First of all the charge you $300 up front and then since I booked through Hotels.com the charge an additional $33.00 a night for a resort “fee” I think this it dumb honestly all the charges should have been in my original charge!

This place a step away from the norm. If your looking to do water parks and hundreds of slides this isn't the place. But if your looking to relax in luxury and splendor and get away while still being in the heart of the Dells its perfect in every way. Relax in one of several hot tubs, swim up bars, arcades, fine dining for both breakfast and dinner, this place has you covered. Staff were excellent and very kind. I stayed with a family of four and the rooms are incredibly spacious and never felt cramped at all. My only complaint is not capturing on film the flames from the dragon at the entrance, but maybe next time.

The room was clean and everything was new. My biggest complaint is the shower... it get water everywhere and there aren't enough towels for a multi-day stay. The resort is new, beautiful designed, and centrally located. We would stay again.

Everything was great. The pool was weird. Four tiny pools. The kids throwing basketballs everywhere aas dangerous for my handicapped child. I got hit in the head with a basketball minding my own business. There was no movie by the pool. We loved the arcade. Food was mediocre charging same as paul bunyans but way less options and food. The gift shop didnt have much cause we looked like three times and had only off the wall size shirts. 3x or xs basically. Lovved the dragon loved the location. Loved our room was nice and clean. I think they need to lower their price until it feels like resort quality. Staff completely clueless also. I think cause its new
