The motel isn’t much to look at on the outside, but looks recently renovated on the inside. The four of us had plenty of room for our suitcases. Beds were comfy. There was a charging station in between the queen beds. Enough for 4 phones, a desk fan, a portable DVD player, and a plug-in heat massager for my back. Plenty of room for it all! I’d stay again if we’re ever in the Colorado Springs area again. Downside—parking lot is pretty tight. But we managed okay with our Toyota Sienna minivan.

This absolutely a quaint motel. Easy check in and out, very friendly and gave us lots of information about the area. Room was perfect and very clean. Didnt eat breakfast at the motel. Has a nice little gazebo to sit outside. Was only here one night but the area has so much to offer, we want to come back again for a longer time frame and will reserve a room here at the Eagle Motel. It wont disapoint!

The Eagle is a convenient location. Perfectly located across the street from Memorial Park where you can catch the free bus to go to the train for a ride to the top of Pikes Peak. I recommend staying two nights so you can leave your car at the motel. Parking is difficult in town.

Nice owners and rooms and bedding have been updated with a nice walk-in shower. Beds were very comfortable! Parking spots are limited and are very narrow so at least 4 vehicles were parked incorrectly which made it hard to find a place to park even our small SUV. Air conditioner sporadically worked which made sleeping less enjoyable. Breakfast was basic but it was nice to have one provided. The location was close to all the things we wanted to see in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs.

Clean, simple motel. Has fridge, coffee maker, plenty of clean towels, new tv with all the channels, etc. nice staff. Quiet location. Can't beat the price. Great choice if you need a base location for doing the incline, biking, hiking, etc.

Very old property very little updating done furniture wise. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No elevator to rooms on second floor. Refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot, worst tasting tasting coffee ever even with cream and sugar. We stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping had to go ask for anything we needed to replace. Everything was of the lowest quality a quantity. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this would work great but for more than over night I’d keep looking

Despite the outward appearance, the Eagle Motel was a great place for us to stay. Our room was clean, well lit and stocked. The owner was cleaning rooms when we got there, and he was always available if we needed anything. Our room was above the office, had some simple furniture on the patio with a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. Considering it was built in 1954, it is well kept and a perfect place for a quick two day trip.

We only stayed for a night and got up early for a hke in hte morning. The staff communicative and friendly. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. It is a little far from the historic city center, but otherwise would stay here again!

This was an older hotel. The room was clean, but it smelled musty and old. Probably because of the carpet on the floor. The owners live at the hotel and were very nice people. He had a little Continental breakfast with hard-boiled eggs and toast and cereal, etc.

The room was very nice. It was spacious and very clean. The only thing that needs to be addressed would be to replace the mattress. It was not comfortable due to being worn out in areas. There were dips where you felt you were sliding out. We were greeted with a smile and that is always a plus! Thank you for a nice stay. 😀

Check in was easy. The owner was friendly and helpful. Stayed here to hike the Manitou Incline and the owner guided me to the free shuttle. Let me keep my car past checkout time. This Hotel is old and a little dated but extremely clean.

Everything was good. Room was clean, checking in easy. Only issue was i booked a king bed on second floor and they made a mistake and gave it to someone else. Not a huge deal but I was traveling alone and felt safer on second floor. Otherwise, everything was good and I’d stay there again.

This is an older motel but it was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very hot while we were there and the ac worked great yo keepnthe room nice and cool. It was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Manitou Springs. The free shuttle stop was just down the street. We were even allowed tonleave our vehicle in the parking lot on checkout day to use the free shuttle to the cog railway, which is very convenient since parking is limited and costs $20 at the depot! This place is in a great location and very affordable! Would definitely say again.

The property is located just east of downtown, so you can walk to stores, dining, and attractions without paying for parking. The hotel is an older building but clean. Nice views from the second floor. The people were friendly and the Continental breakfast was good.

Very convenient to where we were riding, clean rooms for being an older motel plus he let me check in early so I didn’t have to come back down from the trails. Friendly and nice variety for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is located just east of downtown, so you can walk to stores, dining, and attractions without paying for parking. The hotel is an older building but clean. Nice views from the second floor. The people were friendly and the Continental breakfast was good.

Hotel was okay for a short stay. clean and easy parking. Breakfast was very simple, coffee and a few options for help yourself. Rooms are old and bathroom was cramped. Burned out light bulbs and thin walls.

Our favorite place to stay. I do wish they offered more for breakfast. Missed the vending machines and the hot tub. But very quiet and clean place.

Sung was helpful and friendly. Nice assortment of items for breakfast. But doesn't open for breakfast until 7:30 am. We will be back.

The bed was comfortable and owners nice. The breakfast was very minimal, furniture a bit shabby. Location was very good, walking distance to shopping in Manitou Springs.

This was an older hotel. The room was clean, but it smelled musty and old. Probably because of the carpet on the floor. The owners live at the hotel and were very nice people. He had a little Continental breakfast with hard-boiled eggs and toast and cereal, etc.
