At RHM Spaces - Santa Maria, reviewers consistently praise the friendly, helpful staff, but many describe a very basic, hostel-style stay with recurring cleanliness problems, small poorly ventilated rooms, and mismatched expectations due to photos that do not reflect reality.
Noise from the street or corridors also affects sleep in some rooms. Some appreciated proximity to the metro and shops, while others flagged inaccurate address details and safety concerns at night. Expect a no-frills, low-cost stopover if your priority is price over comfort.

There are no towels, toilet paper; bring your flip flops because the bathroom floor was dirty. Location was convenient for me; however, it did not look safe once it gets dark. There is a La Comer, a grocery store where you could buy things you need and the subway was a 10 min-walk distance from this hostel, not hotel. The only positive review was that the front desk girl was super friendly and always helpful!

Unless you're really on tight budget, I do not recommend this hotel. The room looks nothing like the pictures. There is a small window facing to the staircase that can not open. So ventilation is poor. There is no desk in the room, also no rack for hanging clothes. The good thing is that staff was very nice and there is a shared kitchen and refrigerator.

The staff, both at night and during the day, are helpful and even cheerful. The olace has a nice vibe. I wish there were one or two MORE staff because it's a big place, but then the price would have to go up. It is a fine place for the budget accommodation that it is. The location is good. The road noise in some rooms takes five minutes to get used to. All told: Good.

Y REGLAMENTO.
