The Red Roof on the other hand was terrible. Messy hallways, I had to walk around a homeless person camped out next to the vending machines. TV didn't work in the room, no telephone in the room either to call front desk. Towels where kinda not pleasant to use. The beds where horrible and NOT comfortable AT ALL..... I put some waters in the fridge for like and hour or two and they where frozen solid when u went to drink them in the middle of the night.

Floor had not been swept or mopped, lamp had no shade on it, AC was broken, bed had no comforter, decorative blanket/coverlet had stains, pillow had stains, lamp above bed missing cover over the lightbulb, office chair had no wheels, both night stands were broken, entertainment center was broken, door was stained with dirt and grime had not been washed in some time, curtain had stains, bed skirt was torn, visible dirt and other dabree in the crevices of the mattress, parts of base boards were broken or coming off, There was no channel access on the TV, lots of dust behind TV and dust on other surfaces. Fire alarm was disconnected and more. There was also dog fights happening and prostitutes in and out all night.

Bed had dirty sheets on them and when I requested for new ones I was told they had no clean ones. Woke up surrounded by bed bugs . Bathroom damaged with dirty tissue on the floor

The heat was turned up on the highest setting when i walked in the room. Hole in wall not properly patched. Table had 2 loose legs-almost broke TV didn't work when i walked in the room and the maintaince man had an attitude instantly and asked i didn't know how to work a TV. He clearly doesn't like his job and takes it out on guests just checking in. Sheets were stained. Pillows were so used and worn, one of the white pillows was brown. Sink was clogged

Upon arrival I regretted my decision on reserving a room at this location. There were people just hanging out on the property. It close to a truck stop so it appeared like most of the women hanging outside were working girls.I booked a non-smoking room and was given a room that wreaked of smoke. I had to go back to the window in the vestibule of the lobby to reiterate that I booked a non-smoking room. I was given another room, didn't smell like smoke, but had a stale order. I did not like that the staff stayed behind locked doors and the window that you had to speak through was bulletproof. It was too transient for me, constantly could here people outside of my room. I left my room keys on the tv stand and left after a few hours. I didn't feel safe staying the entire night. That will be my first and last time staying there. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the hot water was hot. However the tv had no connection to the internet, so I was unable to watch it.

The room was very clean and comfortable but as I was checking in, a clerk was very mean and rude to a guest that wanted a bucket for his ice. This made me want to leave and get a refund and we were exhausted and needed rest. The walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbors talk clearly, and cough all night.

No WiFi working (insecure) could not join any so not streaming at all had to use phone data. No Room service., had to ask for towels. Had weird odor in the room had to leave air conditioning on to subdue odor. On the plus side : the bed is and hot water works . That’s all.

Room was fairly clean, sheets were stained bed was raised in the middle like something was under the mattress ( i didnt check) was a non smoking room but so much smoking outside it filled the room with cannabis and cigarette smoke. However the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water

Place was disgusting. Started off by telling me I didn’t have a reservation so I had to provide proof from my phone. I then get a hotel key, walk to the room, someone’s in it. I then get another key for a non smoking “deluxe king bed” room. Walk into the place and it reeked of smoke, walls were yellow, absolutely disgusting room. Nothing like the pictures what so ever. Outside environment didn’t feel safe. The lobby in itself was locked and had to talk to the receptionist through a glass window. Walked into the room and booked another hotel and left immediately.

My experience at Red Roof was not the greatest experienyes it took them 3 and a 1/2 hours to check in I asked for a bottom floor room which was clearly empty they gave me a top floor and they was rude

booked a reservation, got a text an email confirmation saying my reservation was confirmed. arrived to check in and said it was overbooked. then went to “check if the rooms were available” after saying it was overbooked. never got refunded. never got sent anything that my reservation would be cancelled and i would get a refund for the inconvenience.

I like the fact that it was convenient for me to walk to get food.The gas station QT, IHOP, JJ Chicken, Original Maxwell, Wendy's, Chili's Was very convenient for me trying to figure out what to eat. However, the room omg for the price is a not. I was totally disappointed! it looks nothing like on-line no where near. My room is disgusting but i made due for one night after, i cleaned and put my own bed linen (Thanks to Burlington coat factory) on from what i seeing they had was stains and looked like someone just used them. People's hangout all night being loud with loud music 🎶 so sad 😞 fighting slamming doors running from room to rooms. One girl trying to fight another woman about her man it was sickening they carried on until about 5:45Am all i wanted to do was sleep.

First problem was they told me at the window they couldn't find my reservation even though all details were in my email.Second big problem was the weed smell was overpowering in the little tiny lobby. Finally after several attempts the all of a sudden found my info... we were a bit nervous on staying but we just needed to sleep and shower. The last thing in this chaotic mess was... When is breakfast?? The Guy at the counter replied ... we don't serve breakfast!! No coffee or hot tea either....The website I booked from said breakfast was included .. That was a lie!! We cancelled the reservation and booked a room somewhere else. The building was run down and needed to be cleaned.
