Excellent stay for family. The suit room as big and we were very comfortable staying here. The hotel is close to lot of dining options and easy parking access to rooms from all corners. The indoor pool was excellent and kids really enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful property and grounds, well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, yogurt bar, oatmeal, breads, muffins, juices, coffees and creamers plus a soda machine. Room was spacious and clean. Laundry was free, bring your own detergent. Loved my week long stay there.

The hotel was overall decent, free breakfast was good. Elevators were out if service all 4 night of our trip which was a bit annoying with 3 kids having to go up and down stairs everytime we went in/out, but we made the best of it

The hotel was clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was good. The king one bedroom bed was very firm and the mattress on the sofa sleeper could use up grading. The pool was cold so didn’t use it but enjoyed the hot tub.

The room was not “lightly “ cleaned the first night. Bed was unmade, trash not taken out. The air conditioning kicked in very loudly and sporadically. There was a door in the living room that connected to the next suite. We could hear every sound and conversation next door, .

The room was really nice and the grounds were pretty. So close to the Museum of Glass. Unfortunately, there was a laundry basket in the closet that had dirty towels in it as well as two dirty towels hanging from hangers in the closet. There was also a pitcher of water in the fridge that we weren’t sure if it was forgotten there or for us to use so we left it alone. The staff was very nice and the pool was opened until 10, so it was nice to go for a late swim.

This is a hotel that has adopted a once per week deep clean policy. Lobby was nice, breakfast was convenient, but the elevators, hallways, and room was dirty. Visible dirt and salt on the floors everywhere. My kid found a crumpled tissue under her pillow when she was getting into bed and had to sleep with us. Would not stay here again.

The hotel and room were clean and attractive. The location of the elevator is ridiculous. My room was essential one floor above the reception area, but I had to go through two long hallways of guest rooms to reach the elevator, then two more to reach my room. Although I didn't use any ice, the in-room refrigerator loudly produced ice a few times during the night, waking me.

We stayed 3 nights and liked the property. The location is great. The staff are all very friendly. The 2-bedroom suite is spacious for a family of 4. The layout of the room is great. There are 2 full bathrooms. It is very convenient and no wait times. Everything is great except for a few things: The beds - there are 3 beds in the suite. 2 double beds in one bedroom and 1 queen bed in another. The mattresses must be old and they all made pretty loud squeaky sounds when turning or getting up. Bathroom fan - it is loud when in use. The bedroom is pretty close to where the bed is in one of the bedrooms (where the queen bed is). If you are in sleep and someone turns on the fan while using the bathroom. There is no way you can sleep. Breakfast - I consider the option is pretty limited. The best is the DIY waffle. The seating is not enough while busy. Despite these disappointments, I still think this is a good place to stay. I stronly suggest the mattresses should be updated.

Decent hotel, my room was on the second floor. The hallways are kind of maze-like if you want to try to get to the elevator, I just use the stairs. My room was absolutely dated as is the hotel. My bed was not very good, neither were the pillows. But overall it was an okay stay The pool and hot tub area were nice. There are signs absolutely everywhere stating no food or drink, normally I like to enjoy a beer or two while in the tub but did not do so. The hot tub was hot however the Jets in the tub are not enough to get water truly moving

The property was fine, the layout is confusing, elevator is down a long hallway not near the lobby at all. The mattress was the worst ever, very noisy/crunchy with every turn, made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was a good variety. Property is very close to CMOG

Staybridge Corning was great. Very spacious room, a good kitchenette area and everything was spotless. The laundry facilities were a real bonus after travelling for two we. Special shout out to the friendly and helpful staff. At breakfast, she even had gluten free bread and toasted it for me on a dedicated GF toaster!

I recognize that things happen with the needs of other customers with only one clerk on duty. However upon my arrival at the hotel, i was left waiting at the front desk for check in with another customer for over 26 mins. There was no sign stating that the attendant (Morgan was the attendants name) would return shortly. Upon her return there wasnt an apology for the wait or anything, nor even an acknowledgment of her delay to say the least. Thatbwas a oretty long time to have to wait for veing checked in. The overall condition and experience at the hotel was great. Very clean, very confirtable, and very nice place to stay. Breakfast was enjoyable and the overall experience was a great value and nice place to stay.

I asked an extra kitchen table chair after chek in and they said "in 10 min". But no one came up until my check out. I left a Blue jean and a T shirts in the closet inside restroom which is the only closet in the room. I got to know that right after check in another hotel on the day I checkek out the hotel. So I called the hotel they said they woul check. And I dropped by the hotel to receive the clothings on my way back home in the next day. But front desk said nothing found but will contact me if there is. Stll no contact. Actually I cannot fully understand that there is someone who take old clothings of others even they are extra small size.

Thanks so much for an excellent stay. Really appreciate Delana going out of her way to help us. My husband had foot surgery and she found a perfect spot for us so he would not have to walk too far! Excellent facility and so close to Corning Glass Museum. Coming back soon to enjoy it and definitely staying at Staybridge Suites. Thanks again Delana!! :)

Great service from Courtney at the front desk; we were hoping for a 2 bedroom suite, and she went out of her way to accommodate us by getting us a room that had been out of service for deep cleaning. She went out of her way to give us the option, and had the room checked to make sure it was good to go. Thank you!

Check in staff were nice but clearly overwhelmed with a large noisy group and seemed undestaffed. Despite a friendly greeting on our end, check out staff were surprisingly very short, almost rude unfortunately. Breakfast buffet was very basic and little choices, but spread out to reduce crowding which was good. Buffet staff were very friendly. Courtyard and pool were nice and pool water a good temperature. Suites were clean with decent sized space and bathrooms. Small functional kitchen hrlpfil for longer stays. Overall we paid $400US a night for our suite as we needed extra space for our family of 5 but to us, other than the extra space it was not a $400 a night experience or value. I would avoid high season and stay here when prices are more reasonable to match the value of the stay. Definitely convenient as you can walk to the Corning Museum of Glass and it is quiet, next to a residential area. Overall a decent choice but avoid high season prices to match service / amenity expectations.

the woman who managed the kitchen for breakfast was exceptional. she was very concerned that people got what they wanted, even if it wasn't there (iced coffee). she kept everything spotless. she is something special.

I chose this property to stay at for my visit to the Corning Museum of Glass. Couldn't be more convenient. The museum, walkway bridge and downtown are all super easy to get to once you get the lay of the land (which is super quick). The hotel is huge, great options for the breakfast. They tell you what door# is close to you but they need to further indicate that it's for getting inside from the wrap around parking lot. The outside doors are marked with #'s. Hallways can be a little noisy at night when people don't realize they are being loud!! Highly recommend, would go again.

Our stay was amazing, and I wish I remembered the lady’s name that checked us in. She was very nice and helpful. Let us know about the happy hour as well as dining options outside of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, great place and near many attractions. We went to Watkins Glen Park.

Good location, good room, good breakfast. as for the breakfast, must they put parsley and green peppers in everything? i happen to be allergic to green peppers and parsley. the staff should be recognizant of peoples allergies and not think that all things green are supposed to be put in food to make it more appealing. the food is fine the way it is. after my rant, the Staybridge is a nice place to stay at. Been there many times before and plan to go back when staying in Corning.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at for this price point. Service was excellent, staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious and very fresh both days. Grace in the kitchen is an absolute asset to this establishment. She was kind, caring and gave a 5 star restaurant experience. Will absolutely stay here again! :)

Wonder stay at this facility. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. Loved the social wine and snacks in the evening. The rooms were clean, modern and quiet. We all slept well. Close to all museums and restaurants.
