It’s a good price. We stayed 4 nights while visiting family over Christmas. The phone in our room was not working, they do have a phone downstairs for guest to use. The shower in the room did not get too warm and/or warm enough. Room service is only provided upon request or every 2 nights but they are willing to give you clean towels. The business center is not working, luckily I was able to find my phone. Breakfast was provided but we didn’t not partake. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit old, but good for the price.

Hotel had a horrible smell like mold of some sort, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom no extra roll of toilet paper. They allowed a large group of people to stand in front of hotel drinking and smoking late hours while security just watched. Pool was disgusting with debris and not heated.

This would be a great hotel if some money was put into better beds and bedding and a clean sofa. The outside pool area would be awesome if it was fixed up and nice outdoor seating and a firepit was added

It was a clean room and a nice lobby. A nice bar but I had to change room because the bathroom shower head was not working. Maintenance man was in ny room around 10 mmto 15 minutes trying to fix it. The second room had issues with the bathroom not draining properly. The are was quiet and nice the parking did not look safe to leave your car but i did notice one camera.

Our shower and sink had leak and found our restroom floor flooded! Found a toe nail on the couch upon checking in to our room. The sheets and covers had hole in it. Door had a blood or red smear next to peek hole. Pool looked green. You can absolutely hear the other guests doing stuff in their bedroom, loudly! The neighbor hood is not nice and this hotel it’s located next to a trailer parking. Does not look as nice as in pictures. Wanted to cancel as soon as we saw our room but didn’t because of our deposit. Will definitely not be staying here anymore.

I disregard the bad reviews and thought how bad can it be just to find out it’s worst. The cleaning service guy walked in without knocking him seeing me and daughter practically half naked. They said they have Heated pool, not true. They said they have a bar and restaurant open NOT TRUE. I had left my car keys by the pool I asked reception at least 3 times he didn’t even check he just said NO we don’t have have. Please pay a little extra and get the real deal or just got to a motel for in/out. For the morning breakfast which is horrible by the way, they have a lady sitting down. Asking to check a little ticket they give for your meal, what is that count the cereal and coffe I’m going to drink your gotta ve kidding me right. PLEASE DONOT STAY HERE LET THIS PLACE GO TRASH AND HOPEFULLY CLOSED DOWN.

The lobby made me think I was at a much fancier hotel. Checking in was quick and painless. Had my hotel room card in hand within 2 minutes. Having a nice restaurant in hotel is a bonus too, no need to leave the hotel if staying for a single night.

Good, BUT required a security deposit. This was not topical information. The laundry facilities did not have a soap vendor in the laundry room, but offered $2 boxes of laundry soap at the front desk, but I wouldn't have known w/o asking. BTW weird half-pillows were uncomfortable and marshmallow shaped

This place doesn’t not look anything like the photos. The place definitely shows is old wear and tear. This place looks like an old rundown hotel, that a franchise just took over painted the outside, and kept everything inside the same. If you’re desperately looking for a bed, it will get the job done. But this is not the place for a family trip. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, full of truckers, construction, supply warehouses, and railroad tracks. But hey.. the staff was nice. My advice, if it’s the place or another spend the extra 20-30 bucks for the nicer spot, with the peace of mind you’ll thank me later.

I stayed in room 529 and found three pieces of gum stuck to the ceiling, multiple stickers on the walls, no HD TV, smells, constant loud noise from the highway, and old furniture. And some of guest came out and randomly yell.. I visit the Los Angeles area quite often, but this is one hotel I will be avoiding in the future.

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures, if you are looking for a place just to sleep this is the place, but the bed was noisy, the sofa bed mattress was so thin, we had to place the cushions on the top to be able to sleep. Furniture can use an upgrade. Drawers would not stay closed. Kept sliding open. Neighbor kept having random people knocking all the time. Pool area is very nice. TV is terrible. It says it has cable but all channels are static.

This was a very comfortable, affordable hotel by LA standards. The beds were comfy. The AC kept the room cool (it was over 90 degrees during our stay.) The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge and microwave. There was great free Internet access. The best part about our stay here was the free breakfasts. They did an amazing job with the free breakfasts! They were delicious and nutritious!

We got there at there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign saying “back at 7am”. There was a security person who helped us to at least get our room( wrongly set up queen bed) room. He told us the staff would be able to change the room to a king bed in the morning. We slept in the room for the night. Next morning we were very disappointed when the staff told us they were not going to give us a king bed room. I then reached out to Expedia relocation team and thankfully they relocated us. Really appreciate Expedia for this

Do not get tricked by the picture. When we arrive the room was smelly and not clean. The A/C smelled too. The pillow wasnt even resl one but more like couch cushion that was about 15 inch x15 inch. Notice that the hotel is in front of the highway, lots of drunk people in the parking lot in the third day of stay. The police even came into the hotel. The staff was really great tho Last time that I am.going there.

I think it was Ok for us, because of the objective of our trip. We didn't spend much time at the hotel. However, the pool wasn't atractive, it was a very lonely and desolated space, the reception was not friendly. I think its in the service that they can improve. The breakfast was ok, the beds were comfortable and we have a good rest. The parking and ubication were ok.

The property looked nothing like it does on the website… it is surrounded by trucking yards that operate early in the morning..homeless people were hanging out in front of where hotel guests park their cars ..the room next to me had a dog barking and people yelling both nights I stayed there .. I was definitely disappointed with the surrounding area and the representation at the hotel online

This hotel is located besides of a hwy which makes it a bit noise at night, the bed was not firm but we slept well and not back pain, the pillows are very good. The breakfast was very good. In general if you are going for a business trip is OK for leisure depending on what you do, is a bit far from the attractions but there are tours to pick you up at the hotel. I would pick again this hotel.

Side door was left open and unsecure in a fairly seedy neighborhood. When you walked in the side door it smelled of stale vomit, and maybe urine. There were prostitutes trolling the semis parked out back.

The hotel is really convenient location. just across highway exit and near by entry. Only thing I did not like was I found couple of german cockroaches in bedroom.

Had to change rooms at arrival due to the extremely poor condition of the first room. Second room wasnt much better but at least had AC. A greasy film covered everything and mold could be seen behind the stands and in patches around the room. The shower didnt drain well, leaving you standing in 6" of water when showering. Not sure if the food was old and microwaved or something out of a bag but it was terrible.

The staff was great, but the remote was missing. I had to ask for a remote, and the telephone was not wiped down or connected. Overall, it was good for the price I paid. The bar downstairs was great, and so was the bartender. I would stay again! But without family! lol

We are a frequent flyer at this hotel! It’s a good stay for a family on a budget. What really keeps us coming back is the amazing free hot breakfast every morning! We especially liked the cool AC, the shower, and the extras like having an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, and etc. There was a good choice of TV channels.

Hotel was not clean and amenities weren’t that good. Breakfast was weird as they bring to our table a plate with eggs, potatoes, cantaloupe. An unnecessary way to save money for the hotel. Pancakes were there and most of the time cold. Orange juice was sooooo watery that it looked more a flavored water than juice. I wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel

This was a very comfortable, affordable hotel by LA standards. The beds were comfy. The AC kept the room cool (it was over 90 degrees during our stay.) The room was spacious and clean.
