Days Inn by Wyndham Los Angeles LAX Airport Stadium Area

My only complaint was that my kids were not able to get in the pool, because it was close the whole week.

It was absolutely dirty for one of the people staying in the hotel encountered a dead cockroach in their bedsheets after waking up which is always a delightful experience. Breakfast was all packaged minimal foods nothing cooked or delicately made just thrown on a counter. Area surrounding the building was no cleaner or appealing visually than the terrible room we were given. Not only is parking super limiting with about 6 rooms for every parking space but when complaining about how there isn’t any spaces because others took up space we were told to wait for there will soon be people leaving. Overall abysmal and horrid experience with nothing to write home about.

The bedroom was pretty dirty, the hallway was always wet from people walking back and forward from the pool and the shower was cold. The pool was supposed to open at 10, but wasnt open before 11 and it had a lot of debris in it. The bed also had a motion sensor light on it that was going off all night long. We stayed one night as it was close to the airport, and it was convenient for that, but i wont be back.

I didn’t be able to stay at this hotel, it has not enough parking spaces, I have to stay at my truck because I have a lots a tool in the back of truck, so I couldn’t leave my truck unattended on the ghetto streets.

The pool was closed our whole trip. Nothing on the website about pool closure. The hotel was old and in need of renovations stains on the walls. All night long people were slamming doors and yelling. There was a huge spider un the shower no telling how long it had been there. Worst hotel stay ever

Good: afternoon/evening front desk clerk was really polite and nice. The room was big and clean. Bad: called twice in the mornings on two separate days and the person I spoke to was kind of rude. The pool was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Also very cold; kids couldn’t swim at all.

Free parking

The property is dirty. All the screens are knocked out of the windows. The toilets are backed up. There is no hot water. The interior deadbolts are falling off the doors. Doors dont close tight. There is gaps in the door and the door frames. The poll wasnt clean and has rocks in the bottom of it.

We arrived late Friday and there was loud live music next door. The music could be heard through the window. It eventually stopped maybe by like 2am? There was limited parking and some people had to park in the street. Neighborhood seemed a little questionable. Rooms were clean.

Nice for the area, let us park our car before we were able to check in for an event.

Shower didnt work right. Water woyld not turn off. Mold in bathroom.

Smelled like cigarettes

Great and clean. They made the beds everyday. Staff was so nice and helped us when our keys stopped working.

Property needs repairs big time. AC and little fridge were so noisy. The room had a strong cigarette smell. Bathroom had mold and hairs on the shower, toilet seat was broken and the carpet was dirty. I would not book there again.

It was terrible there were cockroaches everywhere. We had to keep our stuff off the ground and in the car.

This hotel is in serious need of a makeover. Interior paint was peeling in several locations, and our room smelled terrible (marijuana combined with something I couldn't identify). The room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom which had what looked like a pee spot on the floor, and the sheets had a tear in them. The walls were paper thin so I could clearly hear the TV in the room next to me and was woken up at 5:20 by the voices in the room next to me. That being said, the bed was relatively comfortable.

Noisy behind the hotel in the morning but you do have a 24hr Randy’s Donuts around the corner.

Noise due to construction behind the hotel but otherwise fairly quiet. Less than 15 minutes from LAX Airport and 5 minute walk to Metro Rail system (which was very efficient)

Great location- close to airport with a great view of planes landing. Extra bedroom is a bonus- our grandkids loved it. Breakfast was perfect for kids with toast, oatmeal, juice. Easy to park and easy access to room

Our room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. We would have asked for another room but did not feel comfortable to do so. It was otherwise clean, just scruffy in places. There were minor black stains on the sheets which looked old. Walls were thin and we could hear noisy guests in adjoining rooms. One of our keycards didn't work. There was not much in the surrounding area and we felt a bit unsafe out at night. It was useful to have parking but I'm not sure how secure it is there.

Area looked kind of sketchy. Walking distance to gas stations, liquor store and bus stops. We just needed a clean place to sleep and shower and for that it served it's purpose. We booked a suite with 3 double beds. I loved that one bed was in it's own room but there was no a/c unit for that room and the window that opened did not have a screen so we had to keep it shut to keep the bugs out. People hanging out and talking late night until 2am in the parking lot right below our window kept us up. For the price, it was decent.

This place was filthy dirty. I wouldn’t allow my children to walk around without their shoes. The front desk ladies were awesome! The cleaning lady opened my door without permission while I was on an important work call. They have a rule that they can’t clean your room with you in it because of Covid but they don’t wear a mask. I had to tell the lady to put a mask on. The wifi doesn’t work in all the rooms. I had to change rooms in order to connect to wifi.

