The location near the venues is great .they should do more maintenance so more people will stay. Early checkin should be free I think. The receptionist gave a discount u which was nice but we’re glad we were able to checkin because we were tired we arrive the day of the concert. We stayed in the 3rd floor it was quite and we had a balcony and it was safe because of the fence fire hazard but was safe . It’s easy to walk going to Sofi.there were a lot of places to eat. Please also clean the chairs in the balcony. We stayed there but had to cleaned it the dirt was so thick. The room was big and spacious , the water pressure shower was strong. AC was good as well. We stayed 2 days early check out 11 pm to go back home we got a ride from our friends instead of checking out the following day. It was easy and quick. I will stay there again. Just more maintenance so more people will stay. I saw worse reviews but I did not experience it. If you’re not picky about where you stay I will recommend this place. But I would stay in rooms in the 3rd floor in the back so it’s quite.

The property is in need of remodeling. Unfortunately there were Cockroaches, the fridge was somehow dropping water and the bed you can was way too uncomfortable. Great location. Just needs a good remodeling

Got this hotel for a 1 night and just because I was going to a concert and didn’t expect to stay for long thankfully that was the case because I wouldn’t stay In this hotel for more then a night! Checking in feel so outdated and felt super sketchy and walking to the rooms felt like impossible to find also it’s around a bad area and walking into the room it slaps your face with horrible smell of outdated furniture and carpet everywhere we saw there was a stain sticky carpet and the walls and roof was full of patches it was honestly a horrible stay please be advice this hotel isn’t for the faint of heart if you are brave enough to stay go for it but we also heard noises and key sounds outside our door at three in the morning how terrify!! outside the balcony was not the best either we found dead bugs outside i’m surprised the AC worked just fine. Be advised.

The room was alright, spacious. The bed was lumpy but ac worked good. The wifi did not work at all during my stay and got no cell service here either. One night woke up to a roach on our floor. Located near a fish market so place is kind of stinky outside. It is close to the Sofi which is my only reason for booking.

This hotel is very run down . The room are in poor condition . Bed is very old. Mattress is dirty and stained. Room walls have stains. Rooms has mouldy n cigarette smell If not for ots close proximity to the stadium I would not book. Wifi is not working. Front desk says they are fixing it. Actually I think they could not be bothered to fix it. The passageway had reek of urine. This hotel needs a total rebuild. Honestly this should be classified as an inn. The bedside lights were not working. .if you are looking for a clean hotel then dont book this . The reception ladies were friendly thought. That's the only plus.
