Check in was a smooth process. With our welcome package we also recieved free tickets to local attractions. The staff, Ishmael, Ty, and Regina were all very kind and helpful. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay because the hotel is older, but Regina was able to help us out and get everything resolved to our satisfaction. Not once did anyone ever make us feel bad for bringing something to their attention. The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were all cleaned daily. The breakfast was hot and always had a ton of options. It was way more than we expected. It has direct beach access. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. We had a few minor issues due to age of the hotel, but again they were resolved quickly and everyone was happy to do so. The cleaning staff stops by daily to exchange toiletries and towels and take out trash. The breakfast attendants were friendly and one even sang as she was cleaning. The entire staff seemed happy to be there. The check out process was smooth. Parking is a little tight but it’s doable. I’m glad we picked this location for our anniversary.

Typical Myrtle Beach stay, nothing great. Room was ok. Had to request a tv remote and the phone didn’t work to call down to the front desk. Elevators were always wet. Breakfast was out of most food by 9:30 even though it didn’t close til 10.

It was nice to actually have housekeeping take the trash out and replace needed towels daily. The room itself was nice. We had to wash many dishes as they were in the cabinet and drawers dirty. I'd also recommend they vacuum the wall area the murphy bed folds into. That was gross. Balcony and view were great. Elevators took forever and many times it was easier to walk the 12 flights of stairs. Breakfast wasn't bad, the ladies were pretty friendly, but there is no waffle maker in case you expected it from the picture. Parking garage is horrible, such tight turns.

hotel was very nice and very well maintained. It was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. The breakfast was nice, good variety of hot hearty breakfast and cold cereal, especially nice was the coffee. The staff was awesome, helped us figure out a personal issue we were having, we were very grateful. the room was adequate, not too room but had everything we needed right off the beach. We were very pleased, also a plus was the parking.

Hot tub on the 10th floor the bubbles did not work the 5 days we were there. Overall everything was nice. Someone hit my car in the parking garage but due to them not having cameras in the garage we couldn’t find out who it was.
