I had a conference at the hotel, and my last meeting ended at 12:40pm. I asked to have a later checkout, and they said 12:30pm was the best they could do. Give me a break. Then I asked if there was a place I could change before I left for the airport, and they said no. Ridiculous in a hotel and chain that size. It is difficult to stay somewhere other than a Hilton property, but if I have a choice, I most definitely will pick a different provider.
