Me gustó la seguridad, la amplitud de las habitaciones y conveniencia en cuanto a la ubicación, el desayuno también es muy bueno. Lo que no me gusto es su gimnasio, comprendo que sea pequeño, pero todos los aparatos están dañados, solo queda la opción de usar mancuernas o barras. Deberían expandir su gimnasio y retirar el jacuzzi que nunca está funcionando o listo para usarse.

It is in a safe neighbourhood and they have 24/7 security. You get a huge room with kitchen, Nespresso, fridge, microwave, dining table, two tv's, etc. TV's were nice because they gave you English channels, Youtube, or boardcast your phone to it. Traffic in the area is terrible though. There is not much to do in this area.

The property was nice but the area is out of the way. Not much to do around there. The service was good at front desk and the breakfast was good. However, most of the servers seemed unfriendly and a bit slow. They forgot to clean our room on one occasion. The free shuttle service was iffy at best. One day we had it delayed 2 times by front desk and then we were told it was cancelled for the day.

La ubicacion del hotel esta muy bien. Todo queda muy cerca. La habitacion amplia pero en nuestra cama al acomodar las almohadas tenia una chinche viva la cual me indica que no son muy limpios una almohada esta a sucia. Nos cambiaron de habitacion a otra con 2 camas. Los desayunos que ofrecen muy pobres. Mala atencion de los meseros.

The room is huge. Everything is fine. The only issue is that the bed is SO HARD! It's beyond firm, it's like sleeping on a rock with a sheet over it. Come on guys, just get some better beds and i would stay there again.

This is a great place to stay, convenient location, a few notes: the sofa bed could be significantly better - it was wobbly and just not good even for a child (a small one at that). The AC didn't work well - it never truly cooled off and we were extremely uncomfortable at night to sleep. Service and staff were wonderful, it's clean and easy location. Nos gusta quedarnos aquí por su ubicación. El personal es amable y cordial, y el hotel es limpio y cómodo en general. Unas cuantas notas: El aire acondicionado nunca enfrió y fue muy incómodo. El sofá cama podría ser mejor - estaba incómodo para mí hijo pequeño y no era estable. También el panel de vidrio entre la recámara principal y el cuartito del sofá cama debería ser tapado. Sumamente incomodo pues era necesario apagar luces en la recamara para que la secundaria estuviera a oscuras.

The room was very big, spacious and clean. The beds however was too firm/ hard for our liking and the air conditioning in the room did not work very well. The restaurant staff were anlittle slow, but despite these littlenissues, the staff esp. at front desk, were very helpful arranging our uber rides and responding to our queries. The housekeeping ladies were also very good.

The front desk staff was not very helpful and were always on their cell phone. We came back to the hotel early one evening because I injured myself while we were out and cut my knee and went to the front desk to ask for them to call a local pharmacy to get a consult and prescription for my wound but there was no phone service according to the front desk and they would not call on their local cell phone to get us information. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The hotel and room are great. Room has coffee and good food from room service and restaurant. The room is big enough for our family and suite is so helpful. The location is really challenging, with horrendous traffic and no where close by to walk/see. If a similar property could open on Reforma or in the historic center, would be a huge asset for the company and city.

The staff at reception desk are very helpful, the place is neat. Enough parking space for the guests. The only inconvenience is that taxis and Ubers sometimes find it hard to find the address, because it’s a quiet street

It's a very spacious place to stay with family. 2 rooms are very convenient and the family room is spacious too. Their weakness is the food and service at the restaurant. It's better to use uber eats and make yourself than use their service. On the other hand place is very clean and the location is very good and walkable.

Swrvicio MUY DEFICIENTE en el restaurante, ya que el encargado con una actitud pésima, en 2 ocasiones ingerí alimentos, por la noche y la mañana y el Señor nada amable, 1 sola mesera en el desayuno y en la cena. Me tuve que levantar varias veces de la mesa para solocitar algo, cuchara, alimento, la cuenta, etc. Y esta persona solo decía desde su asiento, qué se le ofrece. Y en el spa, tambien muy mala atención.

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien, bastante amplias y las camas súper cómodas. La atención de las señoras de limpieza muy bueno. Ahora, la Comida y el servicio de restaurante Muy Malo. Hay un señor que lo atiende a uno a regañadientes, le molesta que uno pida un pan y te deja hablando solo. El desayuno muy limitado y malo. 1 huevo sin acompañamientos (frijoles o algo), 1 pan de rodaja y unas lascas de fruta. Paramos comiendo mejor siempre afuera. Recomendaría que hagan una alianza con Ojo de Agua que tienen enfrente y que ellos les den el servicio de comida (están años luz de distancia un desayuno versus el suyo)

Amazing room and that's about it. Breakfast was a nightmare unless you have hours to wait around to be noticed! They weren't properly staffed and the staff was more worried flirting with one another than serving the customers. First morning we thought it was just busy, but even the days after were very long wait and they got the order wrong every morning. It's a shame because the room was really nice and spacious.

Very nice 4 day stay! I booked a deluxe 1 bedroom suite and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and beautiful this property is. It's definitely aimed more for longer / business stays, however it's a great spot to also explore other parts of Mexico City (especially if you'll have a car) and they have valet parking included. The wifi is very good if you need to get any sort of work or meetings done. The restaurant and room service have very good food and are decent options then you don't want to go out and explore, but there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat in the vicinity as well.
