A wonderful find. Big rooms, well equipped, and several pools with stunning views of the marina. Rooms come with a selection of toiletries which were actually quite good. There is a shuttle service to the hotel's private 'beach' which is a lovely spot by the sea (no sand though, if thats what you're expecting), and loads of sun loungers. Overall, food service is good, and a small but well prepared menu. Breakfast buffet is enough for most people. If you are heading out, you'll probably need a taxi, which will take a maximum of 4 passengers.

The hotel was pretty empty and it still seemed severely understaffed. One of the other guests said she stayed there last year and it was much better. Tables after dinner weren't cleaned over night before breakfast. Some of the welcome drinks sat in the hallways for days before they got picked up. If you wanted to sit for breakfast or out by the pool you would have to go up to the bar to ask for a coffee even though it seemed like they were supposed to be coming around asking if you needed anything. It was very odd. The hammam area was also not well stocked and the staff doesn't tell you anything other than giving you a key to a locker. Overall, nicely designed and very odd place from a staff and maintenance perspective.

We got room dowgrade instead of a room upgrade. I got explosive diarrhea from eating at their beach club and when we asked for help to the front desk, all they did was give us the name of the closest pharmacy. A very disappointing experience overall.

I would not recommend this hotel. It is definitely not a 5-star experience. The room was not clean, with a strong mold smell in the bathroom, as well as dust and dead bugs in the room. Additionally, the receptionist called us 15 minutes before check-out to remind us to leave the room. The communication was also difficult due to her limited English. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not return. I would suggest looking at other hotels in the area, as there are many better options available.