I have stayed at this Days Inn more then a few times. Its my go to hotel for the SoFi / LAX area. Its reasonably priced and right off the freeway. All rooms have been renovated recently! All new interiors & the mattress are great! Shower pressure is great too! Housekeeping does a wonderful job. I have never had anything come up missing. I am a single woman and I have never felt unsafe staying at this hotel. Manager here.provides exceptional customer service and always remembers me even when its a long time between my visits.

General Manager Praveen Anthonio Sharma is extremely disrespectful and showed hostile behavior towards me and my wife when we told that we received an email from Days Inn for an early check-in option, which we have responded with $40 additioonal cc payment on the day before arrival when we received that sales email. So we arrived on Sept 20th at 12 pm noon with 11 am check in option requested via online when he said with utter disrespectful attitude to "leave the hotel and come back at 4 pm" and that online check-in is "not guaranteed" when we never ever received any follow-up email to their original sales email of early entry option telling that it will not be possible and cc payment will not be processed. Instead, he told this right when we already arrived and told it is cancelled right then in front of us - when we were already there!! All Day\'s Inn needed was a follow-up email to notify customer that early-entry online submission will not be possible so that neither Sharma nor me had to face such an unpleasant experience of arriving at 12 noon and waiting 4 hours till 4 pm. We could have waited in the airport after our long 7 hours of flight from PA. This must not happen. Shame on Day\'s Inn! Even more shame is to heir employees with absolutely no curtesy to interact with customer with respect - after all Sharma\'s salary is coming from customers like us. Never in 35 years of living in the US had me and my wife faced such a disrespectful agent as Sharma and the Inn

Felt like home, couldn't have expected anything better. The manger was a gem of a person went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The place was old and run down. The keys didn’t work and we had to go down and get new keys several times. I would not recommend. I canceled my second night.

Hotel is nice and clean but the staff in the lobby not good service she don’t even smile with the very serious approach..

When I checked in, they did not have a ground level room for me which I had requested. Daisy was kind enough to give me the handicap room downstairs, which I desperately needed and I’m very grateful.! Many thanks to Daisy and her understand understanding my situation. The room was clean and comfortable. After two days on a plane, shuttles rental cars all I needed was a nice clean, comfortable bed and I am grateful I had it.

It was an overnight to catch next flight home, Jen who was the front desk was very helpful and courteous while assisting us.

Arrived 2 hours early hoping they would let us in. Did not happen. Rooms are ready at 4pm, so we waited in the lobby. Finally entered and room was not ready. All pillows on one bed without pillow cases. Only 1 towel in the bathroom and we were reserved for 4 people. When we called for towels, they acted shocked we wanted 4 towels. We were pretty tired and had to leave for a concert. The hassle to just shower was exhuasting. Maid appologized and was very nice which was appreciated.

The listing shows an airport shuttle but there isnt one. Tried to go to the pool but there was a huge human poop in the middle of the sidewalk and someone half naked digging through the garbage with crazy eyes. Cops showed up, asked him what type of neighbourhood, quote I wouldnt stay here with my wife and kids.

I did not like that in the office there is a sign that check in is at 3:00 pm when I got there they said 4:00 because they were still cleaning rooms. The worst part was there is a building next door that Carrie’s steal for building so I asked front desk what time do they start working? She said 7-8 am! It was 5:00 am when they started working and making very loud noises! I did ask to see another room before hand but it was dirty on that side and smelled bad! ( weed & smoke ) are room also smelled like smoke! Never going back again

The room was supposed to be non smoking and it smelled so strong and so bad it made me sick! The bathroom smelled even worse like sewer water.The so called breakfast white bread and cereal but no milk.

I made reservations for 2 queen sized beds, our room had 2 fulls size beds. The bathroom shower had a piece of wall missing and you can see the mold. There was no blow dryer, pillows were hard. The continental breakfast at 830, there was no selection and a very small area to even try to prepare what was left. Checking in the lady was nice, polite and quick. That was the only nice thing.

This is not a situation where you get what you pay for. The breakfast that was supposed to be available is only cereal and bananas. There was no hot water in the shower. Found a roach near my TV. The staff who checked me in was so new that she really didn't know what she was doing, and she had very limited English. The kitchenette has no wares to use. The pillow and towels are of poor quality. The vending machine to buy water wouldn't take any money, so I had to leave to go buy some. I would've been better off staying in a hostel.

It's pretty good value. The breakfast isn't the best, but most hotels don't offer any breakfast anymore, so I guess it's alright.
