Artur Hôtel est en faite l’hôtel restaurant de MADO. Le personnel de l’hôtel et les femmes de ménage sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Le personnel de MADO est pour sa part sympathique sauf un garçon qui vous prend pour des imbeciles. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre quand on aime pas les saucisses, les frites, le fromage et la salade dès de bon matin. Les serviettes de bains sont effilochées, les dessus de lit et coussins de décoration sont troués. La literie est bonne et les oreillers sont aussi. L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre et proche du port, donc du ferry pour faire les visites. Prenez l’autotour directement auprès de l’hôtel, vraiment pas cher et pratique. Attention PAS DE PARKING propre à l’hôtel, il est indiqué sur le site de l’hôtel parking, c’est dans la rue qui est payante.

Otel konum olarak güzel Teras katında kaldık. Odası ve banyosu temiz.Otelin içi temiz. Kahvaltı temiz ve yeterli oluyor. Sadece yiyeceklerin olduğu tabaklar çok masa ucunda biraz daha geriye konulabilir üzerine düşmemesi için. Danışmanda çalışan sabah ve akşam vardiyasında olanlar arkadaşlar gayet güler yüzlü insanlar. Aile oteli. Arabanızla gidecekseniz arabanın anahtarını alıyorlar çalışanlar park ediyorlar. Sadece ilk gün arabayı otelin önüne park ettiler dar bir alandı arkamıza otelin sahibi park etmiş ve kendisi aracının anahtarını danışmana bırakmadığı için gelmesi için yarım saat bekledik ve hiç umursamadı. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück, alles stimmte. Wir werden dieses Hotel unseren Freunden und unserer Familie weiterempfehlen. Der Standort ist super. Man hat alle Geschäfte in der Umgebung, das Meer ist in kürze zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es keine eigenen Parkplätze hat. Doch auch um Parkplätze kümmert sich das Personal. Lieben Dank.

Otelde 3 gece kaldık ve her şey beklentimizin üstündeydi. Kahvaltıda yok yok, odalar ferah, yataklar rahat, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kısacası eviniz dışında bir yerde kalarak elde edebileceğiniz maksimum konfor budur. Otel zaten merkezi bir konumda, hemen altında kafeler ve restoranlar var. Otopark arama derdi yok. Tekrar konaklayacağız ileriki tarihlerde.

The hotel was in a great location for everything from shops, restaurants and bars to the ferry boat terminal. Where a short journey brings you to the start of many, many WWl locations, memorials and Cemeteries. Also Troy is not far away. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and rooms spacious. The breakfast was also very good as were the excellent staff throughout the hotel.

14:30 gibi vardığımız otele odamıza çıkabilmek için yarım saat kadar daha bekledik. Çok sorun değil ama ona rağmen odada tuvaletin temizlendiğine dair klozet üstü bandı çekiliydi ancak tuvaletin oturma yerinin kenarlarında malum lekeler net bir şekilde duruyordu. Resepsiyon görevlisine ilettiğimde, odaya girdiğimiz için çalışanlarına bir şey diyemeyeceğini söyledi. Tabi işimiz gücümüz yok kirletip bir de laf edeceğiz. Yataklar örtüleri ve yastık kılıfları yırtık pırtıktı. (Fotoğraflarda göreceğiniz üzere) Ayrıca karı-koca ve kızımız ile yaptığımız 3 kişilik rezervasyonda odada 3 tek yatak vardı. Rezervasyon notlarında yazıyormuş, ben dikkat etmemişim, burada benim de hatam var. Ancak resepsiyondan tek kişilik olsa da yatakların birleştirilmesini talep ettim. Yapamayacaklarını belirtip, ekstra ücretle farklı bir odayı çözüm olarak önerdiler. Anlayacağınız otelin müşteri memnuniyeti önem derecesi para kazanma isteği ile ters orantılı.

A very clean and comfortable hotel with everything you need. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was pleasant. The bathroom was spotless, and the room had a small terrace. It can be a bit noisy due to the nearby main boulevard, but overall it's a great place to stay. I recommend it!

Food was great, bed was comfortable, staff were amazing & very helpful. So much to see and do in this town & so close to Istanbul but a lot more chilled. Ferry across to Gallipoli with a tour, go see Troy and do shopping for all your souvenirs! Must visit! Locals are so hospitable. Loved my stay here.

The place is in the middle of the town, so the car is not needed to checkout the town. The hotel was old and tired looking. The furniture needs an upgrade. The breakfast was below expectations. The smoke smell was saturated in the our non-smoking room. One more thing, the robe provided was ripped beyond repair!

14:30 gibi vardığımız otele odamıza çıkabilmek için yarım saat kadar daha bekledik. Çok sorun değil ama ona rağmen odada tuvaletin temizlendiğine dair klozet üstü bandı çekiliydi ancak tuvaletin oturma yerinin kenarlarında malum lekeler net bir şekilde duruyordu. Resepsiyon görevlisine ilettiğimde, odaya girdiğimiz için çalışanlarına bir şey diyemeyeceğini söyledi. Tabi işimiz gücümüz yok kirletip bir de laf edeceğiz. Yataklar örtüleri ve yastık kılıfları yırtık pırtıktı. (Fotoğraflarda göreceğiniz üzere) Ayrıca karı-koca ve kızımız ile yaptığımız 3 kişilik rezervasyonda odada 3 tek yatak vardı. Rezervasyon notlarında yazıyormuş, ben dikkat etmemişim, burada benim de hatam var. Ancak resepsiyondan tek kişilik olsa da yatakların birleştirilmesini talep ettim. Yapamayacaklarını belirtip, ekstra ücretle farklı bir odayı çözüm olarak önerdiler. Anlayacağınız otelin müşteri memnuniyeti önem derecesi para kazanma isteği ile ters orantılı.

Super close to the ferry and whole bunch of cool cafeteria. Sanem was very nice and accommodating. She helped with booking taxi and a Hammam appt. We got a very early check in on the last day when switched the room.

The hotel was in a great location for everything from shops, restaurants and bars to the ferry boat terminal. Where a short journey brings you to the start of many, many WWl locations, memorials and Cemeteries. Also Troy is not far away. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and rooms spacious. The breakfast was also very good as were the excellent staff throughout the hotel.

The place is in the middle of the town, so the car is not needed to checkout the town. The hotel was old and tired looking. The furniture needs an upgrade. The breakfast was below expectations. The smoke smell was saturated in the our non-smoking room. One more thing, the robe provided was ripped beyond repair!

The receptionist was very friendly and escorted us to the parking lot. The place was very clean and the room had amenities.
