Not too bad but the front staff should be more communicative and helpful, the gym had no water, shampoo was missing and had to ask the staff, breakfast was not very good

It was a little more run down than the pictures showed online. The bed was clean. The bathroom had a ceiling tile missing and somethings stained the floor. The lobby was ok - a little tired looking.

Check-in went well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was relatively clean although it did have a bit of an odd smell. More attention could be paid to sweeping along the baseboards and under the desk and furniture. There were some stains on the bedsheets which looked like spilled coffee. I believe they were washed however they did not look clean. I do have to share that there was a child in the room next door who started screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs at 5:45 in the morning. Now, I understand that there’s only so much that the staff can do, and I was patient for approximately two hours. However, after ongoing yelling and screaming, it was obvious that the parents were not going to do anything to placate the child. I ended up calling the front desk to complain and asked them to tell the guest that if they cannot control their child, to please take them out of the hotel until they were able to calm the child. I don’t believe the staff contacted the guest because the screaming continued, at which point I decided to leave for the day, because it was obvious I wasn’t going to get any more sleep. There was more screaming the next morning and I decided to check out as soon as I could. Overall it was decent stay, however I’m not sure I would stay again or recommend this hotel to others.

Older hotel needs modernizing. Brief driving distance from some activities, but non in walking distance. Not many amenities, small gym, free parking,microwave & refridgerator.
