the staff was friendly and courteous. What was weird was parking fee. This is Orlando, not NYC. Also at night the air conditioner would just turn off. I woke up sweating. The resort fee I think should include the cost of renting bicycle or racquets for pickleball. I can see asking for a deposit.. Fee for breakfast buffet, pricey. Pool was great. Gym was fantastic.

Slide was being worked on, we called the day of but they didnt mention it. The whole reason. Why we booked the place. The pool was half filled which was weird. So standing in the pool the water only came up to your thighs. The hotel allowed a big group outside by the pool by Tower 2 around 10-11 to be very loud, yelling and screaming until 2am. We finally couldnt take anymore and had to call down. We had to be up at 6 am so barely got any sleep. All the employees were very nice and the place was clean. Unfortunately, wont stay again.

The staff are professional and friendly and checkin was easy. The property itself is in immaculate condition due to recent upgrades. Pool, gym poolside bar, and a Starbucks all right there. On site restaurant options are very nice, especially The Venetian Chophouse.

It was safe for my family and offered a lot of amenities/activities on the property. The pool was great, although the waterfall was being repaired, but I imagine it will be fixed soon. We ate at the Stadium Club with the kids, and the food was excellent, and the staff was great! We also ate at the breakfast buffet, and it was equally as good. There aren't many places to go without a vehicle, and they charge to park, so that's why we didn't get a rental car.

We really enjoyed our stay—literally everything on-site was convenient, from the wide variety of food options to the complimentary shuttle to Disney. The only downside was the pool area. If you actually want to enjoy the pool during peak hours, it almost feels like you’re required to rent a cabana, which is on the pricier side. I also think all pool chairs should include umbrellas—those come at an extra cost too, which makes simply relaxing by the pool a bit less accessible. Additionally, I’m not sure if there are scheduled cleaning breaks, but I believe there should be. There were several times I had to remove clumps of hair from the water just to swim comfortably. A bit more attention to pool maintenance would really improve the experience.

Villa was beautiful except for finding hair in the tub, shower, bathroom floor and on the freezer tray. It was uncomfortable to sleep..it was hot. The ac didn’t go below 75 degrees so I slept at the foot of the bed as close to the fan as possible.

The only complaint I have was tipping house keeping through the room link before leaving for the day, then coming back and it wasn’t cleaned. Mind you we left around 10am and returned around 4 or 5 and the room still wasn’t cleaned. It was our last full day at the resort. We checked out a day later.

The Royal Caribbean Hotel is a nice place to stay with clean rooms and very good customer service. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience enjoyable. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pool bar closes too early and extending the hours would make it more convenient for guests. The pillows weren’t very comfortable and could be upgraded for a better night’s sleep. Also, the transportation schedule could be expanded with more frequent times to theme parks and transportation options to Universal Studios to make it easier for guests to get around. Overall, a good hotel with potential to be even better with a few small changes.

Stayed in a "villa", which is actually more like a 1200 sq ft condo. When every room is a "suite" these days, I suppose an actual suite now graduates to a "villa". Very spacious, though, two beds, two baths, loved the rain shower in the master, it was roomy and perfect. Just don't expect the most luxurious of places. I don't know that the 4.5 stars are really justified. It's fine, more than fine, even. But build quality is more suburban subdivision chic than Vegas strip high-end getaway. But it's fine.

This is a nice affordable property. I liked that I had VIP Access from Expedia, which gave me a room upgrade and one meal at 20% off. I was here for a conference so it was nice that everything was easily within walking distance. There are several dining options. The food was good, although a bit pricey. Unfortunately my room upgrade was by the pool and the pool was open until 11 pm with music and noisy people. The staff was great! Great customer service. The rooms could use some updating, but they are clean.

