Awesome and very friendly staff, two nice little pools, one inside and one outside. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage and cereal. Dog walk and poop bags on the property. Close to everything but the only downside was all the traffic and outside noise, not the hotel’s fault. A lot of families and well lit parking area.

This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this hotel for Jeep Invasion. The front desk lady was wonderful and friendly and always willing to help with towels l. Bed are comfortable and clean. If you're a taller person the shower head is a bit short but still good pressure and temperature. Great option for pools both are smaller but havong an inside pool was great during the rain storms that were going on during our stay.

This hotel was awesome! Definitely would recommend it! Very friendly and helpful staff, very close to everything u want and need and trolley stops, pet policy was great, and the hot breakfast made our mornings fantastic! The pools were nice, clean and refreshing after a long day of activities. Would definitely book this hotel again! Thank u for making our vacation a little easier!

The indoor pool was dirty like black mold all over the lining and in the filter area. Was not clean around outside of the pool either. Needless to say we won’t be going there again.

My only problem was the WiFi. When I tried to order online the WiFi would throw me off WiFi. The room smelled and looked very clean. I loved that I could park right outside the door to our room. The indoor pool was great.

At midnight we were watching TV and not one or two but FIVE cockroaches went across the wall behind the TV. Everything else was fine. Told the girl at the front desk and she said "oh sorry". So we won\'t be returning to this location for any future stays.

We did stay in a Pet Friendly room. We liked that there was a place to walk our little dog and poop bags available. However, the floor in our room was dirty. When I walked barefoot, lots of debris stuck to the bottom of my feet and got in the tub when I took a shower. The staff was wonderful, and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the floor was filthy.

The room was clean and well furnished except for the bed. The bed sat so high I had to lay across it and roll up onto it. Then it was so hard I barely slept for 2 nights. Went to Walmart and got a foam mattress topper to be able to sleep and not be kept up by pain and body aches. had to lay a ross it and roll up onto it. The bed was also very hard

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Arrived on Monday and stayed till Friday morning. Monday i was met Richard when i checked in. He was professional and friendly. He help us get checked in. At first he had us on the first floor. We changed to a second floor room, it was a corner room and again we changed our mind. Richard worked with us again to move us back to original room. Not a problem. Breakfest great, had a good Variety of breakfast foods to choose from in the morning. Comfortable room, the one thing i noticed. Some other hotels we have stayed at had starchy, rough towels. Your hotel had soft , fluffy towels. Loved that !!!! One thought, maybe add fresh fruit to the breakfest. Otherwise , great time.. Will return in the future

Vacation Offer (VO) jerked us around from a two-bedroom unit in Gatlinburg which we signed up for, to this hotel with two separate one-bedroom rooms. VO probably won't even pay for one of the rooms. The desk clerks were patient with our situation and even tried to intercede for us, but were told only the owner of the travel could call about it.

It was a really good location and very clean. It is located right in the heart of pigeon forge and can walk directly to the island. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for something convenient to walk around pigeon forge

Our first time staying at Baymont, the staff was very friendly, very clean, the property was clean and the indoor/outdoor pools was very clean.We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking with Baymont as it was our favorite place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It was a short walking distance to the Island which made it even better.

Hotel location was great, right across from Mel’s diner (a family favorite) with in walking distance to The Island. The hotel itself was quite and clean, some things need a little updating but it was nothing major. The check in and out process was super easy. The only downfall was the breakfast was not the best. All the days we was there the juice machine had watered down juice. All the breads ex: biscuits, danishes, English muffins were stale tasting and hard. Over all a good place to stay.
