The staff were amazing and very accommodating with our stay. The hotel was conveniently located and close to public transit and Soho location. Loved the nearby Jackie Robinson

I found it to be an incredibly pleasant stay. The location was amazing, the staff really went above and beyond expectations to help with issues, even those non-hotel related. Professional cleaning, daily restocking of amenities, and a very reasonable rate for its location. It may not be the fanciest hotel around, but, if you want a place that truly feels like Southern Manhattan then you really won't find better vibes in the area. It just had that authentic New York feel to it. It is located less than a two minute walk from a Subway entrance. Trust me, if its a first time in New York, easy subway access is a massive perk.

It was a good place, pretty clean, nice location, very helpful staff, but wish we didn’t have to rent a fridge for the room. The water pressure in the shower was awesome!

This hotel feels really old and is in need of an update. There were big gaps under the door to the hallway, the toilet had trouble flushing, the shower had no water pressure. The linens felt thin and over washed. This hotel lacks care overall.

The plastic key cards need to be adjusted so one dip works! Also the bathroom sinks need to be checked to make sure they’re not clogged. The hotel staff were as courteous and professional as can be expected. ✅👍
