I’m sorry to complain. Everyone who worked there was so nice and amazing. However, our stay was less than enjoyable. We just needed a few hours sleep to continue our drive and we were unable to get rest. Our floor was noisy the entire night. From 12 am till 6:45am, there was no peace. People were screaming in our hallway the entire night. At one point we heard an employee try to reprimand them and threaten to throw them out. This still didn’t stop them. And add the elevators weren’t working and we were in the 3rd and 4th floors. Breakfast was a mess too. We ended up not eating and just leaving because of the other guests being so loud and dirty. Again not the hotel workers fault but completely unacceptable. We paid $420 to get some sleep and couldn’t. Awful experience

Great location right off I95, but not noisy from it. Super clean and everything in good condition. Accommodating for accessible bathroom needs. Warning that though they are "pet friendly" they charge $75, and take $25 on your card for incidentals.

I like the fact that it is well lighted. Conveniently located off the highway. Close to a few food places. And there's a convenience mart nearby! The staff are "THE BEST! 😁

Upon check in the hotel didn’t smell fresh and continued to smell stale throughout the visit. We reserved two connecting rooms. We left to do some shopping, once we returned I noticed the doors weren’t sealed shut. You could literally see the hallway from the room. The hotel manager changed our rooms but explained that most of the rooms are like that and I could only see it because of the light from the hallway windows. The experience was less than desirable to be a part of the Hilton brand. The bathroom in one of the rooms had dirty hand towels under the sink. Sadly, we couldn’t change hotels because we had traveled almost 4 hours and it was late.

A great place to stop as we were driving south. Very nice staff. Decent breakfast came with price of room. Pretty standard offerings. Bed was a tad hard. Pillows too soft. Funny. It felt clean enough but just a few things - entry floor was sticky, shower was slippery. We managed. One thing that I thought was not good was one outlet behind a desk was pretty exposed (cover half off) and the other outlet was loaded with a multi plug extension. I would have that fixed.

Our room was large, and extremely clean. The front desk associate was so kind and helpful when we arrived. He made sure we received whatever we needed - he even upgraded us to a larger room. * however * The front desk associate when we checked out the next morning was very rude and unprofessional. You should at least give your clients a "Thank you for staying with us" or even, "how was your stay". We didn't even get a goodbye. * That being said, do not hesitate to stay here. It really was perfect for what we needed it for. I won't penalize Hampton Inn's rating for one rude employee.

The bathroom shower doors did not function and I could not turn on the shower without having to stand under the shower head, adjusting the water temperature. Room did not appear to be ready for occupancy. Large room with limited "old" and uncomfortable furniture. I paid extra for a larger room (suite) and did not feel I got what I paid for. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very small room with small window that's not opening. The room is clean and furnished but the fact that it's small and no option to get it ventilated; it gets suffocated and smells. Stuff is helpful and cooperative. I lost a pendant of my gold necklace and reported; they said they'll call me if found, fingers crossed. The advertised checking in/out time (12pm) was from what the hotel's time (11am)

Had a problem with turning the water on in the shower. Shower door near controls was stationary which meant u had to be in the shower to get to the controls. Water came out cold before changing to correct temperature.

Very rude manager! I booked online where it said “Pet Friendly”. I have 2 service dogs (7lbs and 3.75 lbs.) and a Service Cat - smart sphynx trained AlertCat. The Property Manager refused me AFTER I had checked in in full disclosure of service animals. I was so shocked and helpless, handicapped, elderly, and had nowhere to go. Manager then blocked me from staying there ever - I said “Great because I never plan to stay here EVER.“. That experience has caused me to blacklist ALL Hampton Inns. I stay where staff is cordial and honor their bookings!! Love Hyatt and Extended Stay Suites. I have Sleep Apnea, high BP, Diabetes,post. Cancer/radiation and Chemo. Surgery 2 weeks ago. When I had checked in, the night Desk man told me - after I signed in - that he was charging me $75 for the cat’s stay!!?? I said NO, he said “no cats allowed” I argued that their policy is published “Pet Friendly.” The Manager (who looked like a Soprano in costume) came out to the front desk and announced he was removing me from ever coming back to “his” hotel. I said “Good because I never plan to come back here - but WHY do you have to be so rude? That’ll keep me from ever coming back to Hampton Inn EVER.”

I booked a room for three adults. When we got to our room, it was for only two people. We called and they switched our room right away. They even brought us the key to the new room. I thought that was excellent customer service. We received bottle water as a welcome gift which was a nice touch to me. We slept too late for breakfast, but it is offered from 6 am to 9 pm which is always a plus if like to get up early. We appreciated the staff and this property is a great place to stay when traveling.

Property location, cleanses , breakfast, are very good . I just don’t understand and I felt very uncomfortable when the staff at check in ( early check in ) ask me about about my service dog. She wanted to know the health reason why I have a Service dog. I have my dog batch and she did not want to see it and she show me the hotel policy stating that I have to pay for my dog $75 because based on my health and the hotel policy my dog did not qualify as a service dog. I show her my dog batch but she continues insisting to ready the policy. She ask me for my personal health information. I was too tired of driving that I did not want to fight and continue with her argument. She charged me $75 extra . If you have a service dog, and they ask you what is your health condition do not go to this hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel. I never had any problems in any hotel when I go with my service dog and show my batch. Nobody should be asking you of your health condition because it is private . Ones again I don’t recommend this hotel if you have a service animal

Our toilet stopped working late at night and their solution was to open the room next door, put a piece of cardboard in the lock to keep it open, and we had to go out of our room, into the hall, and into the room next door to use the bathroom. We asked for credit off of our bill and was told only the mgr could do that. Messages to the mgr have remained unreturned.

Manager was rude. The expedia website said pet deposit was 50.00. He tried to charge 75.00. When I question him about it . The manager got mad and cancelled my wife's reservation at 12 mn leaving my wife and dog without a place to stay. Luckly she found another hotel close.

Hotel was easy to get to, plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the hot water in our room. It was taken care of fairly quickly. Breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of foods each day. Room was very clean and spacious for our bikes. We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The heating unit turned on the AC to lower the temp. Made it very cold. Room service was spotty. Every other day cleaning. They didn’t get to me until 4pm. No thanks. Breakfast was great.
