The staff and facility were all great! The pool was overrun by kids at all times of the day so we couldn’t enjoy it at all. Perhaps there can be adult hours v. kids play time? The elevators were the most disappointing for a large hotel like this. So many people staying with only 2 slow elevators running…it was agonizing.

I like that it has a ln indoor pool, I didn't like that the parking was so far away you have to walk down to the lobby or take the elevator. Then take the elavator to parking then walk a little more then take another elevator. It sure is a little maize.

Excellent waterfront property with helpful staff, close distance to Independence Hall and the local casino, and great food and drinks. The breakfast was wonderful and very filling for the price, and the pool and sauna were very relaxing. The room was spacious with excellent views of the harbor and a comfy king sized bed and office space.

We had a blast attending a show at the Freedom Mortgage pavilion across in Camden. This was the perfect spot to stay the weekend to enjoy Philly and get to and from the concert easily and safely. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The elevators were very frustrating as the hotel was full and it took about 20 minutes every time we needed to go up or down. They need to upgrade and repair the broken elevator. We will stay here next time our favorite band is in town!

Poor parking and limited access with fee not advertised when booking, elevators did not operate efficiently, bathrooms in room could not lock and have a significant gap between the double doors. Restaurant on site was nice and had friendly staff. Front desk did not inform guests about the need for room keys to operate the elevators, where amenities are located and did not provide breakfast vouchers that should have been provided at check in.

Great water views! Facility and our room were clean. Parking garage behind building was convenient. I would recommend using valet if you or anyone in your party has trouble getting around ( decent walk + 2 elevators to get to lobby).

Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was great with a fantastic view. Elevators a bit slow and we're not working when we were leaving so had to walk down 20 flights of stairs. Hotel's in a great location.

The area around the property was great but the room itself the bathroom should have been cleaned more there were stains on the shower curtain , in the toilet and on the outside of the toilet as well as in the bath tub. The room was dusty and many other things.

Parking was expensive. I didn’t know it was not included in stay. And they had cheaper parking nearby. Also mirrors weren’t cleaned in hotel. The worst was the breakfast I paid for in the hotel. Awful repeat food that is found at other cheap hotels. Very disappointing in food quality. Especially for price that I paid to stay there. My sheets upon entering had hair on it. And bathroom picture frame had water spots on it. Clearly not cleaned ever. No microwave in sight. And cabinets in dresser were misaligned. Phone didn’t work when I dialed front desk no connection there either. I got no free gift upon entering even though I was Hilton honors member. Pool was cold upon entering, could have been warmer. Overall I don’t think I would stay there again. Too expensive for the quality received. Breakfast was the most overpriced and quality was bad.

The hotel room was nice but when I arrived and went to adjust the thermostat on the wall the fan coil door fell off and I had to put it back on that is what I do for a profession so it was no big deal but I recommend the engineering department or maintenance guys have that door replaced and properly installed, also the shower in the top corner had black mold and or mildew building up in the corner that was not very sanitary that needs to be replaced

My family stayed here from Saturday to Monday. In a great location. The first floor lobby area was very clean. Our room which overlook the river was absolutely disgusted…everything was dusty floors filthy and the bathroom was dirty. Hair which was not ours all over. Shower drain was blocked. Room outdated. I would not recommend.

For the price, this Hilton no longer lives up to its previous reputation. The service is still excellent but the room was pretty poor. Sink and shower drains clogged, mold on the ceiling, TV with poor picture quality, and funiture that is damaged. We assume it was a former smoking room as it still has that old smoke smell covered by ozone. Breakfast was just a buffet, nothing special. Again, service was great. Hopefully they'll give this hotel a refurb soon since the location is fabulous.

Truly an underwhelming hotel experience. Everything from the staff to overall cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. From the moment we entered the property the valet staff was ru Unaware and on their phone. No clear directions for self parking. When we go to the first room it qas very dirty, tub was old and moldy and shower head was rusted. Overall a very mediocre hotel stay at the Hilton. Would not recommend.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. There are great views of the waterfront, easy access to walking along the water, walking distance to Old City with all its historical sites. Also, the staff is very friendly. The downside is the cost of parking, the lack of channels on the TV (I think we got a total of 8 to 10 with no streaming service that we were aware of), neither pen nor paper in the room, no literature whatsoever in the room about local attractions. I realize that a lot of things can be accessed on one's phone about local attractions, but I like to peruse maps and brochures, but then I'm old....so...The in-house restaurant was mediocre. A continental breakfast would definitely have improved our experience as the coffee bar is a bit expensive. Location and views count for a lot in our book, so maybe we would return. Lots to see in Philadelphia, so a return trip is in order. Not sure if we'll stay here. Stay tuned.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view was amazing as we opted for a water view and it did not disappoint. Had a hard time maintaining a cool and comfortable room temperature unfortunately. Walls were thin and we could hear from neighboring rooms; laughter and yelling. Hotel room was very clean and smelled fresh and clean. Staff very polite and friendly. Pool was not heated as advertised and so I could not enjoy the pool as it was too chilly. It was the many reasons I chose this hotel- so it was very disappointing to be unable to use the amenity. Staff was wonderful and welcoming - but another downfall- I was unaware we had to pay for onsite parking over night. That was disappointing. Overall a mid experience, wasn’t wowed.

