Stayed 3 nights

We just got back from our stay at the Grand Serenis. I wish we had more time! It was a short stay! But everyone was super nice and accommodating. We had time by the last day to check out all of the pools, lazy river, and most of the restaurants. We were eligible for a massage included with our Expedia booking. We didn't have time to do it, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Maybe Expedia could have let us know at booking, and asked us to schedule it then, so we didn't miss out. But I don't blame the hotel at all for that! The concierge helped us with dinner reservations each night, and coordinating luggage pickup. The only negative thing I could say is that we couldn't find monkeys! (Again, not the hotel's fault) But, we saw a bunch of other guests post videos of them on tiktok, and were sad we didn't see any! Otherwise, it was a wonderful trip! Would recommend!

Horrible front desk service no accommodation or logic used! **1/5 ⭐** **Scammed, disrespected, and robbed of $1,800 — avoid this resort** From the moment I walked into my room, it was clear this resort has zero quality control. The floor was covered in water — completely unacceptable for a property charging premium prices. It set the tone for what would be an absolutely infuriating stay. The staff were beyond useless. I attempted to dine at the resort restaurant and was told there were no available tables. I asked if I could simply place my order and take my food outside — denied. I then asked if I could place the order ahead of time so it would be ready when a table opened up — also denied. I left hungry. The inflexibility and poor customer service was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Now for the worst part. I had pre-booked a room for $1,500. Due to a check-in issue, I arrived a day late. Rather than working with me or attempting any reasonable accommodation, the resort completely canceled my reservation, marked me as a no-show, and refused to refund my $1,500. On top of that, they charged me an additional $300 just to extend my checkout for a late checkout in the replacement room — bringing my losses to $1,800 total. What makes this even more disturbing is that standing at the front desk, I felt completely taken advantage of due to a language barrier. They also didn’t respect that we were 21 and treated us as kids

The Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya (Mexico) is a fantastic eco-resort that stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and incredibly welcoming staff is perfect for couples and family who love nature and modern comfort. The lush jungle grounds are filled with wildlife like monkeys and coatis, and the beach was awesome too. While the pools and relaxing lazy river offer great ways to unwind. The themed à la carte restaurants (especially the French and Japanese) provide excellent date-night dining. Had a wonderful time!!!
