable and well-equipped. I was traveling with 1 and 2 year olds who were both not feeling well and they were able to get us an early check-in-THANK YOU

Nice large room, good pools and nice ambience generally. The rowing machine in the gym was out of order for the whole 12 days we were here which was disappointing. Otherwise, the gym was clean and well-equipped. Tried to negotiate the room cleaning dates but they didn’t stick to them, unfortunately. The car parking charge of $xx/day is unjustified and something we didn’t know about til checkin - an extra $xxx plus tax for our stay - ouch! Won’t be staying here again despite this being our 3rd time here!

Check in was not great. People were nice but check in starts at 4 and we arrived at 530 and our villa was not ready. They said I would receive text when room was available so we waited over an hour and no text. Went to check in or what they call welcome center part again and took about 20 min for them to find a room. So we wernt even assigned a room. Did not have that resort feel to it, just seems to be somebody bought gated communities next to each other and calls it a resort. As far as cleanliness it was ok. Villa cabinets had streaks of food and spills on them and needs to be maintained and updated and if wanted room service everyday you had to pay extra for it every time you wanted cleaned. Market place is nice but was nowhere near our community so we had to travel to it and prices were a little high for what it is. We had azzula restaurant food and it was overpriced frozen and soggy food. Most likely won’t be back but for the price, you get what you pay for which is just a night sleep

The room was perfect. Spacious, comfy, clean, well stock. We slept like babies. Its our second time there and we'll be back for sure! We went there to go to the Disney park. We took Uber it cost between 13 and 25$ US per day depending on the park and the time of day. The pools and spas were perfect to relaxe after a long day at the park. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay. Our room was very clean and staff was friendly. Everything appeared to be updated except for the kitchen cabinets that were damaged and it looks like someone tried to repair it themselves. Pools are very clean. Wi-Fi is not great. We did have problems with the cable. they sent someone out 30 minutes after calling them. Very close to all Disney parks.
