Not the worst hotel I have been to, but you do get what you pay for.. I did find one bug while I was staying here for 2 nights. The room was a good size, but could use a new coat of paint as there were scuffs along the walls. There is a safe in the room, which was nice. Bathroom was fine, no issues. The breakfast was good, albeit smaller selection, but decent enough. For the most part, it was quiet; Occasionally there were noises we could hear from outside, so the walls are thin, but it never became a bother. Dogs are welcome, just be aware of the fees they charge you!! I was quoted around $200 for my stay and when I got there is went to over $300, but signage in the lobby says $25-50 for a pet... Due to the ridiculous charge for pets, I would probably not stay here again unless I had to.

Arrival and checkin were fine, but the problems were with the room. Our shower was absolutely coated in black mold and pink shower grime. We checked in very late and were exhausted from the trip so we cleaned it ourselves, but we felt this was unacceptable. The walls were very thin and the A/C had unit in our room barely worked…it made noise but did not cool the room at all. Overall a very poor experience. I would not stay here again.

I was driving from VT to take the autotrain. It was a 10 hour drive and I just needed a place to sleep for the night. Between the yelling, noise, and sirens, that did not happen. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else! The room was filthy, stains on the floor, on the walls, in the bathroom, even on the remote for the tv. There was an awful smell in the hallways. The carpet on the stairs and in the hallways had debris everywhere...crumbs, paper, ashes. There was an altercation in the hallway by my door, I tried to call to the front desk, but the phone did not work. There was constant yelling outside all night. I made a mistake staying here, don't make the same mistake I made!!

The bathroom was moldy and water was dripping from the ceiling from the room above ours. They were unable to give us a new room because we had been in 'possession' of the room during the day. We had arrived in the evening the prior night after driving hours went to the bathroom and immediately to bed. We did not inspect the room at that time. Lesson learned. There were no Maintenace people available and they would not get me in contact with a manager to speak with them regarding a refund for the room. I have both videos and photos. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Door into the room was difficult to close. Bathroom door was out of square so you has to lift up on the handle to get the door to close. This was caused by top hing screws being pulled out of the door frame.

Right off the bat, they allowed early check in which was a big plus Once in the room tv did not respond. Turns out that it had been unplugged. Easy fix. The refrigerator condenser was pretty loud at times, but not unbearable Overall, not a bad stay for the price.

Upon arriving to the property 2 of the room reservations had been cancelled. When authorization was only given to cancel 1 due a family member becoming ill and requiring hospitalization. We were refused room service because we asked for towels while housing keeping was on the hall. We were almost denied a second time as housekeeping stated that upon check-in, the front desk was suppose to ask us if we wanted the service. The water pressure was so bad that you had to attempt to flush the toilet at least twice before it would actually flush. The second room' s toilet was so bad they had to use the ice bucket to remove excess water as it was trying to overflow. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!

My stay was good thanks to the service my daughter and I received. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The was an odor to the rooms, which was hard to get over. We changed rooms twice because of the smell. I did not like that there was a big gap between the floor and the door. I stuffed the gap with towels during the stay.

This was a last minute booking to try and be as close to our kids as possible and we were so happy we chose this hotel. The hotel is just that, its a clean room and facility. I dont think it was meant to be a resort, but the staff is just outstanding! They accommodated every request to the best of their abilities and went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Great hotel at a great price. Quarter mile to on ramps for I95 yet in a quiet area. Rooms are very quiet. At least one small dog in one of the pet-allowed rooms a few doors down that liked to bark but I could not hear a sound in the room. Rooms have converted to the pergola type flooring so very clean, never worn carpet or lingering odors. Breakfast is great. Usual continental plus Waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage links and a person that actively staffs it. Service is awesome! Courteous, professional and they will help you out if they can. Needed my coffee fix 25 minutes before breakfast and lobby pot was empty; desk man made a new pot for me. Hassan really helped me out when I had messed up the reservation for multiple rooms and worked with me to accommodate all my party. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Having to ask to be put on a list to get room clean. Rude aggressive housekeeper who yelled at my son and me and said I complained about her not cleaning our room. Same sausage links every morning. No variety to protein. Could we get a slice of ham? Maybe some bacon?
