Great breakfast and shuttle to Universal. Room assignment was terrible, as we were awarded the second room from the elevator, and across from the fitness room where it sounded like free weights being dropped on the floor almost continuously until around midnight. Avoid the third floor near elevator if possible.

Everything was excellent. It was clean and the staff was pleasant. The pool is open until 11 which is a bonus. Parking is free, another added bonus because many of the neighboring hotels charge per night. The breakfast was also good and included in the stay and there was plenty to choose from. I gave a 4 on property and facilites because my sink has a leak which I realized after there was a puddle of water on the floor and my remote control didn’t work.

Everything was great at this hotel. My reservation was honored, My stay was pleasant and any inquiries I seeked, was answered. There was one time I didn't get fresh towels and when I asked at the front desk for some, they were given right away. Expedited service. Hotel service is great, the rooms are well maintained, they are clean and organized and a bit more modern (no carpets). They're equipped with electronic security locks, rooms have a fridge and microwave for your convivence and plenty of lighting. If you're on a high floor, you have a tremendous view. They have breakfast at this hotel with so many options to choose from whether it's cereal, pancakes, eggs, muffins, oatmeal, bacon, sausages, yogurts, fruits, english muffins, etc. The breakfast area is spacious and has lots of space, plus a very big with TV. There are 3 elevators, stairwells, air conditioning rooms and hallways, a swimming pool and plenty of parking for your car. They also have shuttle buses to theme parks. You're in good hands here.

Great stay! The staff was nice and accommodating. We only stayed for a couple of nights and arrived early to head straight to Universal. They kindly let us leave our luggage and do a late check-in, which helped us a lot! We took a $10 Uber to Universal the first day, and the next day we used the free shuttle, a great perk. The room and pool were clean, breakfast was basic but nice, and there are fast food places nearby (Burger King and Wendys) . Would definitely stay again!

Stayed 3 nights for Universal Studios. Free shuttle was perfect for drop off and we opted to do a Lyft on our return since the last shuttle was at 8:40pm but still better than driving and paying for parking. Free breakfast buffet was a great start to our day with many options to choose from. Pool was clean and open late too. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the entire hotel as well as our room were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to Universal! Excellent breakfast with a lot of options. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice pool, also. Shuttle times to Universal were not very convenient, so ended up driving ourselves and paying for parking. Not a huge deal, but a little frustrating because the theme park shuttle service was one of the main reasons we went with this hotel.

There were problems with the toilet running causing me to continually wake up.This also occurred in the room adjoining mine which I can hear the person wiggling the handle throughout the night. The carousel on the microwave did not work causing food not to heat evenly. The refrigerator was lacking an ice box to freeze ice packs we use for travel for medical reasons. The refrigerator was missing the rack for the door which is handy for storing bottles.

Good location, near Universal Orlando. Excellent options for free breakfast buffet, helpful staff. Only comment is the noise, walls doesn’t have too much isolation and the elevator can be heard in the room next to it, I recommend a room in the middle or end of the coridor to avoid the noise. Everything else was great, I recommend it

After a long drive, we arrived at the hotel at 8:00AM. Most hotels don't allow you to check in until 4pm. They let us check in early at 8:00am. I'm not sure if that's the norm, but it was nice they offered. The FREE breakfast beats most other 5 star hotels. Amazing! This hotel is across the street from Universal Studios. So if you want to save $25 on parking you can walk to the theme-park. However, it's about a 30 minute walk. For the price, This was great!
