What guests think

Radisson Hotel Corning earns frequent praise for its walkable downtown location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds, while ongoing renovations, dated areas, limited parking, and occasional noise or maintenance issues are recurring drawbacks noted across recent guest reviews.

Many guests find rooms clean and spacious, but others report musty odors, pests, or housekeeping policies that require advance requests. The indoor pool and live music are enjoyed, yet dining quality and service are inconsistent and some amenities are closed or affected by renovation work. Overall, expect solid basics with some trade‑offs from the ongoing upgrades.

Hotel was great. We visited the pool. The temperature of the water was perfect. Only issue with this hotel was the food at the restaurant. I ordered a plain Caesar salad. The romaine was wilted and not fresh at all. A little upset they served it in the first place. I took it back and they refunded my money. We went to the pizzeria in the shops next to the hotel. Not only was their Caesar salad cheaper, it also came with chicken and freshly made bread. Skip the food at the hotel and explore other options within walking distance at the hotel.

Our stay was great! As soon as we arrived the staff was very helpful in our check in progress and be quick and efficient with hotel information. We did have some trouble finding parking in the front of the hotel but the staff informed us there is a back parking lot we can use which was great. Our room was really clean, organized and spacious. During our stay we also were need a microwave to heat up our dogs food and the staff was very helpful in making sure we had a microwave in our room. During our stay we also visited the gym and it had more equipment than we expected , a tv that we can change the channels on and a water dispenser. It was really clean and organized.

Very much enjoyed the location of the hotel & salt water pool which was very warm and comfortable. We were given a room in the "back building" where we had to walk outside to get to the lobby/restaurant (cold after swimming). Didn't feel as secure in this building which also had no microwave in our room. Checkout time on email/hotel room door differed from what front desk advised. Overall would stay again once switch to DoubleTree takes place and would request staying in main building.

Very nice property but had a couple of blips. The frig did not work because of a bad plug so had to move it to another plug. The pool was freezing and no one was getting in. We chose the property because of the heated pool. Since it’s not outside in the sun it was not going to warm up. Very disappointed. Time to turn on the heat.

I had a great stay, the hotel was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The only thing that i would change is updating the rooms a little. The room i was in had a little water damage as well as the restaurant area. Also maybe an extra staff member for breakfast or cook. The 2 waiters looked stressed out. It was a wonderful stay and the warm pool was great my sons enjoyed it.

Shower/tub backed up, called for maintenance, took way to long to get it fixed, also A/C in bar restaurant area was not working for days, with it being 2025, their is no excuse for the A/C to not be fixed in a short period of time, my guess is there is no HVAC maintenance done to prevent that from happening.

We reserved a room for my daughters birthday, and not even 10 mins into being in the room, we were blowing up balloons. Everytime a ballon touched the carpet, upon being picked up we would find a bunch of long black hair on all balloons. That being said, we are a family of all blondes. Therefore we know it was in the room prior. Basically the room wasnt vacuumed.

Hotel itself was beautiful when you walk inside. We were in the adjoining building across the walkway. Kinda felt like that part of the hotel is forgotten about in a way - not very clean when you first walk in. We had a room right inside the large heavy metal door, all night the door slammed as people entered and exited our side of the building, resulting in no sleep. We brought it up to the front desk where the gentleman said "I put a sign to be mindful". The room itself was pretty clean on the surface but needs a good deep cleaning. Stay was decent besides the room location and being woken up all throughout the night. If they could get the door to not slam shut the room would be so much better!

I was expecting a much nicer room because of the price I paid. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets clean. But the phone, the shade in the room, the carpets under the desk were all dirty. One of the towels looked like it had been used, but was folded up neatly.

Loved that it was right in the business district and easily walkable to shipping and restaurants. The young girl we had check us in was kind of rude. I booked 2 rooms:1 king 1-2 queens. The reservations were flipped which was fine but the rooms ended up being in different buildings. I asked to be moved closer and she was again rather snippy saying it wasn’t possible. She didn’t even tell us where the rooms were or the elevators to get to the one in the main building. We ended up walking around the entire lobby looking for it. The other room with the king ended up being in the other building. Then when we came back from the wine tour Saturday evening and there was ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING anywhere on the property. Was not happy. Some in my party went to the desk to tell them and ask where we were supposed to park our cars and she said there was parking a few blocks away. Umm NO, I’m staying at the hotel and I should be able to park on the hotel property. She ended up giving us 2 passes to put in the windows and we had to stalk people leaving in the lot next door to get a spot. Overall the rooms were very nice

Customer Service frankly was horrible. Tried calling non-stop 2 hours before our arrival. When we got there the guy that was checking people in was literally doing nothing but sitting there. What was he doing the last 2 hours that he couldn't pick up the phone once. I mean he could have picked it up if he was helping someone and say please hold. None of that happened. He definitely was not doing his job.

The hotel and staff were exceptional! When checking in to our room, we noticed a few small ants in our bathroom. We took care of them ourselves and were not worried because there were so few. We went on our way to enjoy the Corning Glass Fest right on Market Street for the day. When we returned, we found that more ants had made their way into the bathroom. We went to the front desk and kindly just asked them if they could send someone up to spray. We went to the hotel bar for about an hour and when we returned to our room there were no more signs of ants or any odor from spraying. They took care of the small problem right away and took $20 off of our stay, which we did not ask for. This small issue in no way affected our stay and we look forward to staying at this Radisson again in the future!

Staff is nice. Room is big and clean, but the corridor and entrance not very clean. The breakfast is not good, not much varieties and I was charged $3 for the coffee and $5 orange juice without being told unfront and there is no menu to show it. I only knew about it when I received the bill. There are free coffee at the entrance of the restaurant. Why I've been to pay for the coffee just because the waiter deliver it to me? When I was led to the table, the waiter asked whether I want a cup of coffee, I think this is a service that was provided, and did not expect I will have to pay for it. Not too happy about this, not because of the money, is the way how they handled it. Clients should be informed of these charges upfront instead of just asking the client whether they want a coffee or an orange juice, then charged them....misleading!
