The pool was in-operable, there should have been a shield to cover the window where the pool is located. The hot tub look like it had fungus, should not be visible to guests. When pool is not working, the hotel she note that on their site especially when guests expect that amenity. Also, bathroom needs updating, shower curtains are un-sanitary. There was a stain on the bed curtain, that goes around the bed, look like it could have been dried up body fluids. The hotel can really use some updates, oh and the room air conditioner is extremely loud.

I was disappointed to find that the indoor pool that I was so excited about and the reason I booked this hotel is closed for maintenance until further notice. There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the pool as the lights were on in the pool area and the jets were circulating the water in the pool. I am extremely upset that this as my made clear when I booked the room.

Filthy floors in our room- the carpets were gummed with dirt, peeling wallpaper, mold in the bathroom. All hand sanitizer stations were empty. Trash covering the parking lot and surrounding areas. Breakfast was mediocre, no USB ports.

Staff were professionals - they were wonderful. The lobby was very clean. My room smelled like cigarettes and air freshener. The carpet in the room was worn and dirty. My toilet seat snapped off (staff fixed it immediately). There was rust in the bathtub as well as a grasshopper. The bathtub was very slow to drain. I set the a/c on 63 degrees. It didn’t feel any cooler at any temperature. At 63 degrees, I remained warm wearing only tee shirt. I was glad to be on my way.

I really have an issue with companies who send the text to ask how things are going and then when I reply back no one answers. What is the point of having those texts if they won’t be utilized. We were exhausted so we never said anything, but the bathroom floor wasn’t clean- ten strands of hair on the floor, a long black hair wrapped in a towel, lots of stains on the main room floor, bed wasn’t comfortable. With that said, I’ve stayed in way worse. It’s a safe area. Sheets were clean. Mattress was clean. It was good enough. Nice to have Smokey Bones next door for take out. We were only there for 10 hours. Breakfast was fine. For a hotel like that it seems to make the most sense to give out the best to worst quality rooms when people are checking in. The hotel definitely wasn’t fully booked- I would hope there were rooms in better condition than ours. We didn’t book until 6pm that night and checked in at 10pm. If there were rooms in better condition they should’ve given it to us.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the floors needed a little more detailed cleaning but not too bad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The “continental” breakfast was disappointing. They only had bagels, muffins, yogurt and oatmeal packets. It would have been nice to see some bacon at the least. Aside from that we would highly recommend and will be staying here next time we are in town.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help me out, even though hotels.com did not deliver my note that said to not use scented products in the room because I’m severely asthmatic. Not only was there sent in the room, but the property has been rehab recently enough that it is just oozing with VOCs. I spent my entire stay wheezing and having burning eyes and nose. The only way to make it tolerable was to open my windows, which meant that I couldn’t really air condition in my room. I actually had fantasies about sleeping in my car! if you are chemically sensitive at all, give this hotel another year and then it’ll be a wonderful stay. I also found it problematic that the free breakfast was mostly carbohydrates, except for some not great, hard, boiled eggs, and the room was advertised as having a coffee maker in it and it did not so I had to get dressed and go down into the world to have my 1st cup of the day, which is not my preference. Nevertheless, the coffee was good!

Very disappointing for the Radisson name. Room and hotel are not maintained well at all. Chair has large stains and mismatched material. Bed covering and carpet have dirty appearance and cigarette burns. Large insect crawling around on ceiling.

Honestly for the price, this hotel was great. Good parking, rooms were clean, quiet and pretty large, comfortable beds. Nice sized tvs in the rooms. The last hotel i stayed at was marriat an double the price, an this one blew it out of the water.i was highly suprised by how nice the room was for the price. The only downfall was no breakfast, but there was a bagel bar an theres a ton of food nearby.

Check in person was wonderful. However there was some kind of patio right under the windows with people partying and screaming until almost midnight. When I called to ask the front desk if she could ask them just to keep it a bit quieter she was very rude and said they were “outside and she couldn’t do anything, but fine I guess I can try”. The people partying were on hotel grounds right below all the windows and I wasn’t being a Karen, I was extremely nice about it.

Our reservation was for two nights at over $100+ per night. There was no maid service during our stayover. No one told us this. We returned in the late afternoon to find nothing had been done. After calling the front desk we were told maid service is completed only every OTHER day. Apparently, the bill needs to be over $400 to get maid service. Ridiculous. Then there was the dog barking. It sounded like a German Shepherd. Some entitled and very stupid guest left the dog alone and went out. The barking went on for hours while we were trying to sleep. The front desk couldn't help since the dog owners were unavailable!!!

Very clean. Comfortable. Had a strong, odd chemical odor in the room (cleaners? new materials?). Got used to it but it concerns me that we were breathing that in. Desk staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast—no hot food. All cold but toasters available, all bananas were green. Cannot give 5 stars because of odor and because the housekeeping staff was ANNOYING!! They knocked and came into the room before we could get to the door by 9:00 am. WHAT ON EARTH??? Checkout wasn’t until noon and we were registered for a late checkout at 1:00. Then, at noon on the dot they tried again. I told them we had a late checkout. Just a few minutes later THEY ENTERED THE ROOM. We told them AGAIN we were registered for a late checkout. They told us to call the front desk. You can bet we did—to complain. This was completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! The SAME THING happened to my friends that were also staying in the hotel. The staff needs to work on their communication.

We only stayed one night, checked in late and left early, so no time to check out most of the facility, but the room was nice, the beds were comfortable, they offer nice shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast is not much to write home about, very Continental, the only thing hot was the coffee. Location is convenient and there was nothing about this location that made me concerned, nothing shady going on around here for my perspective. Staff was very friendly, we were greeted in the morning and chatted up by a gentleman that worked there, maybe it was a manager. Nice guy.
