Had a line out the door because the elevators were not working, there is no stairs in the property so if the elevators are out you are stuck! DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel shuttle says they run every hour on the hour the last one being 10 PM so at 10:25 PM there was still no shuttle so I started walking towards the terminal to do some checking where it was quiet without traffic noise when I’m about 20 feet away from the red sign. The motel six band drives past in the middle lane did not bother to stop. I was trying to wave him down, but he wouldn’t stop because I wasn’t at the red sign. Well, I wasn’t at the red sign because demonic driver was late by 25 minutes. So I had to spend $36 on an Uber because of that fool.

Sign in lobby said no pets, across from sign advertising dog park on site. Traveller from another country was not allowed to pay cash to check in, or use phone tap to pay, or to pay cash to one of us in line so we could cover on our card. No tap, insert credit card only. Walking from rental car shuttle not recommended. Very dark passage under the 405 freeway for pedestrians, but hotel shuttle stops running at 10 PM. Shuttle runs once per hour, on the hour, from 05h00, cannot be reserved, and does not wait, so was gone by 6:01 AM when our elevator came down. Front desk guy helpful as possible and friendly, but unable to actually help with anything, due to all the strange rules. So coffee room next to front desk was still locked at 6:10 when stranded shuttle passengers ordered an Uber together. Recent changes by new owner?

At around 11:00 pm, I left to get some drinks and food and when I came back there was no parking available for me . The staff stated I had to park outside on the street. I don’t know the area and didn’t feel safe leaving my car or walking at that time. It’s the hotel’s responsibility to make sure there’s paking for all of their guests. After complaining they told me to park in a space between the handicap section. I didn’t want to because my car could get towed, they said it was ok. I was not the only guest complaining about this. Next day I asked for a refund as I paid for parking. They said no because I parked in the hotel’s lot. Gave me an email address and said to send a refund request. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Will not stay at this place ever

Originally, I was going to give a star for cleanliness, a star for more or less being what it propports to be, and a third because I know I booked a budget hotel. There was nothing to earn anything above average (3 stars). However, after trying to check out this morning, this review comes down to a 2-star review. We couldn't get out!! Our room was on the 2nd floor. There are only 2 elevators and one wasn't working. Every time it stopped on our floor, the elevator was already full and we couldn't fit. We tried the only 2 stairwells, but they were emergency exits only, so we couldn't exit the stairwell without triggering the alarm, which could have incurred a hefty fine. It took us almost HALF AN HOUR to get from the 2nd floor to the lobby, and even then we were so packed into the elevator, that we had to keep pushing ourselves together before the door would close. There were about 8 people still waiting for the elevator on our floor by the time we finally squeezed into one. It was so frustrating and for no reason. Just make your stairs usable! Thank goodness we didn't have to catch a flight or anything!

Always a good stay when landing at LAX. Understood the shuttle bus didn’t arrive but we arrived via cab instead. Pool is clean, as are the rooms. Basic but really purposeful motel.

The main reason for booking this hotel was the free shuttle back and forth to the LAX airport. When I checked in last night they assured me that the free shuttle would be available from 5 am -10 pm. Infact they had two so there would be no worries about getting to the airport. This morning when I asked about where to meet the shuttle they advised that the shuttle was broken down and they had no other way to transport us to the airport and so we must use a ride share at our own expense. This is unreasonable as they promote free shuttle to the airport. I asked for them to accommodate the cost and they refused and said to call expedia to dispute it t with them which is again an. Unreasonable response!

Everything was good, except for the parking situation. Parking lot is not big enough for the amount of rooms at this hotel at 1 parking space per room. Luckily we found parking but i overheard the receptionist telling other guests that if they can't find parking they need to park elsewhere with no parking any places nearby

Our room and floor was awful. Repairs done to walls and ceilings, especially in the bathroom. We’re very noticeable and poorly done. There was lots of mold around the shower. The ice machine on our floor was broken. No toiletries were offered and the vending machine that had some was broken the room we stayed in had exterior lighting to light up the sign on the building which shined right into our room window making it daylight 24-7. Making it very difficult to fall asleep with so much light coming into the room.

This was my second stay here. The only reason I stayed is because it was close to the airport, but will NEVER stay here again. The last time I stayed I checked in to what was supposed to be a non smoking room and the room was just full of marijuana smoke. I talked to receptionist and they refused to move me because they had no other rooms. This time, which will be my final time, I checked in to the room and there was cockroaches in the room. I showed them pictures and they refused to refund me because they said they need more evidence. What was I supposed to do catch it and bring it to the front desk? Horrible hotel with horrible service! Unless you want to take roaches home with you don’t stay here!!!