The room was nice and mostly clean, except for a dirty towel that had hair in it, not just one, but many. We did have a few issues with our room right off the bat. It was supposed to have a microwave, but didn’t. The front desk did respond within 5 minutes to get us one and the WiFi was giving us a very hard time, but someone helped with that right away also. My biggest complaint is the air conditioning. We set it to the coolest temp and high fan, but it never got even slightly cool. We sweated, especially while trying to sleep. That was horrible. Overall it was a good stay for the price in a great location!! The staff was very friendly. We didn’t have any problems with the parking garage, but it may be for some people because you have to walk a lot and take a few elevators. We just parked at the entrance to unload our luggage and then parked, you just have to go up the road to make u-turn to get to the front again to reload when your leaving. The view from our room was nice with a partial view of the river and BF Bridge.

The room we had, a Classic Queen Room with two beds, was very tastefully maintained with the cleanliness you'd expect from a Hilton property. We only stayed for one night. My son and I attended a concert, while my wife stayed in the room. We were on the 17th floor and we had an excellent view of the Delaware River and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, which was beautiful at night-time. While we had no issues with the room itself, it must be said that there is no room service available, even though that is one of the options available according to the Menu button on the television. Also, they advertise free Wi-Fi. But that's only if you sign up to be a Hilton Club member, which we didn't because we actually do not stay with Hilton that much when we travel. Also, the self-park Parking Garage is a little tricky to navigate because there is very little space to drive around while you're trying to find a parking space. And the enterance to the parking garage is on a little side street that looks like a construction zone and it can be easy to miss if you don't know what to look for. And finally, in my personal opinion, the price to self-park is a little pricey at $55 a night. Valet parking is $65 a night. Very expensive in my opinion. But other than these negative issues, everything else including our room was nice. I almost forgot to mention the breakfast buffet at the Keating Restaurant was decent. Nothing fancy, but good basic eats. But also a little pricey at $23 pp.

The staff was friendly and tried their best and the location is excellent, but unfortunately my stay wasn’t great. This was actually my third attempt to stay here—twice before, I arrived only to be told my room was sold out, despite booking it and trying to call for days beforehand with no answer. On this visit, I finally received a key, but when I went to my room, someone else was already in it. Very awkward encounter…I had to be reassigned to another room and didn’t get the view I had originally booked. Then, on checkout day, I was woken up by blaring emergency alarms that kept going off for hours, and the elevators were out of service, forcing me to carry my luggage down 19 flights of stairs. The room was very dated and needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The room was dirty upon arrival, with visible dust, stained linens, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made us uncomfortable. We requested housekeeping early in the morning, but they didn’t show up until nearly 6 PM — long after we’d already been out for the day and returned. Trying to get help from the front desk was equally disappointing. When they actually answered the phone, they were rude and hung up on us multiple times. It felt like they had no interest in assisting guests. On top of all that, the elevators were out of order for most of our stay, which made getting around the hotel a hassle, especially for those with mobility issues. To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet was ice cold — eggs, bacon, everything. It was clear it had been sitting out for a long time and hadn’t been properly maintained. Overall, this hotel fell well below expectations. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and serious maintenance issues make it a place I would not recommend to anyone.

Upsetting stay. Visited Philly for the first time, on a birthday trip. No wash clothes my entire stay. Each time I asked, I was told that housekeeping was coming. They never came. Immediately after checking in, I complained that the room was not properly cleaned, again was told housekeeping was coming, never came. When checking out, the elevator was down, resulting in me lugging my toddler and luggage up three flights of stairs. Parking is $55 / night. Will not be back!

When we arrived, there was no bellboy. Nobody helped me find a luggage rack or load up all of my things. Was not told when I booked. The parking was not part of my room price. Both my keys didn’t work for the elevator. My sink was clogged in the bathroom, which was gross, had a nice dinner but found the portion size of the roasted chicken more like the size of a quail not a chicken. When we went for breakfast, there was only three other tables that were already eating. We waited 20 minutes for one cheese omelette! When I told the waiter who is not very friendly to just cancel the order , he blatantly replied fine and still charged us for the two coffees. When I went to complain to the front desk, her name was Summer. She was very monotone. Didn’t offer anything. I told her then I wanted to talk to the manager after waiting 10 minutes because she kept saying I’m not sure where he is he might be in a meeting. I told her to have him call my cell phone , we came downstairs. 10 minutes later. We asked same employee again and waited until we saw her actually called the manager then he came right away. I don’t think she called the first time. He was extremely helpful! Wrote down everything that we were unhappy with. Took us into their coffee shop and gave us two egg sandwiches and two coffees and two waters for free. he said he was going to go see what happened. He never came back to talk to us, but at least he gave us breakfast and was very apologetic &friendly.Unlike Summerat Desk

Rooms were not ready at 5:30pm in the afternoon despite having an 11am checkout policy. Second, there were no towels and linens. Even after we went to dinner I had to go downstairs to request linens. Their supplier had not delivered them. They found 4 towels that we shared among 6 people. Representatives were nice but powerless to do basic things. Not what I expected from a Hilton.

I love the location. It’s directly on the water. You can see the bridge and the aquarium. There are also plenty of seating options and relaxation areas as well as food choices right on the other side of the driveway.

Hotel is in a great location on the river front, it has an easy parking garage, and is a nice Hilton property with great amenities. Somethings that prevented me from rating this hotel excellent was that our bathroom seemed to not be restocked once the previous guest had left... only 2 towels , no shower gel, or conditioner left in the bottles. When we called for these it took housekeeping awhile ( about 45 mins) to get these over to our room and we had to call twice (once to housekeeping & once to the front desk). The other thing would be the furniture in the room has not been taken care of, our closet was hanging off the door only by one hinge and the air in our room would not allow a constant fan. Overall I would stay here again because of the location, amenities, and the staff.