I stayed here for 6 days, beginning with a work conference and ending with a leisure trip. I rented a car because the shuttle service to Disney is infrequent and there is no airport shuttle. The valet daily fee is $40. The conference area was beautiful, but freezing cold in June. Honestly, uncomfortable. We ate outside to warm up. The hotel was just ok. An odd layout and difficult to control the temperature. No balconies in any rooms. Rooms are in Towers that do not connect with the lobby area. Lots of stairs with my bags and lines at the one elevator in the main lobby. No complimentary coffee or food in the main lobby. The long wait at Starbucks was shocking, even with pre-ordering. Perhaps they don’t have enough people working there. The exterior pool area was very active throughout my stay. A lot of places to sit. Very strong smell of chlorine. The gym was crowded when I went there. I didn’t stick around to wait for the machines. The Stadium Club food and service was very good. The cost for renting the bays was reasonable. The valet was quick, but you needed to go through the lobby area to get your car unless you self-parked. Either way, parking is an added charge. The employees were pleasant and helpful. Overall, I would only stay here again if I was attending something at the conference center. Based on my travel to the area, there are nicer, lower cost options to choose from.

Nice rooms but the main door to the room had a huge gap so you could hear everything outside the room. Pool staff were friendly one day and ignored you the next. Same with valet. They would congregate at the desk so you had no idea if you waited for them to hand off the key or vice versa. I made a complaint about valet as one of the drivers came close to running over my grandson in a golf cart. My grandson was right next to my car at the time. That was ignored. My second call, the customer service manager was more responsive to my concerns.

We loved the convenience of the villa apartment. The only downside was the very uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. It was very springy and soft, no support at all. Both of us had backaches and little sleep. The rest of the resort was great and walkable even when it rained as they had covered pathways.

My best friend and I have made it an annual tradition to go and stay for a few days. The restaurants are awesome, the staff is extremely friendly, the service wonderful, and all the amenities are just amazing. Everywhere is clean as housekeeping does a terrific job. The valet service is excellent. Pool and poolside service are both wonderful and relaxing. Just love this place!

My last two stays at the Caribe I have had issues with the front desk person checking me in over charging my credit. Then when I asked about it I’m given a lie is the only way to put it as they can’t explain the over charge.

The property was beautiful and in a really convenient location close to all the parks and shopping. They offer shuttles to the parks, which was great. Most of the staff was very friendly and willing to help. I was misinformed by Expedia regarding the parking cost, and although it wasn’t on the hotel they discounted the daily rate for my inconvenience. On the down side, there weren’t many food choices in the hotel for kids and room service closed at 11am until dinner. We felt the parking lot was quite small and at times it took up to 30 minutes to find a spot as it was packed. Even considering those points made I’d probably still give the property 5 stars, but I docked it down to 4 for one reason. During check in I mistakenly parked in a valet spot, while I was inside checking in a valet attendant named Cesar approached the car with my children in it 3 times demanding they move the car and even threatened to jump in the car himself to move it if they didn’t. I mentioned it to the front desk and other than “sorry that happened” it didn’t seem like much would be done about it. Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth from day one.

1. TV’s were out 2 nights in a row, when we were in for the night from Disney so we couldn’t relax and watch a movie. I have pictures with timestamps. 2. Drone was spying over the pool watching kids/adults swim. 3. Hotel was packed with dance teams and cheerleaders which made the pool practically unusable. It was so packed. 4. Came back to the hotel and housekeeping made us wait 15 minutes in the hallway until they finished cleaning the room after we had said it was okay and requested to go inside. I have pictures with timestamps. 5. Downstairs water jugs were always empty as if they never refilled them. I have a picture with a timestamp. The hotel offered to refund daily resort fees, but considering we had to pay for a resort pass to the Hilton because this was so bad it still didn’t make up for the bad experience.

We were in town for a concert at Disney Springs and looking for an affordable option nearby. This fit the bill! We ended up on the 5th floor of building 1 which was a 2 min walk to pool and main building, but all 4 towers are close to the main building. Several dining options to choose from and a convenient shuttle service to and from all the Disney parks. Will definitely stay again when we need an offsite option!

Everyone was friendly, it was clean. The atmosphere was calming. We really enjoyes our stay, just wish it was longer! We did eat at the Calpso, the food was fanastic! We went over to the market and grabbed a couple of cookies and they were wonderful!

This hotel is one of our favorites! It's super clean, has great amenities and activities for kids like movies under the stars and a spa on site. The options for food are great especially with the recently added Stadium grill and the on-site Starbucks in the lobby. Super family friendly rooms that are spacious and modern. The decor is beautiful and the pool is nice. We will stay here again and again!
