5 Star hotel without a doubt. From the moment we arrived for my wife’s 50th birthday we were met with friendly staff looking to satisfy our requests. In an era where good service is often difficult to find, the employees at the Maybourne Beverly Hills are exceptional. and the accommodations are simplified elegance. The rooftop pool is a tranquil retreat and the professionals at the spa are fabulous. Lastly, Dante’s for a cocktail with incredible view followed up with a meal is hard to beat. The Maybourne Beverly Hills is a gem, Mr. Z

We stayed at the Maybourne for 4 nights. It is a perfect location in Beverly Hills. The hotel and rooms are spotless. All staff are amazing from the bell boys, cleaners, bar tenders and check in staff. Dante’s bar on the roof has excellent views and ambience. The staff in Dante’s are also amazing. Thank you Elliot for your help and guidance on our next stop to Malibu on our road trip. We can’t wait to return.

I had a really good experience during my stay, I was traveling with my service dog and they treated him so well, the send a bed, bowls, treats and bags. I will definitely stay again at this hotel! Also the gym and spa are beautiful 5 stars

The Mayborne is a gorgeous luxury hotel. I love the decors and the cleanliness of our room and the linens. The garden area is a beautiful place to sit out and people watch whether you order food at the restaurant or not. We unfortunately only had time to try the breakfast one morning, and that breakfast was so meticulously prepared and beautifully presented and of course delicious. The hotel is so incredibly convenient to walk out to shops and restaurants. The valet is also very convenient if I want to take my car out to drive somewhere. This hotel served my family well on a short vacation. The only slight disappointment was that at check in it was not made clear to us that we had a daily breakfast credit, we thought the amount was one time so we missed out a bit.

Its the best place to stay at ! You dont have to go anywhere out if you’re just staying for a day or two . Everything is available right there and then . They live dogs and they have everything you need for them . Our baby dachshund was soooo happy and cozy there . Going back soon !

What a great hotel! I wish I had to travel to Beverly Hills more often, so I could stay here again and again! Service was wonderful. The hotel was gorgeous from lobby, to restaurant, to rooms...even the bathrooms in the lobby were lovely! The gym is well-appointed and has plenty of cardio and weight training options. My family and I spent each day by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed that amenity as well. The rooms are clean and very quiet. Even the balcony was free of dirt and bugs! The bed was hard, and a couple of people in my party that were staying in different rooms said it really ruined their overall experience. But I find a firm mattress is pretty great for my back, usually. It didn't bother me to sleep on that mattress for 3 nights. My only complaint about my stay was the shower head in my shower. I hate a shower head that can't be adjusted easily, and really think all hotels - especially 5 star hotels - should have adjustable, hand held shower head options. I told the front desk about it as I checked out and said, "It really shouldn't be uncomfortable or difficult to take a shower." They agreed. (Everyone was so nice at this hotel!)

Booked this hotel for my wife as she was in Beverly Hills for a tradeshow for two nights. The first night, I won't mention the name of the hotel, but it was absolutely horrendous. I wanted to make sure she stayed somewhere pristine the second night and we got exactly what we paid for. The hotel is beautiful and the attention to detail is immaculate. The complimentary Tequila cocktail in the room was an awesome touch. Customer service was top-notch. 10/10.

We had an amazing stay at The Maybourne! They treated us like we were royalty! Rooms were reasonably priced compared to other hotels centrally located to Rodeo drive, rooms were all extremely clean, updated Technology, and the staff were super friendly!

Overall a fine stay, but there were lots of little misses, that shouldn’t have happened at a property of this caliber: Mini fridge did not work and one of the bathroom outlets was broken. During turn down service toilet paper wasn’t replaced, hand towel was removed and not replaced, used glassware was left.

Nice hotell with great location and great service. The pool area is also very nice with very good service. There are a few negatives, however: - Very expensive! Breakfast for a normal family of four is around 300 dollars. All extras are double up compared to what you would expect at a luxary hotell. - Road noise from Wilshere Avenue (if you have a room facing this busy street) waking you up at night. - Sometimes you need to wait too long for the elevators. - The showers cannot be adjusted preassure wise. This means you have full preassure at all times which is very bad for sustainability. Also the temperature swith is old fashioned. - the rooms do not get completely dark as the assistance light for some switches cannot be switched off.

The Mayborne is a gorgeous luxury hotel. I love the decors and the cleanliness of our room and the linens. The garden area is a beautiful place to sit out and people watch whether you order food at the restaurant or not. We unfortunately only had time to try the breakfast one morning, and that breakfast was so meticulously prepared and beautifully presented and of course delicious. The hotel is so incredibly convenient to walk out to shops and restaurants. The valet is also very convenient if I want to take my car out to drive somewhere. This hotel served my family well on a short vacation. The only slight disappointment was that at check in it was not made clear to us that we had a daily breakfast credit, we thought the amount was one time so we missed out a bit.

What a great hotel! I wish I had to travel to Beverly Hills more often, so I could stay here again and again! Service was wonderful. The hotel was gorgeous from lobby, to restaurant, to rooms...even the bathrooms in the lobby were lovely! The gym is well-appointed and has plenty of cardio and weight training options. My family and I spent each day by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed that amenity as well. The rooms are clean and very quiet. Even the balcony was free of dirt and bugs! But I find a firm mattress is pretty great for my back, usually. It didn't bother me to sleep on that mattress for 3 nights. My only complaint about my stay was the shower head in my shower. I hate a shower head that can't be adjusted easily, and really think all hotels - especially 5 star hotels - should have adjustable, hand held shower head options. I told the front desk about it as I checked out and said, "It really shouldn't be uncomfortable or difficult to take a shower." They agreed. (Everyone was so nice at this hotel!)

Overall a fine stay, but there were lots of little misses, that shouldn’t have happened at a property of this caliber: Mini fridge did not work and one of the bathroom outlets was broken. During turn down service toilet paper wasn’t replaced, hand towel was removed and not replaced, used glassware was left.

I wasn’t that impressed with the service level for a 5 star hotel like I’d get at another 5 star in LA. Long wait times calling room service, orders done incorrectly and overall not crisp service from the front desk staff. I will say valet was terrific. We stayed here because we were curious if it rose up after the montage but it feels the same. They fell flat.

Our family enjoys the Maybourne. This is our third stay at the property. We are always greeted with a warm welcome from the lobby host. The service from the staff on site is the best service I’ve ever received anywhere.

The property was well situated and the room was very acceptable. What I didn’t like was the car transfer from the airport arranged by the concierge … a half hour ride with an average driver cost over $400 … almost a third again on the price of the room .. I felt ripped off. I know it wasn’t the hotel’s car but it reflects badly on them

The Maybourne has quickly become a favorite spot for us to do quick little staycations. This particular weekend we stayed here to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The staff was so attentive and were always checking to see if we needed anything. Special shout-out to Tristan at the front desk who really went out of his way to make our weekend at The Maybourne extra special! Looking forward to the next time!

Breakfast for a normal family of four is around 300 dollars. We stayed at the Maybourne for 4 nights. It is a perfect location in Beverly Hills. The hotel and rooms are spotless. All staff are amazing from the bell boys, cleaners, bar tenders and check in staff. Dante’s bar on the roof has excellent views and ambience. The staff in Dante’s are also amazing. Thank you Elliot for your help and guidance on our next stop to Malibu on our road trip. We can’t wait to return.