Be aware even if you prepay when you get there you will need a major credit card to pay $75 deposit also $16 to park on their property, they told me the deposit would be returned the next day only for me to have to wait 5 to 6 days to get it. Also we saw two cockroaches, a big old bunch of weird hair that wasn't ours and a hatch above the shower that made us way uncomfortable, we didn't use it. Our keys didn't work we had to get them redone, if they say the room comes with a couch it does not it's a tiny little corner seat. Also when I leave hotels, I like to strip down the bedding and just leave it in a pile to make it easier on the maid and when I did there was blood stains on mattress. Also they advertise YouTube and Netflix on the TVs but neither of those work. I even asked the lady because we couldn't get a connection she's like "oh yeah those don't work" no coffee maker, no hair dryer. Oh and also, bring a blanket if you can because they only gave us one insanely thin blanket for each bed, and just try to ignore the cigarette Burns I guess.... Good luck!

The rooms I had there were roaches there. I called the front desk and they said they would come and do something but never did. The rooms air conditioner wasn’t working good. The rooms were dirty as far as floor dirty. We stayed 2 days and didn’t get new towels or tissue.

From the moment you walk in, there’s a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. The customer service isn’t terrible, but the staff definitely aren’t friendly. The rooms smell awful — a mix of mildew and something stale. The room I was transferred to had the same odor. Overall, the property is extremely dirty and clearly in need of major renovations and customer service training.

Good hotel, it is basic, good bed it serves the purpose. The bus to the airport was delay for some reason and i forgot my pijamas there and they said they didn’t find it, which is awkward once i call back to get it 10 min i leave the hotel. They could be better in keeping lost things for the guests

Usually at other Motel 6 properties I have stayed at have had a microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board in the room but this one did not have any of those. There microwave by the front desk/elevator which is a little inconvenient if you are staying far upstairs. It was a little bit hard that you had to use the card of your designated room to maneuver the elevator and the parking lot to go in and out. The staff was super nice and welcoming and our room was super clean!!!

Horrible experience. I called trying to figure out their shuttle and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I eventually hung up. I figured out it came on the hour so I waited in the designated area. It came 20 minutes late and then drove right past the terminal. I called them again (got ahold of them this time) to ensure it was the right area, it was. I said what happened and they said they would send their driver back. After waiting another 25 minutes, I gave up and got an Uber. I told the front desk what happened when I got there and didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Very frustrating! So disorganized

I was there for the Stray Kids concert and Nestor and Ivanka were LIFE SAVERS! Amazing, and friendly service. I was traveling alone so it was nice to know I had the support of such a great staff while on my trip.

The hotel itself is perfectly adequate but the general area feels unsafe at night and it can get a bit noisy because of the highway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Everyone at the reception were really kind and willing to help with anything.

We needed to be in this area for business and this was an economical walkable choice that mostly fulfilled our needs. There are some uncomfortable areas in the neighborhood but it is not the fault of the motel.

This hotel is best for price and location, being close to lax and sofi. The rooms are very basic and they're was no shampoo. But the elevators were fast, parking was reasonable at $16 a day, and it is 20 ft from the free way entrance.

Always decently priced for a one night stay whenever I come down to Inglewood for a concert. About a 40 min walk to Kia Forum and SoFi Stadium, super convenient. Tons of restaurants and fast food joints in the neighborhood and a 10 min bus ride way from LAX.

Comfy stay close by for concerts . Shopping near by . Only thing is to pay for parking each night your there like around $16 . Otherwise comfy stay and they did have vending machines for food and snacks and microwave. They had free coffee, hot chocolate, tea.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and cheap but make sure your AC is working before you settle in. Parking is $16.50 for guests, they give you a parking pass, and you have to go back out to your car to put it on your dashboard or they will tow you! There is a $75 deposit! They do not accept cash for parking or deposit. Coffee in the morning but with powder creamer packets and no sweetener, only sugar. No tea bags. 4th floor vending machine was VERY loud. Front desk staff was very nice in person but very short with you over the phone. Maintenance guy was great!

Solid, if unspectacular. Very clean, friendly service, gated parking (you pay for). But no microwave in room, no fridge for basic rooms, no shampoo. But punctual shuttle to airport. Had no problems with the neighborhood. A few chain restaurants and a 7/11 nearby.
