Stayed 1 night

Our stay started off on a bad foot right off the bat. When we got there, there was nobody at the front desk and we had to wait for someone to finally get there. The front lobby is dirty and very un appealing. When someone finally came to the front desk, we were told that our room wasn’t ready and that we would have to come back an hour past check-in time.No apology! We came back an hour later and once again had to wait and wait for somebody to come to the front desk. A few hours after checking in,we realize that there were stains on the sheets And what looked like a drop of blood on the pillow. We tried calling the front desk to ask for the sheets to be changed, but no one answered. We called again, and finally somebody answered and said that they would call us back.We waited for half an hour, and nobody called us back.In the meantime, the maintenance staff noticed that we needed help and they came to help us and change the sheets. They were really nice and the only good part about that whole experience.Unfortunately, the new sheets were also dirty and the pillows were disgusting. Somebody finally ended up calling us back.We told them that the sheets have been changed but that they were still dirty and they said that we could wait until 10:30PM when a manager would be on site to help us.At this time it was 6:30PM and we had no intention of waiting around for another four hours before we were able to get sheets that didn’t have stains. The neighbourhood is terrible and run down.

Stayed 3 nights

There was bird poop everywhere around 15 nests and piles of poop under each one including in front of the room doors. Breakfast was complicated, take a voucher to a restaurant, and go to a specific section with few options that were not great. The front desk in only manned 8am to 4pm outside those hours it’s a strange telecom device. Also the guy in front of us was given a key to an occupied room, so not cool. The actual room itself was okay no complaints.
